phil humphrey: Great staff. Good products. Quick installation. Just know that some hitches must be ordered. Payment in advance. Ours took about 12 days so I'm glad we weren't pressed for time. Only took 45 minutes on the day of installation. Ours was a hitch only with no need for wiring. I'd heard their reputation from several friends who'd used them and I'd recommend them also.

W R Peck: There are no words can explain the bad experience that I've had with this place...I had a new axle put on my trailer and short time later I bent it. So I went back and had them install what I thought would be a new axle once again. I noticed that my tires weren't straight and I said something about it. They said it was just my fenders. The truth of the matter is they did not put on the new axle but they charge me for it.....Of course I went back and showed it to them but they got mean and said they would not give me a new axle.So I went to another trailer shop and confirmed what they have done to me.Please do not go to these people. Like one of the other review say they're totally unprofessional. They also totally not trustworthy and their work is horrible. If you go to another trailer repair shop you'll see how unprofessional they are.When I confronted the owner I thought I was going to have to call the police for an assault charge.I truly hope you don't go there. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Because I wouldn't have.

John Chicho: These guys do not care about the quality of trailer they sell. 6 month old trailer "had 2 bad bearings on rear axels" took off the grease caps to find bearing retainer bolts finger loose and little to no grease on bearings. When going to return unused brand new parts, offered partial refund and told they could not issue full return on 1 hour old parts, as well when confronted on problem of the trailer they stated its "not their job" to make sure the trailer is road ready. 0/10 recommended buying a trailer here.

Chris h: 5/15/23- updating my post from below. Within probably 20min of me posting the review below the owner of the dealershipcalled to figure out what went wrong. I pretty much reiterated what happened and my below post and how my main frustrations were that I wasn’t getting any kind of feedback or updates for close to a year. Long story short he got me in the phone with their service manager and we got my trailer in within a couple of days. It did take a couple of months to fix at no fault of Unlimited RV but Forest river not sending the correct parts. I am updating my review based upon the follow up of the owner. Something I was not expecting. Things went south he took ownership and got the warranty issue resolved which is all I was trying to do from the start.So updating my post from last year when I bought the RV due to the sub-par after sales support. I bought a 5thwheel last april (2022). And had a warranty claim on several items. The first issue was that one of shelves in the closet was cut too short by the manufacturer so the shelf wouldn't sit in the railings in the closet, fairly easy fix....but this is the thing unlimited extended only side of the wall railings so the shelf would fit, no biggy, but the problem is they used 1/2 mdf and only did one side so now the shelf sits on the railings but it is not level by a 1/2inch because they didn't do the other side. The other issue the "main" feature of the RV is a hidden pantry where the door that holds the tv, fireplace and sound bar is not level and causing the lock to put undo stress on the trim and the closing magnets do not even shut the door. They told me once they fixed it. Did not fix it, they asked for new pictures. I sent new pictures, measurements damage photos. This was back in August (2022) time frame. i have called, left voicemails , sent emails with either a its pending or no response at all. It is now march 2023 and this issue still has yet to be resolved or even barely acknowledged. If you want any kind of after sales support for warranty or service good luck. The after sales support is absolutely nonexistant in my opinion. I should have taken my business to liberty RV instead like i was planning too, but the wife really liked the one we bought. I would encourage those that read this to check all their options. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the sales process was actually pretty dang good. If there is any kind of resolution i will update my review accordingly.

Elizabeth Larson: If you want an honest “salesman” go to unlimited RV! This is a hidden gem! I was so lucky to have found them! Darren Smith is who I worked with to find the right camper for me! He was amazing and went above and beyond with pictures and information for me before I even got to the dealership! Since I lived so far away, he got paperwork done and got everything approved for me to drive down there and drive away with a camper the same day if I chose to! He gets five stars for sure! Then there was Montana who did all my closing paperwork, she took the time to explain everything in detail to me, and was not pushy at all for me to get any of the extras that they offer! She let that be my choice after explaining it all in detail to me! She never once got annoyed with my million question game! She gets 5 stars!Then there was Nate L. He took me through the whole camper with a fine tooth comb! He showed me how to use everything! He taught me about the camper in detail. He even fixed any little staple that was out of place! He even crawled up on the roof to get a stick off the top of the camper before I left. Taught me how to hook up the swat par! Amazing service!!! He gets 5 stars!!! This is an amazing dealership and honest to boot! They don’t try to hide anything. No hidden fees, the fees they do charge are more than reasonable! If you are in the market to get a camper this is absolutely the place you need to go!

They have had a unit for almost 3 months and still can't seem to get the item repaired that they told me to bring it in for. All these items were from the original purchase 8 months ago. Very poor service.

Alyssa Stein: Our trailer was the first big purchase that my boyfriend and I were making together there was a lot of stress and uncertainty that became overwhelming; until I walked into Unlimited RV's front door. They have a very calm and welcoming environment. Devin was our sales rep and I wish I could scream from the roof tops how highly I recommend him. Friendly and professional from start to finish and his tiny Christmas tree decorating was the best I have seen. Even though we mostly worked with Devin, everyone else at the office was always wonderful and super helpful. I would say it 1000 times over; they are seriously the best here.
