Fester 710: I started playing Warhammer less than a year ago. It can be a bit overwhelming at first having so much to choose. Steve is a wealth of knowledge, and I've met many friendly gamers there that are happy to help out newcomers. I feel super lucky to live so close to a Games Workshop store! Now I happily pay my monthly Tythe to the Imperium...

Sir Spazalot: This is a great little shop that is dedicated to Warhammer. Tons of minis and not so minis… the Manager was awesome and answered literally a dozen questions as we talked. They do close for lunch so be aware. But they are well worthy of being an Official Warhammer Outlet!

Tim Brigham: I appreciate the open tablespace. My kiddos can take advantage of it for playing chess or d&d. The pricing isn't bad either, I have picked up some mini paints etc in the past. There is a small premium versus Amazon yeah, but it's tiny for the benefit it conveys to the local community.
Kerrie Baker: I booked their basement gaming area for my baby shower and we had a great time! The price was super fair and we had the downstairs area to ourselves for the whole day! We played lots of board games, I set up food, drinks, and desserts. Alot of my guests also bought things upstairs in the game shop because we like to support local game stores!

Daphnie Youngblood: This is an absolutely massive card, game and hobbie shop. The only negative thing i can say is the Yu-Gi-Oh tournament that i participated it there were multiple players that cheated and they "enforced" minor rules that don't actually affect a game or anyone's enjoyment, but again don't enforce things like a player drawing too many cards, marking their cards, and just other things that actually affect games and players enjoyment i wouldn't recommend going to their tournaments at least for Yu-Gi-Oh.
Devin Warren: I didn’t have a great experience. I have been there in the past and had none of these issues.I don’t understand how someone cannot be authorized to use a point of sales system. I went in to buy a list of cards and was told I had to do it through a computer on the side. I understand the organizational nightmare that is mtg.But really are you serious. I have to put the information in the computer for you. I will never make another purchase or play in an event at this location. If I wanted to order the cards online and have them shipped I would have done it there.So since you Zoe are not authorized to use the point of sales system. I am not authorized to give you money.
Jacquelyn Gibbs: A great local game store and one of the only stores open on Sunday on the square. We received a gift "card" for my husband's birthday, which was actually a slip of paper. Unfortunately the paper got wet in his wallet and we couldn't recover the code. He's unable to use his birthday gift card unless we can find a way to get the code that was destroyed on a piece of paper. If you buy someone a gift card, take a picture of it in case something happens to the paper.

Elizabeth Dale: We called customer service before we went to the store to make sure we could return this game and get our promo points back but Ashley and Brey kept saying they couldn't do it and when I asked to just exchange the game for a new one to then return they also said I couldn't do that because I was "trying to scam them. They continuesly talked over me, saying how i was just trying to scam them and they wouldn't help me at all. This was the worst experience I've ever had at gamestop and this is why people Re starting to buy stuff online or through downloads. We have a literally game stop credit card, thousands of points, and have been loyal to gamestop for years and this is how they treat their customers when there's one little issue.

No Name: Customer service has always been horrible here. In fact it is at every location. Even on gamestop.com this company is turned to trash. I recommend no one ever shop here again. Please I urge you do not buy anything from gamestop, you'll regret it. Go online to another company or go to a legit retail store. Not this one, not this company. I got an attitude from the employee about trading games without a case even though they sell games with out cases and I have gotten ones without cases online as if I am supposed to have to sell or with a case. How rude. Then she talked down about all her employees stating she was the new GM to "change things". Very unprofessional.

I brought my son in for pokemon cards and the employee said they were all sold out (because of crazy reasons) but then the employee grabbed some of their own pokemon cards and gave them to my son for free! I don't have a lot of time in my schedule and figured this would be about a 20 minute stop, TOPS!!! I get here and find they are still closed!!! It's now 12:25 and my window of opportunity is closing fast!!! I just don't understand why they are still closed at almost 30 minutes after they should be open!!!

samantha Mills: Obviously the staff here need to be trained to be aware of children with disabilities and not be rude and disrespect to the parents of them. My son pulled his shoes off in the store, having a tantrum and the clerk rudely said "next time he needs to have shoes on." To which we explained he had his shoes and just took them off. He stated "It doesn't matter, he can't be in here without shoes." So I picked him up and carried him outside to the car with my other son while my boyfriend paid. Needless to say we won't be visiting this store again.

When I couldn't find a movie I asked the clerk Will if they had one at a different store. He never once made me feel like a burden. Michael was also a major help to me and made sure I was taken care of. All around a great place. Definitely coming back !
James Sanders: I go in there every few weeks thinking they might start doing more with sports and football more than others. But I collect all types. Every time I go in there is less than the last time I was in. Last time I was in there was a few stacks of videos covering that part of the cabinet. This time completely covered with stacks of dvds
Mojo: Terrible customer service, the kid seemed very apathetic, very little acknowledgement and won't even look at "you"...found a game online that said this location had in stock, first i looked myself and couldn't find it, so I asked him to help, after verifying it was in stock on the computer, he didn't even look at the products himself. "Oh you didn't see it, then must not have it, this computer system isn't always accurate." Wow. Decent store to kill time if needed, but I wouldn't suggest spending money there.

Kenny Connors: I was stoked that I found a super rare game I had been looking for. The girl at the counter barely looked for it (I watched her skip multiple game packages in the drawer), the other guy at the counter did the same thing when he looked. The manager came up and asked what the issue was. We explained it to him, then he proceeded to tell me that this location wasn't his store and he wasn't going to look for it. The girl then proceeded to say that she wished the store would burn down. The employees are a bunch of knuckle daggers and mouth breathers. Save your time, go to the liberty store.
Tracy Johnson: Always fun to go in there and see/get some great finds. Love going to see if they have new "Cards Against Humanity" expansion packs (along with other versions of that game). Their movie selection is phenomenal, they're reasonably priced, always nice and friendly. Always get greeted as I/we come in. Can always find great birthday and Christmas gifts for my nerdy kids. (Lol). Their music selection is pretty good, too. This is the place to go for Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemòn Cards and used controllers etc. Very huge variety of stuff.

Friendly walked out with sum money. 2nd time the guy took a hour on looking the cards up and when he was done he said 20 on 400 dollars worth of cards thats crazy. My man loves his cards but has to sell them because sumone stole our car out of the driveway we had the car locked and the keys no help from the police .
