Linda Anderson: The Reception is very rude. Won't use them again.
Brenda Anderson: Last minute rental worked out very well. Professional and courteous with great inventory. Highly recommend. We stained some linens and they were very nice about it, we paid additional fees since the linens couldn't be used any longer. Very high standard of cleanliness so you know your party will be perfect.
Sokha Ven: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They basically took money from me and i didnt even get to use the tables and chairs i ordered! They will not give me a refund! This place dont even deserve a 1 star!!!
Sherika Smith: After reading the reviews I decided to give them a call, whoever I was speaking with was rude and made me feel rushed. She seemed as if I was BOTHERING her. I just wanted to inquire about renting some tables. I just didn't get good vibes from her. Just how she spoke to me made me think twice about using their services. I was supposed to be sent a quote through email and never received it. I'm sure they are a decent company but my first impression wasn't very good.

Ashley Holland: My fiancé went in to look at table cloths. We walked in and was greeted by a women behind the desk that didn’t bother to look up from whatever she was doing. She asked if she could help us. So I replied with we’d like to look at linens. She replied, “you wanna look at linens”.... I said yes.....she says they are over there. Never got up, just sat there. She was soo rude. Another woman at another desk just sat there for awhile. It wasn’t until we had to go to them with a question did they offer any assistance. Beyond rude. It was a wasted trip.
Andria Hassler: Outdoor wedding- Sadly we had VERY poor experience with party patch. TERRIBLE communication- the day of our tent arrival we waited and waited for the tent to arrive. 3.5 hours after the so called delivery window they showed up. When we contacted the company asking where the tent was they didn't know where the delivery truck was?? Evidently today's communication technology doesn't work for them?!? No cel phones? Really!Once the tent was up, we noticed how banged up the tent was. Poles were sketchy, there were holes in the ceiling, which you can only imagine what that does with rain!Bigger issue- The size dance floor that was recommended by the company did NOT fit the size tent we had.The list goes on and on. I do NOT recommend using this company!

Nate Chastain: We planned an outdoor wedding in Independence for 300 people and needed a reliable company to get the job done. Party Patch was there every step of the way to accommodate for a gigantic tent and a large quantity of seating/tables. Every question or issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. Stan and Kristen were amazing to work! We would happily rent from them again and would recommend others to do the same.
cowgirlshikira: We have worked with these people many many times and so naturally it was the same when we needed supplies. We ordered a large tent and it was supposed to go up on Thursday. Well Thursday came and went and Friday afternoon we called to ask why it wasnt up yet. We were informed that Thursday night (we had a large storm) a bunch of the smaller tents that were put up had been blown down (understandable). So they took priority over ours, even though we should have had ours before that. They didnt come till an hour till they were supposed to close (mind you the yard was now a swamp due to all the rain, and it's a 3 1/2-4 hour install; which we also werent told till Friday) now we have a bride whos freaking out about her outdoor wedding, a soupy yard, and a last minute set up because obviously we couldnt do anything till the tent was up. Over all very stressful process and not great service. I am normally very quick to put a good spin on things, but this was a major disappointment.

Alicia Hardesty: we have used elite party rental several times to rent bounce houses for outdoor events. they are a small local business with a friendly staff. they have a large array of different items tents, chairs, entertainment items etc available at reasonable rates for many different rental needs. they have delivery service available as well.

We've rented from them for 2 weddings, (the first one they bailed us out from another rental agency that dropped the ball), and a couple other times and they are very helpful, have clean, well maintained equipment and are really friendly. They have delivered and picked up on time, each time. I'll use them for all my rentals. They also rent all types of equipment as well, not just party items.

Cornelius Stewart: John owner/operator of Azizi Party and Rental is amazing and loves what he does. I can not explain how surprised I was when I walked in his venue and saw how he decorated for my brother repast, it was beautiful and all in wow John really delivered!! From my first consult for our wedding, John was a great listener, offered options to help us stay on track. He actually created a “mock” table from his wide selection of inventory that was exactly what I described and better than examples I’d seen on social media. He allowed me to share every as detail as well as guided many of the decision to create a cohesive look for our outdoor wedding full of natural elements. He and his staff provided wonderful add-ons that made all of the difference in the final presentation. I called two times, emailed four times. I followed the instructions of the man who answered the phone (seemed really nice), but their follow up has been non-existent.

Made sure the set up was perfect and asked me along the way to make sure my vision played out. They even came back after my event and cleaned up with me, cleaned up more than my own team did and was very professional and had good energy the entire time. They were all smiles and even came cleaned up nice. I’m thankful I had met them, I won’t be doing business anywhere else for my events.

Mairu: Called to see i could rent some chairs, well, talked like she was forced out of bed that morning! I had to hang up. Some training in customer service is where they need to start. The lady gave short answers, wouldn't offer options, no sensitivity, no tone. I asked if they would be able to deliver 50 chairs? She mumbes for 2 secs then asks me if i have any more questions. I know i heard a no somewhere in there, but i was actually planning on picking them up but, she shut me of. Well, i thought to myself, she sounds "busy", let her be busy, and so i hang up.
Samantha Clasen: We went through Big T Tents for our at home wedding this past September. They were very flexible leading up to the event and added on extra chairs for us last minute no hassle. The crew showed up early the morning before the event for the tent set up. They were quick and efficient. They showed us how to roll up the tent sides and gave us suggestions on how to properly hang lights in the tent. They were very helpful overall. I would recommend Big T Tent to anyone looking to save a few bucks and still receive a massive deal.
Tracy Jones: The crew arrived on time both to set-up and tear down for our event. They were very professional and efficient. I had good communication with the head of the crew regarding where we needed the tents, tables and chairs. Also, he easily adjusted when minor changes for placement arose. I was very happy and will use you again next year.
Shelby Bell: We booked Big T Tents for my wedding and they set up a 30'x30' tent with no stakes on a patio for us. Their quote was well below competitors and the tent worked very well for what we needed- a cocktail hour out of the wind. We also rented a few sets of string lights and those were very very important because we didn't have sides with windows. Part of what made Big T so competitive was that they did not take down the tent until Monday and so we didn't pay overtime for the labor. If you plan to book them this is something to ask about as I needed to clear it with my venue to keep the tent up for an extra day and half.
Sadie Miller: We have worked with Big T Tents on many occasions but this past one will be our last. They were to SET UP the tent, tables and chairs. They only set up the tent and just left the tables and chairs for us to do, when I specifically asked that they be set up for us. When setting them up, we realized one table was broken and held together with tape, and the rest were covered in mud. After scrubbing them ourselves, we called to let them know of our experience and they laughed at us saying that they didn't see an issue. Please rethink investing in their services unless you are prepared for an embarrassment and a lot of work on your part!!

Our pricing on our website is only for a portion of our inventory and depending on our customers needs items like lights, side walls etc. may be added.
