Even if you where 10 minutes away when I canceled you still would of been 20 minutes late.

Heather Tanner: My sister & I went to a concert at James Brown arena. We had no issue getting a Lyft to the venue, but we could not get one back to our Airbnb. The venue made everyone leave right after the show & it was extremely cold outside. We called several cab companies and they were either rude or hung up on me. Our phones were almost dead as well & we were getting nervous that we wouldn’t be able to find a ride home. I finally called this cab company and spoke with a guy named Chris. He was so nice & understanding. He told me a cab would be there in 20 min to pick us up. I called him back after 10 or 15 min to check in and he was so kind & told me my cab # and how soon it would arrive. I didn’t catch our cab driver’s name, but he was absolutely wonderful as well. I do remember it was cab #24. I can’t thank this cab company enough for helping us. Price was extremely reasonable as well. Thanks so much Chris & driver of cab #24! Y’all saved us tonight.
Alexander Henzler: Called to order a cab off base and said which taxi stop a couple of buds and I were waiting at. 3 hours later and the cab still hadn't shown up. Called after about an hour and a half and basically got told to stop being entitled and that others were waiting longer than us which is a problem in itself. I'm just gonna walk to the gate and get an uber next time.
Que Smith: This has to be the worst taxi company I have ever dealt with but unfortunately they are the only company who can go on post. I called them four hours in advance and placed my order. I then received my text with the confirmation number. The time for my pickup comes and goes. I call them again. The guy says I booked it for an hour earlier. I tell him my confirmation number and we're somehow "disconnected". I call back again and he can't give me a reason as to why they didn't show but a new one would be there in 15 mins. I wait 25 and no one shows. I call once more and ask what's the problem and he says no one has been dispatched and he can't tell me when someone would be there. I hung up the phone before I said something disrespectful. After 30 hours of traveling, I come back to that. My advice..just call Lyft or an Uber, heck walking in a storm would be better than dealing with them again. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Gordon should cancel their contract.

johncenafan112: Absolute garbage service. Yes, a couple of times they’ve been early, but an overwhelming amount of times they’ve been late and on one occasion, even caused me to miss an appointment. It’s unfortunate that they’re the only ones allowed to drive on base, I’d say allow more companies to increase competition. Or better yet, this company goes somewhere else
Justin Mautz: I reserved a cab 2 weeks in advance to go to the airport, I checked my reservation the day before to confirm they would be able to pick me up. After this confirmation less than 16 hours prior they proceeded to never show up and when I called to attempt to solve this problem they blew me off and caused me to almost miss my flight. I was forced to walk the journey there. This is absolutely ridiculous and is some of the worst customer service I have ever received if you have an option pick any other cab company.

I work at a hospital and called for a patient who needed a ride home and this man answered and said that it would be several hours from now for one to show up. I said ok and please come whenever possible, as the patient would have to wait regardless. He then told me that I would have to call back at 6 when they're there.. Which didn't make sense and then he said, "And you need to stop calling this number." Um, excuse me? 👎👎👎... If you need a ride around here, use anyone but this guy!

Shelly Shever: Taxi on time to pick us up for our show down at T-Mobile Center, cost $36.00, gave him $43.00, $7.00 tip. He came back to pick us up after show, but didn’t have meter on.. dropped us off at home, he told us it would be more expensive, $55.00, I asked why? I told him it was on $36.00 when you dropped us off, he said no, it was 43.00… I said no it wasn’t…. He proceeded to tell us, well, just give me $50.00 then. He drove us home, we didn’t get a DUI, but I can tell you one thing, I said I would write a review, and I will never use this service again!!! I highly DON’T recommend this taxi service!!!!

ryan bruce: credit card machine did not work and driver would not return my card. the card was swiped multiple times and after checking my bank statement the next day I noticed that I was charged three times for my ride. eventually the driver returned the card, but only after waiting over ten minutes with holding my card hostage. my first and last experience with allstar.
