Kathie Bordner: Had a wonderful experience…I came just to replace a missing earring back for my Tiffany earrings. I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive thing in the store..Bravo Kanas City staff!!! Marina helped me & another associate!! I really appreciate the experience !!

Iris: This is the most wonderful shop here on the Plaza. Beautiful pieces, welcoming client advisors, and sometimes, a refreshing drink is offered! While looking at some of the negative reviews, most of them do not understand the store policy, or just plain being snobby. Seriously guys, come on!In the end, Tiffany and Co. will continue to earn my buisness!
Cheryl Bui: My husband and I, have long been customers of Tiffany & Co., maybe around 9-10 years now. Any jewelry we buy, whether it be for anniversarys, birthdays, or holiday gifts, is from here, including my engagement and our wedding rings.Customer service is always professional when we visit this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the complimentary services like ring cleaning has changed and am quite disappointed with the time it takes to simply clean your ring. I am not sure exactly how busy this place is, but we dropped by on a Sunday to see if I could clean my ring as we were in the area running errands. We were told an hour...Before, we'd visit the Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis and ring cleaning took as short as 10-15min. I can understand if such policies have changed since the time we purchased my ring or maybe it was because they were busy?! (Not many customers in store at the time requested) but I had hoped to get my ring clean without having to wait an hour. I also believe you get what you pay for and if we are going to invest several thousands, the service should be superb. We left disappointed as we didn't have the time to stick around.

I called they had the correct one in stock very friendly on the phone even better in person handled the return could not of ask for a better experience. Thank you guys so much.
Josh Pratt: My wife needed a necklace chain repaired so we stopped in. When ahead and purchased a replacement chain and have the original sent off for repair. The staff was courteous and got us setup with what we needed. There wasn't any pressure from anyone trying to sell, like you'll experience in some places. Next time I'm in the market for a special gift I'll be visiting this Tiffany & Co. store.

I have been helped by Drew many times and every single time, I am there with him, I feel very comfortable to shop around and he has excellent eyes to help me to decide what looks good for me. He is also my husband's favorite person to get a help for the gifts for me.

JY: Tiffany will sell you their jewelry fast but has a terrible policy on repairs with very poor unwelcoming customer service. Be aware of their repair policy on missing diamonds or stones before purchase. Your memory of celebration and happiness will cost you more down the road, with questionable jewelry quality that they won't stand behind.
spencer moore: I have an Old ring from my great grandmother made at Tiffany’s in New York, and I wanted to buy a matching set of Tiffany’s Earrings to impress my girlfriend. They had a beautiful set for a cheap price 10/10 I recommend Tiffany’s in general the Store in Kansas City is amazing!

The staff still cheerfully greeted us and provided us with great service. Kudos to the staff for not judging us by our appearance and providing us with an excellent shopping experience!
Yang Zou: In store service is great. Sales reps are professional and nice. However, if it turned into service orders that go to their NY service center, things changed. Your order will be slow and delayed. Covid19 is part of reasons, but why other jewelry stores can catch up and have a quick service lead time , but not Tiffany's?

Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Both times, the store was very clean and organized.Unfortunately, they are not properly staffed at times. Made a special trip on 4/30 to get a Fossil watch band resized and nobody could help me. And yes, I bought it from Macy's.

Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

Jennifer Strobel: This particular Macy's location is very old, dirty, and outdated. More like a discount store with extremely expensive items. I was trying to pick up an order I have placed online, and waited for over 45 minutes. The associate had tried to contact various members of management to get support so customers did not have to wait as long, but could not get any management to respond. Very bad experience.
