Never used a mop on 5 dirty showers, he used customer towels with his feet to dry the floor. "If" he cleaned the toilet, again he would have had to wipe it with the same towel that customers use. THIS IS NASTY, DISGUSTING AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE .How is a manager allowed to do this right in front of me?And to make matters worse when I confronted him and asked why he was not using a mop for the floors, he took a nasty tone with me in a belittling manner asking me if I would like him to use a mop. He claimed he was "just trying to move us along faster"I trust that this will be addressed all across every LOVES store location. I've been a truck driver for 32 years and this goes on just about everywhere you stop. Unfortunately most drivers aren't standing near the shower entrance watching for this nasty disgusting behavior, therfore they aren't even aware of the filthy shower area they are putting themselves in.

Andrea Luna: I'm not sure if who owns the place changed or if a manager changed but this place has went downhill it never used to be like this I used to visit there on my travels and everyone was extremely nice but whenever I come here now I'm met with rude employees here's an example that happened today there's plenty more to put behind itBut I'll just leave it with today's I stopped at the one hour parking to let my standard poodle and my rescue lab out at the dog park I hadn't been there for 10 minutes before employee decided to walk up and say that this is only one hour parking I was only parked for 10 minutes I told him that's fine and I was just going to give my dog some water and continue on my travel he was extremely rude with his approach and extremely rude when I responded so I spoke with the management because I wasn't happy with the way I was talk to the management was even ruder than the employee and that if we didn't like it we could just leave and we didn't have to comeMeanwhile we were still waiting on the food that we ordered at their McDonald's apparently my food was just sitting there even though I asked for it numerous times and showed him my order number when he decided to finally handed it to me he did it very rudely it was cold and my ice in the drink was melted I'm not the only one that had problems just as me standing there I saw others having problems as well example this poor African-American was being harassed because she wanted a refill on her drink they said her drink didn't look Cold enough so they had to see her time stamp on her receipt wouldn't recommend stopping here unless you want your day ruined I really hope they fix whatever is wrong

SEE RABTAA: Christina was awesome about how she communicated the people and give feedback to the customer, it really touched me how she really helpful to the people even if she busy for the phone call ( road assistance service call) . She is really nice and polite I can tell she enjoys her work station and listen to her customers. Thank you Christina again.

And my dasher waited over 30 minutes in the line to get my food, then the food finally arrives to me and they didn’t put extra mac sauce on my burger when I paid extra for it. They also didn’t give me no barbecue sauce for my chicken nuggets. And my fries were completely cold, to were it lead me to think my food has been sitting out for awhile. I would not recommend ordering from this mcdonald’s.

F Q: Very small parking lot, store is very clean. Only 2 showers. Cashier ladies are very nice, Britney is the best at customer service. She should be a store manager and train all workers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bussam A: Truck wouldn't cold start properly after fueling here. Had to dump out fuel from fuel filter and add different fuel until the truck warmed up. Picture shows the Pilot fuel that was in the tanks on the left which is very light compared to what I had to get from a different fuel station which is on the right, darker. Won't fuel here anymore

Antonio: You can pay with the pilot app. A qr code you add money to your account. Go to this pilot Saturday morning And the lady refuses to scan my qr code says it doesn't work. I get this problem some times but they usually try to scan it and if course it works. This lady flat out refused to scan it. Why go to work if your going to be rude. Pilot spends all this money on the app and the employees some of them are to lazy to understand how it works!

I parked at loves and walked over here to get a free shower vs paying for one at loves. the cashier informed me that the two showers only needed to be cleaned when I used my credit for the shower. Waiting for them to clean the showers now over an hour! No one is even attempting to clean a shower. I should have forked out the $15 to shower at Loves so I can get a nap before driving all night. Several people have come in to get food and the PJ fresh is not even open. No food available.

Craig Hoosier: It's a nice store, usually too busy to get a shower unless you get one at 3 or 4 in the morning...wish all the pilots had a room to wait/rest for laundry or to sleep while you charge your phone or whatever if needed. Specially for us van drivers that can't afford to idle like diesel trucks to stay warm/cool...the only other complaint I have for pilot stations is there always only one washer working.

Chanda Dawley: All Driver accommodations; showers, driver room, laundry, movie room etc., are up-stairs. The only access to upstairs is to take the stairs. No consideration for those with disabilities, no wheelchair access, NO ELEVATOR ACCESS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO, BUT CAN'T GET THERE.
