Tara Whalen: Norm and his team are amazing! Norm was one of the 10 different pool companies that came out to provide a bid for a pool install. Norm came with more knowledge, advice, and honesty! We signed a contract with Norm immediately and haven't had any regrets. Fall 2019 we made our first deposit and before the end of the year he had the project started and well on its way. We had a lot of rain and bad weather but the project was complete in April 2020 (one month earlier than initially promised). We paid at each time agreed upon in the contract and Norm NEVER went over budget! His team Marcus, Alex, the pool cover guys and really the entire crew showed attention to detail all the way through! Kim Camarata: My Husband (Paul) and I purchased a pool from Aqua Blue Designs back in 2004. They walked us through the entire process from pool selection to planning out the pool deck. The construction went smoothly and they kept us up to date about their progress. Pool construction can be messy to the yard but they managed to keep the impact small. The only scary part of putting in the pool was the craning of the pool over the house to the hole in the back yard. It was amazing how they do that.Since then Aqua Blue has continued to be a real pool partner. We have them open & close the pool each year and on occasion asked them to repair or replace equipment as needed. Jeremy Fort: We installed our pool around 10 years ago, so 2007. We have been extremely happy with our choice of pool, equipment, and service provider. Aqua Blue Designs and Norm Whitted have been most helpful, always responsive to our needs. We have been pleased with our choice of a salt-water system and the relative low maintenance it requires. We are 10 years into pool ownership, and equipment does age and we have started having to replace some equipment. In November 2022 Matt Mainard assessed my pool for a new liner for spring 2023 and said he would have a quote ready in couple weeks after seeing the pool - November 2022. He never responded with a quote or explanation for not responding. Here we are in May 2023 and still no response after reaching out several times to this company. Huge failure. Down the street is Swim Things. Go there for your pool needs!!

Todd Glidewell: Would rate a zero if I could ! I had a liner put in by them 4 years ago and it took 2 months to finally get it installed which was ok , I understand it was a busy time of year. My liner had wrinkles in it this Winter , and of course has a warranty , I have called since April 25 , today Is July 2 . Do you think they have been out to even look at let alone fix it !! NOPE ! Pathetic . Called company , same story , call Matt . No help customer service sucks ! I’ll buy a new liner from someone else , screw the warranty

Don Clements: They are very responsive to service calls and making sure the job is done right. I have been using them since got my pool for opening and closings and any maintenance repairs.

Tara West: We have had the worst service ever with them. I called them cause my pump is not holding pressure. I tried to trouble shoot like they told me and that did not help so actually made it worse. They came out and found out we had a broken part after having me wait until 4pm to even show up no call or anything before hand. I had to call to make sure they had even ordered the part. I was told they would call me when they were coming back but that did not happen either. They came back next day at 8am and put the part on and changed sand. They broke my power box handle and didn’t say a word about it and one of the employees took it upon himself to pee on my firewood pile we use for cooking. I called them to see what was going on and they Told me it was all good to go. I come home and check cause i had to work and it was still sitting at same pressure it was when i called them. I called to tell them i still had the same issue and she told me we need to get jet eyeballs and that will up my pressure by 8 lbs in my filter well that is what the guys told her to tell me anyway.. i mind u i am paying them for a job so if that is what i needed then why did they not put them on to complete the job? i have lived in this house and dealt with this pool for 15 years... jet eyeballs is not my issue. I called and asked for manager to call me to discuss and that was Friday... i am still waiting on Monday for that to happen...I would not recommend this business as the customer service is horrible.
