University Health On the GO! on Noland Road: what do users think?
Cathy: Skipped by two other people who came in after me. Asked if I signed in correctly and she said yes. There were only two people in front of me—one in the room and one in the chairs. How come people get skipped???
Dara Simmons: Came in at 2pm, Noone was waiting. Lady told me she was booked with people who had appointments. Wth!! Closed early with no patients waiting!
ram237kc: The nurse practitioner is excellent, she takes the time to explain things and answer questions for her patients
Larry Smith: Great staff
Diana Aguilar: You need to take a covid test before they can see you. An at home test is fine, but they won't see you without it. I don’t know if you have to be free of covid to be seen, I got upset before the nurse could finish talking. Wasted my time, I'll just stay sick at home, thanks. The last time I visited, years ago, I had an ear infection and impacted wax, they didn't offer to help remove it. I hadn't gone back since, until today because I really needed to see someone. It's hard to get adequate health care these days.
Brady_ thebeast_7: This location is always on break or closed. Don’t waste your gas.
jamie thorp: I waited only 5 minutes. The nurse practioner was helpful and friendly.
Greg Turner: Thank you for the great service once again.
Kim Richardson: Always helps me out when I need them😊 friendly and courteous.!
Honey Bunny: Brought in my sick kiddo and the doctor on duty was Jessica. She was extremely kind and helpful. After we checked in we were seen within about ten minutes. Our Rx was sent right over the hyvee pharmacy so it was convenient to get what we needed. Our normal urgent care was already closed for the evening so this was perfect in a pinch. I'd use this location/service again if I needed to.
Amanda Goke: Fast, excellent service.
Jennifer Heiken: I must've missed the fast friendly doctor instead I got an uncompassionate, time wasting, nurse practitioner. I will never try this place again! Glad there are other walk in health services in my area.
zena swinson: Great physician.Very informative and extremely helpful.
SavedXgrace: I was very pleased with my visit. Fast friendly doctor and very thorough. Solved my issue

University Health On the GO! on 23rd Street: what do users think?
Terrance Jackson: Was seen by Ms. CALLIE B. very nice and got me taken care of in no time, but I'm unable to get in touch with a follow-up. Phone is not accepting my calls.
James T: Constantly closed. Didn't help out the last time we were there with no meds given for finger nail infection. Literally worthless
Kayla Jones: Should be no stars. Just tried to go to the clinic. And there is a sticky note on the desk that said nurse practitioner is at lunch until 2:15. We were there at 1:10. You’re really telling me she’s taking over an hour lunch break! And nowhere in their hours shows the clinic is closed for a lunch break. So, we leave, wait an hour, then come back at 2:15. Now there is a new sticky note that says the nurse practitioner won’t be back until 3:00. This is completely unacceptable, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. There wasn’t even a receptionist or nurse or anybody there we could talk to. Just a sticky note. If anyone knows of where I could report this to let me know. Because I am very upset about this whole situation right now.
Susan Johnson: I always get great care when I'm ill. Thank you
MaryKate Rohlfs: Usually I enjoy going to these walk in health clinics but tonight I was extremely displeased. After being sick for almost a week and getting a negative covid test, I finally decide to go to the clinic. While it closes at 7 and a patient should be seen if they are there 20 minutes prior to then, I was told I could not be seen. I arrived at 6:05 pm. I waited for the nurse to come to the desk because it wouldn’t let me sign in and she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to be seen because she couldn’t see the ONE patient before me and me in the next hour. No sympathy at all for me even when I was clearly not feeling well and I broke out in tears of exhaustion. I’m beyond upset with how this lady handled her job. 12/2/2021
Shanna Eisenbrandt: The NP I saw was great. I only had about a 30 minute wait time.
Breanna Hopkins: We had a great experience with the nurse practitioner. She provided excellent care. Quick and efficient visit for our family. I will definitely recommend others to be seen here. Great facility and awesome staff.
Masha Riley: My daughter and I have both been seen and treated here for a few things overtime. I’ve had nothing but good experiences when going to these clinics. They were quick and easy! I’ve been seen at the 23rd street and Noland locations. We have received outstanding care from the staff along with great customer service every time. The nurse practitioners are professional and conscientious! They are straightforward and very kind/efficient. All of my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. I felt I was in great hands. Also, both locations were very clean!! I would highly recommend going here! If I ever need to go back I would choose to come back here!
