Jack Patrick: Staff were quite helpful, they knew where to look to find what I needed.
carl todd: Bought recommended iyem, ask guy about installation, said easy. Got home USBport not there, called store, no help, sent me to phone site, 4 hrs later, and 3 different specialists could not. Had to return to store, lady there solved problem in 5 minutes.

josh rudolph: Great place find deals on electronics, but before you go. Do your own research on the stuff your buying, some that work there don't have clue. Will give the wrong item that you need, but other then that it's Wonderful place!
Randall Turner Jr: Feels like RadioShack and Best Buy had a love child and filled it with nerd essentials. Stopped in to grab another 3D printer, was cool to see several models running prints on display.
Lucas Messer: One of the best stores for everything relating to computers. This was very helpful for me because I could physically see the items, were online it's hard for me. Overall a great store and lots of options to choose from for people in many price ranges.

I could have gotten the parts cheaper online, but I wouldn't have been able to bring problem parts back for immediate replacement. When my nVidia 1080ti died in the first month, I took it in and they swapped it out. It would have taken weeks to get a replacement if I'd bought it on line.Sure, things cost a bit more, but the convenience more than makes up for it.

I went yesterday to MicroCenter which is a long way from me and being disabled twice the distance as I am comfortable with. I bought a new Mac Mini and went to set it up and its locked to the person that returned it!! Its a very very expensive paperweight. I wanted to use because I was taking my wife in for surgery this morning and I needed to use it while I was watching over my wife recover from home but now I am not going to be able to use for a few days until I get back over there so they can fix or give me another but I guess I will have to return it because I cant afford a brand new one with my disability pay that I recieve. Now this means another long trip and maybe get nothing for a few months till I can save some more money…I thought they was suppose to check them returned items before they resell. I am glad I was not able to get all the previous guys info. That should be illegal to try and sell something that is locked to a previous owner… i am so so mad n sad!!!

Riley Braun: I bought a car radio on the Best Buy website that had “free instillation”, so I thought it would be a no brainer to have them install it for me. My mistake. First, they couldn’t even get me scheduled for the instillation for another two weeks, but I was okay with that so I decided to wait because I really wanted the radio installed. Then, two weeks later on the morning of my appointment, literally an hour before I was supposed to be there, I get a phone call from one of the instillation managers saying they won’t be able to install my radio for an additional TWO WEEKS because the installer who was scheduled to install my radio had called in that morning and said he wasn’t coming into work. They were completely unwilling to make the situation right and told me that no other employees would install my radio either because the situation had nothing to do with them. If you buy a radio here, be prepared to wait a MONTH or more just to have it installed, and keep in mind there is absolutely nothing guaranteeing your appointments, even after you schedule them and wait for weeks. Pathetic excuse for customer service and completely unprofessional.

Martha Castrejon: The absolute worse experience. Purchasers a bundle of appliances over $10K delivery was rescheduled 5 times. Everything delivered separately with 12 hour delivery windows. It took multiple trips to the store, countless useless hours on the phone. If you call, no one will ever answer the phone at the store. It was a logistical nightmare. Don’t waste your time money or energy with this company.

Scott K: Purchased open box TV via Best Buy site. They listed the condition as "Excellent". I do the curb-side pickup and bring it home. After unpacking I realize it's missing the stand. I return to the store and they cannot provide me a stand nor helpful on a solution. If the site had stated there was no stand I would not have purchased. Driving back & forth to the store was about 65 miles. I could have opted to return via Best Buy paying for shipping, but opted to go to the store. I saved them shipping cost and no flexibility from them.*5/1 update* John F contacted me and righted the situation. Still only 3 stars for this store due to what I experienced with members of this team. But Best Buy on Metcalf is getting 5 stars, thanks 100% to John F & Tim!

Ced: Rarely do i visit a best buy these days but i was helping someone shop for a laptop here. I will say the service was great when we finally got someones attention. Had to go 4 stars though because of the lack of workers in the electronics department at the time. Gave it about 30 mins of waiting and then later got help from other departments. Im still a fan of electronics stores but def go here with patience.

W Brown: I placed an order here (Metcalf) Saturday & was told it would be delivered to my home Sunday. I checked the shipping Sunday & it said it was waiting for pickup. I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store ( on Skyview) where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. They won’t even cancel it. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!
Gina Traxler: Called the store to inquire if they did electronic recycling (older tube tv's) and if there was a fee. The associate stated that yes they do recycle older tv's and that there was no fee. After a 2 hour drive to the Best Buy on South Metcalf I was told by a surprised customer that was also dropping off a tv that there was a $30 fee for each tv. She was upset as she was told the same thing, "no fee". The employees then told me the same and that I probably talked to a call center. Someone needs to get their message straight for what they tell customers or honor what the call center is telling people. Everyone was very dismissive. I will never shop at a Best Buy again!😡

Can't get what you need and don't like the shady practices they are doing with the pricing through gift cards and it is not being displayed on the price tags or explained before you are checking out. It is also really hard to find someone to help you. There used to be more employees in all the areas all the time, now it's hard to find them on the floor.
