Maria Lopez: Rude staff every time I call I get cut off mid sentence when trying to ask a question about my return they are slow at filling taxes I sat in their office for 2 and a half hours just to fill a married with one dependent return with 2 W2s the price is way to high to be treated so rudely and inconsiderate. Don’t go to this one choose another place. Front desk was super nice and welcoming though and very help full when I come into the office

Nancy Rader: Cost me almost 400 dollars last year. They use to be 100 or under. Will find a cheaper place for sure. And no. My taxes are simple
Bethany Wright: Make sure the person doing your taxes is an EA, a CPA, or has completed the IRS AFTR program for non credentialed prepares. And never pay more than $200 for a tax return that isn't complicated. TurboTax will file simple returns for you for free $0 and and returns with investment income like stocks cost about $300. You can go anywhere to get your taxes done but whoever you choose check credentials and don't let them charge you $600-$300 because you're getting a big refund and won't notice. It's as bad a predatory payday loan and buy here. Pay here car loan businesses. They take advantage of people who most can't afford to have themselves be taken advantage of. But who are the most desperate for money and most easily taken advantage of.