Sondra Berry: Forget it!If you have insurance they won't turn it in they'll just bill you without it. Then your spend hours on the phone talking to Truman medical center. Go to CVS you won't have that problem.
Danyiel Barber: The first time I went, I was sick with the flu but didn't test positive so I was sent home with OTC meds. A few days later I returned and tested positive for influenza B, was finally given tamiflu and sent home. I tried to go this evening, arrived around 6:15pm with full knowledge that the care center closed at 7p. I figured I had 45 minutes to be seen for a simple ear infection. When I couldn't log in and there was no one up front to help me, I knocked on the door. The nurse came out and turned me away because she had a patient. It says in the name "On the Go!", if it takes close to an hour to treat a patient, I'll go to the ER!
Kelly Colwell: We're so glad this place is here! They have always taken great care of our family. They are very thorough. We've had nothing but great and kind care!
Toni M: This must be where they send all the C average nurse practitioners. I went in there with a bad cold and was refused any kind of medicine because I didn't test for the most common strain of the flu virus. So, if you have a common cold and not the flu or strep throat don't waste your money here. I had to spend more money to go to another clinic to be treated a few days later because I was not getting any better and I didn't have no problem getting a z pack to help me get better after 7 straight days of being miserable. Thanks for nothing University Health!!

University Health Community Care Fairmount: what do users think?
Sam Kingsley: I know there have been a lot of people having negative experiences with this place, but my overall experience was very positive! The one downside was when I first called to see if they accepted my insurance, the representative said "no". I later discovered from someone else that they actually do, which annoyed me.But that was one person's ignorance, and I don't think that reflects the facility as a whole.
Kaitlin Sisler: Mandy was extremely disrespectful and dismissive toward me. Don’t be in healthcare if you don’t want to treat patients with kindness and respect. I will no longer be coming here.
Mrs Bryan: I can’t even express how much I love this medical office. I have terrible anxiety, especially when it involves my health and going somewhere new. Luckily, the staff were so helpful, patient and friendly. Thank you Mandy and Andrea. I think I found my long term provider, which eases my anxiety. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs. They even offer virtual visits, that’s convenience!
Ashley Shamblin: This place is ridiculous! I had 2 appts scheduled for my daughter and I back to back they would only see one of us. I called because I was running late and they instructed me to come on if I could get there within the 15 minute window. We were scheduled from 1:20- 3-20 an hour a piece with the same provider in the same office. I walked in before the 15 minutes and they would not see me. It is very difficult to get an appointment these days. My appointment would’ve literally taken half of the scheduled time allotted for the exam. They are rude and don’t want to be bothered with you! The lady Brandy at the front was very nice and helpful but no one would get up and go explain the situation in the back and if they would’ve I probably would’ve been seen
Danna McPheron: This clinic limits the number of appointments per day, which IS the downside of going to this particular clinic. Every time I call this clinic to set up an appointment, I had a reasonable expectation to be seen as soon as possible. The soonest the doctor can see me is in two weeks. I don't have two weeks. I have an immediate concern that needs to be looked at asap, not in two weeks. Having to wait two weeks to be seen for an issue is ridiculous. I should not have to wait this long to be seen by a doctor for a health concern. What happened to quality healthcare? What happened to excellent service? We don't matter because the staff at this clinic are not concerned about our wellbeing. I guess a phone call to Guest Services is my next option to lodge a complaint about this clinic. The COVID guidelines have been lifted. There should be absolutely NO reason to limit the appointments each day. Open up that calendar and start giving us appointments for the SAME DAY service we expect so we can have our health concerns be addressed. I absolutely will advise anyone to go somewhere else for their better healthcare options. This is ridiculous... TWO WEEKS!! No thanks. I want to be seen the same day for health concerns that needed to be addressed asap. Screw this clinic..
Katy Palmer: The receptionist/front desk staff were amazing and so kind. I got to my appointment 20 minutes early like they requested but I waited 50 minutes on top of that to see the nurse practioner. They told me it would be 5-10 more minutes around 20 minutes prior to that. When I saw one patient who got there after me left, I also left. It is silly to request someone be there 30 minutes prior but leave them waiting for longer.
