phil humphrey: Great staff. Good products. Quick installation. Just know that some hitches must be ordered. Payment in advance. Ours took about 12 days so I'm glad we weren't pressed for time. Only took 45 minutes on the day of installation. Ours was a hitch only with no need for wiring. I'd heard their reputation from several friends who'd used them and I'd recommend them also.

W R Peck: There are no words can explain the bad experience that I've had with this place...I had a new axle put on my trailer and short time later I bent it. So I went back and had them install what I thought would be a new axle once again. I noticed that my tires weren't straight and I said something about it. They said it was just my fenders. The truth of the matter is they did not put on the new axle but they charge me for it.....Of course I went back and showed it to them but they got mean and said they would not give me a new axle.So I went to another trailer shop and confirmed what they have done to me.Please do not go to these people. Like one of the other review say they're totally unprofessional. They also totally not trustworthy and their work is horrible. If you go to another trailer repair shop you'll see how unprofessional they are.When I confronted the owner I thought I was going to have to call the police for an assault charge.I truly hope you don't go there. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Because I wouldn't have.

Johny Appleseed: A crew with this truck company ordered delivery in Bedford OH and never paid the nearly $100 tab. They said the owner would pay and he never did.

Emma Laguna: I would NOT recommend this company at all. After weeks trying to get a refund for an extra hour the technician sent to "do the work" charged when he was not even 2 hours there as the tech was not able to fix the issue. I spoke with several peoples since 11/03/2022 (Tina, Alyssa, Kenneth, David and Robert the manager). David assured me on 11/04/2022 that a refund was approved and that I should wait few days to see the transaction in the account. Spoke with the manager Robert today 11/15/2022 and said to me that none of my calls were recorded, and no notes were found, and due to that, that no refund was going to be given. Really???!!! I have waisted almost a half month trying to get this issue resolve and being patient. They don't care about the customers. They just care about their pockets. Please avoid this company. Any other company would be better than this one.

Double B Garage LLC Truck and Auto Repair: As an owner of serveral truck repair shop across our region This by far is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.Nearly impossible if at all to get paid for service provided.They advertise their company all over the country then call companies in that area of service to do work for them.recently we had a customer call them at 8am interstate did not contact us until 445pm customer was very upset we got the customer going by 6pm good not get interstaer to pay until155am in the morning they were told of our payment process we are not under contract with them we had to hold the customer until we were paid. they good part of all of this is the customer really understood our problem very unhappy with interstate but very happy with our service now i have a new live time customer that been back to us several times.This is not a company I recomend to anyone they have lost several accounts that i know of in our area. just trying to help people. We are a christian based company in beleive in forgiveness but you do not have for get. My Last dealing with them the 2 supervisors I delt with were very rude to us and there customer. Upon proving to them I was Right about our payment procedure after those 2 told us we never told them our npayment procedure not even apology. we record everything our phones videos in and around our shop our truck have video and audio recordings

They denied the neglect and saying that theft on their lot is not covered by their insurance. They also fired the manager before we get to see him.they refuse to provide any paperwork for the three weeks they had my vehicle in.
