phil humphrey: Great staff. Good products. Quick installation. Just know that some hitches must be ordered. Payment in advance. Ours took about 12 days so I'm glad we weren't pressed for time. Only took 45 minutes on the day of installation. Ours was a hitch only with no need for wiring. I'd heard their reputation from several friends who'd used them and I'd recommend them also.

W R Peck: There are no words can explain the bad experience that I've had with this place...I had a new axle put on my trailer and short time later I bent it. So I went back and had them install what I thought would be a new axle once again. I noticed that my tires weren't straight and I said something about it. They said it was just my fenders. The truth of the matter is they did not put on the new axle but they charge me for it.....Of course I went back and showed it to them but they got mean and said they would not give me a new axle.So I went to another trailer shop and confirmed what they have done to me.Please do not go to these people. Like one of the other review say they're totally unprofessional. They also totally not trustworthy and their work is horrible. If you go to another trailer repair shop you'll see how unprofessional they are.When I confronted the owner I thought I was going to have to call the police for an assault charge.I truly hope you don't go there. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Because I wouldn't have.

Ryan, who answered the phone, said, “We’re short staffed and it’s really hard to tell because you’re being ambiguous.” I’m not sure what’s difficult to understand about the above question. Ryan is a very pathetic, condescending individual who is emblematic of the cancer in society. If I were his supervisor, I’d fire him immediately. What a scumbag.

HD has gone down hill, Lowe’s has been and always be the yuppy HD. This hits the spot, feels like you got a place only the smart ones know about.

Nancy J. Kerr: Yes I just left Northern tool and equipment, overall I like the store but the employees not so much. They're typically rude and unhelpful And I've been here many times. I was just told by the cashier quote "why would I know where that item is, I'm the cashier! I have no clue about any of these items in this place!" Several items that I was purchasing didn't have tags on them but they were only 10 ft away so he threw himself a little tantrum because he had to walk over and get the price off of the stand. The whole time he was shaking and mumbling to himself! Because he was so discombobulated. I asked him to go through the items with me to make sure that he rang them up properly and found that he had run up one item three times the item was a $15.99 item. He was very put out that I had him do that but had I not I would have gotten home and realized that I paid triple for one of the items! Of course then he had to remove the items and pitched himself a little verbal fit about that.Better employees that's really the secret to having more successful business.
