Jack Patrick: Staff were quite helpful, they knew where to look to find what I needed.
carl todd: Bought recommended iyem, ask guy about installation, said easy. Got home USBport not there, called store, no help, sent me to phone site, 4 hrs later, and 3 different specialists could not. Had to return to store, lady there solved problem in 5 minutes.

Samantha Shivers: Staff helped us find the perfect laptop! We chose an open box one that had been a display, and when we got home we noticed it had some barcodes burned into the screen. We took it back and they helped pick out a brand new one at no extra charge. Very friendly staff!
Manny: For the most part its as expected. Every once and a while it's hard to find an employee but everyone is nice and helpful. It also might be me but i remember there being way more aisles and stuff a couple of years ago? Idk but, pretty cool place!

Andrew Hack: I actually enjoy this Walmart better than the one in blue springs the one in blue springs makes you feel like you're there too help them if you can get any of them to help you at all. And another thing how is it the same thing at a different location is 10 dollars higher at the one in blue springs ? These are the things that make you wonder same vendor Walmart is not individually owned but prices are different . But anyhow you get to be yourself here you don't have to act better then anyone else here .
Adrian Klein: Entire store smelled like body odor. Used the self check and the bags REEKED of BO. We had to hand wash everything we bought after coming home because it caused our entire purchase to smell. We're literally wondering if someone died on the truck that had the bags or maybe a super smelly person napped on the shipment of bags?? Either way, something's horribly stinky.

I am usually some what slower, but I just happened to get a check out next to an associate, just incase I froze up. She said it was due to people saying they want a job, but don't show up for work.Maybe Biden should give them more money for their being handycapped; laziness. 😪

Jen: This was my first time at this store location.I've seen police officers standing guard at jewelry stores, but never at a grocery store. And a Walmart at that.That's a big put off, I'll not be shopping at this location again. If there's an officer standing guard, it's obviously not a safe place to shop.

Jaz: Annoying lane 10 or 11 is the only register you can go to for tobacco and alcohol yet you have people bringing full carts and taking forever. Why not just make a lane ONLY for those products no one wants to wait 10+ minutes in line because there no limit and people don’t care about others needs!

Entropydemic: Probably the sloppier of the Wal Mart stores I've ever been to, but to be fair the amount of people constantly roving mindlessly about and the nearby poor district must make it hard for the workers. Also this might be the reason the people that work here are short with you.
Penny Stewart: Wal-Mart is mostly always consistent which I'm on the road. I always use self check out and the clerks at this Wal-Mart are very polite and helpful if needed.

She discriminated against the elder and then stopped bagging our product to take a 30 second pause to text someone on her cell phone. She obviously hates her job and I would never want someone like her at the face of my company. Ghetto.

But Charles could have been apologetic or at least decent--other employees were fairly normal-at least.

Landon Webb: There was a guy here who helped me find a gaming PC that went above my needs at a great price point. He was very knowledgeable and has the ability to help someone buy all of the parts they would need to build a PC. He spent a good amount of time helping me find what I need. This kind of customer service is hard to find and I was very happy with my purchase.

Now in May, I still have to wait to get it since it not get done yet. Since I don’t use the dishwasher much I don’t rush on them. But it is unacceptable for 2 months and not even get done yet.

When I contacted Best Buy they said it couldn't be edited or changed. FRAUD!!!I also asked the third party Totaltech guy to make sure nothing was left in my dryer in which he replied "Nothing is in this dryer." A week later I'm looking for my sheets and no where to be found. Yesterday I tore my house apart looking for them and they are gone. Then it dawned on me. They were in my old dryer. The dryer that the guy said was empty. WRONG!!!

Katrina Kirby: As far as Walmarts go on this side of the metro this one is the best. It's always super busy but the caliber of people exceeds others. Example: left my phone in a cart, got all the way back to Independence on the way home before I noticed. By the time we got back I was sure there was no chance to get it back- but it had been turned in to customer service. No issues.
FatKat MOTO: The Adams Dairy/Blue springs Walmart, is the best Walmart.Left our phone in a basket. Someone turned it in. Wouldn't have gotten that back from 40hy. 😬
