I have lost more money than what I actually paid to get the truck fixed. Me and my kids have to depend on rides and rent cars and it has been such a hard time and they don’t even have the option to get my money back. Kevin Keck: A friend of mine with years in the car business recommended Apollo so I took my truck in because I was having transmission issues. When I came back to pick it up the Owner said "No charge it was just low on fluid". I asked him how much time he spent on it and he said about 30 minutes. I told him I wanted to pay him something for his time and fluid he added. He wouldn't take a dime. He told me to just remember him next time I needed transmission work. He said he doesn't pay for advertising and relies on word of mouth. He could have charged me just about any amount and I'd would have paid it and been happy the problem was solved. I gave them a call and he sent 2 of his guys to pick up my truck and take it back to the shop to look at it. I got a call less then hour later that they had fixed it. Even though the part that broke was not under the 2 year warranty, they charged me nothing. They even sent someone to pick me up and take me to the shop to pick it up.
