Joseph Jacobi: Lucas got us taken care of! Took 15 minutes to negotiate a fair deal and we were ready to sign papers! Definitely recommend!
Andrea Nippert: I had purchased my last five vehicles from the same dealership which I have been very comfortable and happy with. However, they do not sell new Toyota's. I was searching for a new Toyota Sienna, which until I began my search I didn't realize was such a hot commodity right now. I spoke with Alex McClain with Adams Toyota early on in my search and he mentioned one would be coming to Adams around the end of June. At that time I still believed that I was going to find one on a lot. After multiple calls and multiple disappointments, and actually having one sold out from under me at a dealership in Burlington Iowa, I had about given up. I then received a follow-up text from Alex, asking if I was still in the market for a Sienna. At basically a month wait it was by far the shortest wait time I had found so I decided to go for it. I had never purchased a vehicle out of state before, and quickly learned that there are definitely some hoops to get through with overnighting paperwork, finance etc. However Alex was amazing with his communication! Alex McClain is the reason I followed through with the sale, and drove 4 hours to pick up my new vehicle. That being said I drove to pick my vehicle up on June 5th! It arrived almost a month ahead of schedule! Alex was flawless, straight forward, and had so much respect for me as a customer throughout my buying process! I can't say enough good things about how hard he works to make things right, and to make sure as a customer you are happy. If you are in the market for a vehicle give Alex McClain a call, you won't be disappointed!

Emma Smoczynski: You assume when you go into a car dealer, they will be pushy to sell you a car but it was the exact opposite. Not only did I have to ASK for help, the man in the front didn’t even stand up to shake our hands or greet us. Didn’t offer us a seat and was very put out at my questions. I wanted to know if they had a car in stock, which they didn’t and it was pulling teeth to get any information. I get it’s hard to get cars right now but isn’t sales about relationships??! I would have waited months for a car but they lost the sale. It was gross unprofessionalism and overall bad vibes. Find another Toyota dealer. You will be glad you did.
Shannon Evans: My first and last time taking my car in for service. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off my car and was immediately quoted $1400 worth of work for fluids, filters, etc. I waited at the shop and stared at my completed car in the parking lot for a while before finally asking the techs if I could checkout. Nothing was mentioned about the fluids that were supposed to be checked. I was treated like your typical dollar sign at an auto shop. I only came in because I had a coupon and the total was the same as what I would’ve spent at Big O.

chris ross: Hosanna was great in helping us buy our new car. The dealership is nice and the chairs are comfortable. However it clear after buying one car here that they operate like a dealership whose business model is antiquated. They attempted to put me through the wringer and when asked to bring me the best deal possible they brought me a deal over 1% higher than one of their approved lenders had prequalified us for. When asked to beat the price the stated that they could not. When pressed to put this in writing they stated there was too much liability in such a statement. That translates into the fact they will not back up their word. I have been shopping for a dealership that is transparent and honest, and Jay Wolfe missed the mark. Change the culture and I would shop here again. For everyone else be careful shopping here. If the owner reads this please respond to this by giving me a call if you’re interested in honest feedback and see the need for change. Thanks

Jeremy Bauer: On 4/11 I put down a deposit on a new RAV4 Hybrid after being told these are hard to get, but by putting money down I was guaranteed to be able to purchase it when it became available in June. On 5/15 I get an e-mail (not even a call) saying that the vehicle was double sold (really?) and I could buy a different one in a color I did not want. The salesman said he could find me the same car with similar features but the base price was now $500 more. He said this was non-negotiable. Finally, after arguing with the general manager, the manager said they could honor the agreed-upon price. Then 2 days later he tells me that the vehicle will now not be available until late July. When I asked him why my original car was sold out from under me, the only answer he had is "I don't know." What was the point of the deposit if they can ignore it and sell the car out from under me?
Kindra Heim: Service department is fine. This is the only Toyota I've been to that doesn't offer shuttle service to and from the dealership!!! I would love to go walk around target or zona Rosa instead of sitting here bored!! Please consider changing the shuttle service.

Disappointed i was not alerted to this at my last appointment. 😕.

Esteban Zamora: Went in with a preapproved loan and a large down payment ready to purchase a Tundra. They were unwilling to negotiate at all. When I made an offer, they made no counter offer. I was told no and rudely told they already offered me too much for my trade in, which I didn’t even negotiate their trade-in offer. They were not interested in attempting to make a sale and I was sent on on my way. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had when trying to purchase a vehicle. Legends Toyota was more than willing to take my business and sell me Tundra thankfully.
Victoria Thomas: They are still trying to gouge customers. They want $5k over MSRP for a standard Sequoia and $10k over MSRP for the more desirable TRD Pro models. Remember this when dealers get inventory caught up.
Keith Rickert Jr: Update:Since posting this review yesterday, the dealership has called twice—once to hear what happened, the other to apologize (and place all the blame on the guy at the bottom of the ladder). I don't know what to believe. The problem with telling people stories (especially when you're trying to get into their wallet) is that they never know if what you're telling them is just another story. But I appreciate the gesture and I'm a second chance kind of guy so...----------I've had what seemed like decent service from the service department in the past but they tried to pull a fast one on me last time so from now on I'm going to go to a different dealership for my maintenance. They accidentally put new tires on my car which were meant for another vehicle. But that's not what they told me at first. At first they told me that I really needed tires and they had a really great deal for me. As time went on the story changed. When I'm spending my hard-earned money I will not stand being lied to. Goodbye.
