LIFAN LIFE: Took 2 weeks to fix my vehicle. Quoted me way above almost $2000 more than what I came in there for. Found everything that was wrong with my car and tried to say if you don’t let us fix these things all together then we can’t guarantee our work for the actual repair needed…lol… Told them that’s fine then I will tow it out out of there today to another place right around the corner. They called me back real quick with a quote for the actual repair that I had originally came in there for, which was close to $900. I let ‘em do it since the car was already there but I will definitely not be coming back here. And guess what? My vehicle is running just the same as it was before without the extra stuff they tried to get me to repair. Who has $3000 dollars sitting around to spend on a car that’s not even worth that price..lol They also refused to honor the online coupons of 10% off of any repair above a certain amount which is false advertisement. Dude at the front desk rolled his eyes when I ask to look over my vehicle before I paid. And all the employees sat there watching me like I was going to drive off without paying. He ask to move my car out the way so that he could get the keys back in his possession thought he was slick I just laughed to myself like whatever. But anywho only go here if you have no other options. LUBE CUBE around the corner is way better. NEVER AGAIN. Everything written in this review is my honest to God truth hand on the Bible regardless of what Lees Auto Repair says in reply. I stand on what I said In my review all truth not one lie was told I have nothing to gain by it, but try to help others find honest hearted businesses and you failed to achieve that. phil humphrey: Great staff. Good products. Quick installation. Just know that some hitches must be ordered. Payment in advance. Ours took about 12 days so I'm glad we weren't pressed for time. Only took 45 minutes on the day of installation. Ours was a hitch only with no need for wiring. I'd heard their reputation from several friends who'd used them and I'd recommend them also.

W R Peck: There are no words can explain the bad experience that I've had with this place...I had a new axle put on my trailer and short time later I bent it. So I went back and had them install what I thought would be a new axle once again. I noticed that my tires weren't straight and I said something about it. They said it was just my fenders. The truth of the matter is they did not put on the new axle but they charge me for it.....Of course I went back and showed it to them but they got mean and said they would not give me a new axle.So I went to another trailer shop and confirmed what they have done to me.Please do not go to these people. Like one of the other review say they're totally unprofessional. They also totally not trustworthy and their work is horrible. If you go to another trailer repair shop you'll see how unprofessional they are.When I confronted the owner I thought I was going to have to call the police for an assault charge.I truly hope you don't go there. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Because I wouldn't have.