Carmen: The front desk staff and the healthcare workers who begin your appointment were fantastic which is why I’m rating 2 stars. The NP Joe was not. He had the worst bedside manner I have EVER experienced, and I have had to see many doctors throughout my life for a chronic illness. He was patronizing, argumentative, and rude. First he didn’t believe me when I discussed my condition, then he admonished me for not getting it checked out, as if that’s not what I made the appointment for. Multiple times he said, “I’m not going to argue with you”, when I tried to advocate for myself and provide him with as much history as possible. I left the place defeated and in tears. If you want the compassion and care University Health talks about, do NOT see Joe.
Benjamin: I love the entire staff there. They are great. Everyone is nice and friendly and you don't have to wait very long.
Brenda Mannering: Best Dr.s ever. Great nurse practitioner. Love them all. Would recommend to anyone.
Betty Hagger: Great experience with all.
Valerie Matula: Absolute worst care ever !!! Change Doctors every three months. Please do not go here
Michael Dean: Dr. Joseph Nichols has literally saved my life twice in the past year. Pretty much the only guy I trust with my healthcare. I’d highly recommend him!
Matthew Medina: Called to setup an appointment was put on hold immediately. After a few minutes someone got on the line because I heard the background noise and they hung up on me
Joseph Miller: I called to set up an appointment, as a new patient. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes. I finally hung up, calling a different clinic...
Ranita Stinson: I love Dr. Clark. She listens and is very thorough!!
Cathy Downum: I love this place people are friendly and love the Dr! Dr Clark but she's gone now. As for Dr O...ha he doesn't give a rats add about his clients/patients. The nurses are rude when they return ur calls
S D: I would have to say my doctor is good but you pretty much have to make a appointment every time you have a question .Nurses will not call back .So doctor 4 star but staff 2
Marc Walker: Caring workers.
kay kay: Dr Clark, the MA's, and the RN are pleasant individuals. However, the front desk Lady is very rude and how she talks to individuals is very demeaning.
Jammie Ruiz: I wouldn't even give one star if it were not required for writing this review! When myself and my husband started going to this office years ago, we saw Dr. Randall Cramer. We were both very pleased with him. As of recently he has left this practice(I would be interested in knowing why) Our care was referred to the practices Nurse Practitioner, Shaun Riley. My first visit with her went fine as we are relatively healthy patients. However, when I recently discovered I needed to have an outpatient procedure done, it took the office two days to get me the referral information needed to schedule the procedure at another location. I was certainly persistent when calling them multiple times in attempt to expedite the referral process, but not at ALL disrespectful. I did make it clear that if they couldn't get the information to me by the end of day #2, I would come in and pickup my records and seek care at the ER. I am in a significant amount of pain and a delayed referral is only prolonging the care I need. I was absolutely SHOCKED to receive a phone call from this Nurse Practitioner, Shaun Riley herself, NOT to check on my well-being or out of concern for my pain. Rather her call was to scold me (the patient) for "belittling her staff". I also work in healthcare and none of the Doctors in my practice would EVER, consider calling a patient and scolding them for any conversation they did not participate in!! Again, I did NOT belittle ANYONE, during any conversation but Shaun Riley seems to think it's OK to contact her patients and accuse them of being disrespectful!! Maybe she should focus more on running an EFFICIENT and CARING practice. Needless to say my husband and I will take our medical needs and our private insurance, to a more caring, family oriented provider. I would NOT recommend this office and DEFINITELY not Nurse Practitioner Shaun Riley!!! Newsflash.....Patients pay your salary!!!
Esther Okerson: Dr. Clark is the best primary care physician I've seen. I love her so much I started taking my daughter here instead of a pediatrician. Dr. Clark truly cares and listens to your concerns and is proactive with treatment. I would highly recommend her and this office to anyone!

University Health Women's Care Lee's Summit: what do users think?
Myshia Franklin: Went here and immediately regretted it from the moment I walked in the women’s clinic…. Not the hospital, but this particular women’s clinic. They’re not trained on professionalism in the medical field at all. Very frustrating and triggering experience!
