Beth Ashby: After contacting multiple companies, JC Garay was the first to actually answer the phone and came out to do an estimate within 30 minutes of our phone call , then was here the next day completing the job! They showed up 10 minutes early and did the exact job as promised, and far exceeded my expectations. They were efficient and professional, and everyone had a job and worked seamlessly as a team. They completed the job in just under two hours. Our backyard is cleaner now than before they started! Would HIGHLY recommend and will hire again for any other tree issues that arise.

They left the mulch (again as requested) and offered to put it where ever I needed it. They took down an entire tree, and used amazing Gardening skills (not JUST chop down branches) to let more light in on another tree while still maintaining shade.To top it off, they would not leave until they had confirmation that it was done to my satisfaction. They were very professional and the quote was within my budget.JL Absolute was able to give me a copy of their insurance coverage, when I asked. I was nervous about not being home when the work was being done, but they were accommodating with allowing my neighbor to supervise from their house.On day of tree removal they were on time and made quick work of removing 2 very large trees from my from yard. Judith Sortore: We can understand why they have a 5 star rating. We called to have a 45 year old tree remove which had grown into a chain link fence and was close to a swimming pool. They gave us a very fair price which included a senior discount and a copy of their insurance coverage at the signing of the contract. After shopping around I found that their prices and responsiveness were of the highest caliber. I would recommend them over any other tree specialist in the KC metro area based upon price alone.They removed one tree close to my home and topped another that was close to my home, garage, and driveway. It was amazing how quick they were to accommodate my needs and their cleanup of my yard was pristine. They showed up on time, did the work at a very reasonable price and was very professional, took out the tree, cleaned everything up better than it was before they showed up and hauled everything away. Travis the owner personally inspected both of the trees that I needed to have removed. We agreed that both trees would be cut down and only one tree stump removed. His crew came into a difficult removal of the one tree because it was inches from the neighbors roof over their garage and my garage was on the other side of this huge tree. When I returned home they were finishing up the job. They removed all of the debris, not even a small branch for my puppy to chew on was left. I definitely recommend this company. One of the true companies that deliver exactly what they say they will. Extremely happy with their service.

Most companies we had out here, wanted to trim it, and leave it, but tHeath Nelson showed me why this tree was a liability. For the same price others were charging to trim it up, they came out on a cold raining/sleeting day, got that thing down in under 2 hours, cut it up, removed it all, completed the stump grinding well below the surface, and other than the grounds from the stump removal filling in the hole, you would never have know they were here (sometimes up to 6 or 7 of them). Taylor Alfrey: We recently bought a house and within the first month a bad storm rolled through and we had several large tree limbs fall onto our roof, and our backyard. Steve came out the same day I called to give me an estimate to not only remove limbs from the roof and yard but, to also trim up trees in both our front and backyard that were at risk of falling as well. We were having a housewarming party that weekend and Steve rearranged his schedule and that very next morning came out and took care of everything, raked my yard and hauled everything away!
