Livestock Exchange LLC: what do users think?
Carlos Vides Advisor Academy: Great environment. Friendly service. Great music
Carolyn McCarthy: My sister used to work there. It's a piece of KC history next to the old stockyards.
Beverly Leon: We had my sons wedding reception there.friendly staff, good atmosphere
Travis Naylor: Good fresh breakfast options at the Golden Ox.
Philip Hooser: I love that people (mostly artists) pioneered a new use for this classic location. Really enjoy going to Open Studios to see what new works are happening and people are friendly for the most part. There are also nearby restaurants and such that keep it vibrant as the neighborhood opens itself to a new generation of gentrification.
Shirley McEntyre: I love hanging out in the bottoms ..it's becoming g trendy with eaterys an brewerys
Chris Wilborn: Historic and Rustic Beauty . Down home good people.
Teresa Dirks: Fabulous place to see amazing local fine art during the 2-3 scheduled open studios in an incredible historic building.
Darth Volvo: Love this place. Great atmosphere
Stephen Moon: Very awesome and historic place to visit!!!
Nicole Bissey: I rent a studio here and my business partner and I absolutely love it. The staff is pleasant and friendly, the building is beautiful. We couldn't ask for a better space.
Michael Renfrow: The history of this area is second to none if your from KC.
Barbara Ray: Nice ambience & great drink menu, although a bit too pricey ($10 for the apple cider yikes!)
Jim Maloney: KC is fortunate to have such structures still standing for residents to visit. Classic architecture at that area of the Bottoms...when a building was a building, still preserved and used. And you can get a damn fine steak dinner with all the trimmings. Beef the way is should be enjoyed. Really represents KCMO history, Origins and businessesAnd the other end of the block represents new ways of thinking of the Bottoms. Amazing shops and venues at the other end of the street! For those visiting the Bottoms area, you are enjoying the best of both worlds of KC the old and the new...enjoy it all!
Lori Betts: What an amazing experience.
J F: Piece of KC history with eclectic group of tenants
Brandon McElhiney: Job very well done re-purposing this building but keeping so many original fixtures and decor. From the moment you walk in it's like you walked into a time capsule. You have to go to the room toward the back of the building where the original exchange board is located just to imagine what it would've been like back in the day. Bravo to the developers and others responsible for keeping this building true to it's roots.
David Knigge: Architecturally and historical building partially phased in remodel and restoration, preserving some interesting details. However exterior signage is lacking leading to confusion as to where to enter. Park in the rear and access to the right of the loading dock next to a gallery. Area has interesting possibilities.
John Shemwell: A historic building converted to an office space, which means it shows its age a little, but overall a nice place. Lots of nice artwork around the halls since a lot of tenants are, you know, artists.
