Scott Sims: Stay away! We drove 13 hours to buy some equipment and the owner says they don’t sell to people from “out of state”. We call Kubota Corporate and they said this retailer is in the midst of losing their contract with Kubota.

OutBackYard BigBack: Unfortunately, the Edger I purchased died within the first ten minutes of the first usage. It might be user error. We'll see. Customer service to date has been pretty good.
Roberts Hunter: Be careful purchasing from Coleman Equipment in Lee's Summit. I went through the purchase and financing to then have them say an accessory was $1k more than they had originally quoted. Notified me over a text message and then when I called them said there was nothing they could do. Really poor customer service and responsiveness.
Michael Bright: When in to buy skid steer, took my name and number. They never called me back.Bought Takeuchi 12v2 from Luby equipment and glad I did. Better machine! Tried to buy Scag mower at Smithville store and ended up at Hoovers mowers Benton, Kansas.Saved money and great guys!

Doug Ogden: These people are the greatest! Always polite, professional and friendly. I use a piece of equipment, that parts are hard to find for, I've gone to other places when in need, and people say they don't have a fitting or hyd hose end etc without even looking. These guys will actually look for something to get you fixed up, and have kept going every time I've needed them.

If you have a problem, it gets fixed. I could go on with positive dealings we’ve had but just like Sany & STE, I’ll keep it simple.

kevin westbrook: Think your Kabota is made in America… Or even Japan. Think again. This 0EM clutch had made in America on the box, but with the part was labeled China. Coleman didn’t seem to care. We’ll see what the FTC has to say about this.
Rob Calderwood: I am in Ohio and none of the Kubota dealers around have online parts ordering. I have found Coleman and first time ordered a wrong part and called and they quickly got that order stopped and got me the right part and received it in a few days. Had to call again and order a deck belt and the parts department is really really really helpful! I have found my go-to parts place now!