Cheyenne Baker: Do not use if you enjoy your privacy. They'll call you back-to-back and if you don't IMMEDIATELY answer or call back, they will call your emergency contact. When asked if this was standard practice, I was told that "they have every right to contact my emergency contacts and alert them that I have an appointment."No opportunity to return a call was given. Most people work during the day and cannot answer their phone immediately. I find it incredibly unprofessional to call a patient back-to-back and not give them an opportunity to respond before turning to the emergency contacts for something that is NOT emergency related.
Jess Jones: Cannot get an appt.for this to be a while health system things should not be separate . My dr is not there and when I try to go to other locations I have to be established as a new patient or go to planned parenthood what!!!!! Women’s health is always on the back burner
Cindy Carraway: I take my daughter here for care. Both NP's we have seen were absolutely THE BEST.We did have an occasion where the SW came to see us, she was very pleasant and professional. We have NEVER had an even moderately pleasant interaction with the front desk staff. The have been rude, condescending and dismissive at every single interaction I have had with them.
Karlee Eads: I called as a new patient and asked a simple question regarding pain management for a procedure and their receptionist was very condescending. I hope that is not how they treat all potential patients.
Vialencia Simonton: I have had 4 babies and each experience was amazing
Emery Miller: Debbie was amazing ag the front desk with helping find the right person to see, she took her time and made the experience comforting and positive!
Joshua Hoskins: Overall service is good, but need more reps to answer the phone for customer service. About 90% of my calls are never answered, and then when my bill is almost due I receive an annoying abundance of calls. Step it up! ☎️
Patrick Oates: This hospital is horrible. Especially social services. Kelly is a liar, and untrustworthy. Do not share any information with social services about the way you’re feeling. They will call cps on you and hotline you. They held me hostage from 11am -5pm and took all my belongings and didn’t assure me that everything would be okay, they also never offered me food this whole time and I’m 6 months pregnant. I explained that I was in pain and they did nothing to help. Horrible hospital!!!!
Madison Hood: University Health is amazing!!! I’ve seen both Marcia and Aja for an iud insertion/check up. They were both comforting, knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend making an appointment here!
Ginger Waddell: Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Avery Legg. My experience with her throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery was unparalleled. She is amazing!!
Rin Williams: Unique levels of compassion here...I had a very good experience.
Damaanjak: Jennifer is literally the best ultrasound tech I have ever had an experience with. She is super in depth and explains everything you are seeing and makes sure she takes her time. If you are coming here for an ultrasound you are in great hands. Thank you Jennifer . - from a concerned and loving father.
Haley Monaco: I LOVE the staff here. I never have to wait for my appointment like I’ve had to at other doctor offices. staff here is so caring and friendly. It is clean. It was such a great experience for my first pregnancy and check ups.
vaehvaeh2000 hughes: Why is so hard to receive a phone call.I've only been to this location once.
Anastasia Frye: I'm leaving a review for all the women like myself who look at this info for guidance based off real life experience.I am being seen here by Dr Parisi for my current pregnancy. I saw Dr. Parisi earlier this year at a Truman lakewood clinic for ectopic pregnancy where she rushed me into emergency surgery for internal bleeding. I was then hesitant to go thru a full pregnancy with the location just because of the reviews. The ladies at the front desk were awesome, Dr. Parisi is very thorough and loves what she does and it reflects. I would say, give them a try, see for yourself and leave a review lol. Be Well.
DaiJhana Traylor: Doctors great, front desk HORRIBLE they all have attitudes and act like they can’t help when asking questions. Get new front desk workers that enjoy being at work and helping others.
Aspen Lacy: Wish I could rate this 0 stars. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor's office as I have with this one.
Rachel Smith: thank y'all
Jacquelyn Gibbs: Two years ago at an a regular appointment I told the doctor (Dr. Gray) about my family history of breast cancer and asked about a mammogram and the doctor refused to even give me a referral, saying I was too young to get mammograms. The next year I was diagnosed as BRCA1 positive. In 2020 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 31 years old. I hope she reads this and feels terrible. I'm really glad I didn't take her advice.
Debra Pickett: Dawn Steiner is by far the best ever I cannot express this enough how much I enjoy her as a Dr. She encompasses every part of a woman's well being. She is kind, caring and thoughtful as well as amazing at what she does. Truly a gift from God.
