Alex Westendorff: They need investigated! The routinely do illegal things. They turned my heat off with 5 kids and a newborn, twice! I was a month back and wife was on forced maternity leave. They do not care at all and will turn them off illegally. In MO when under freezing they can't do that, yet they have and do daily. Also have a power line hanging in my back yard they haven't fixed, and customer service is a minimum 2 hour call to reach someone. You would think scamming people everyday, they would have staff. Terrible.

saiyan warrior: Company is absolute garbage and is stilling from the citizens of Independence. Some how even when you use less electricity that last month you bill still goes up. Less than a 1000 Sq ft house (about the same as my old apartment) and I've got 400 plus electric bills. I never had one over 130 when I was with kcpl/evergy. There is no customer service, they intentionally do not answer the phones when called and when they do they dodge the question and lie to you. I have cameras all over my property and they said they sent a reader out every month. This is not true ive lived here for 2 years and seen 2 meter readers the entire time and both the bills that they sent someone out where cheaper than the bill that had what they call "assumed usage". This company is build to screw you and nothing more.

Timothy Wolff: Power went out last night due to the storm supposedly. The power survived the onslaught of the storm around 615PM and didn't go out till 15 minutes after it had passed. Anyhow, I saw a crew working on it around 2AM and was thinking that it would be restored shortly after. I woke up at 6 AM and the crew was gone and no power restored. Evergy would work throughout the night to restore power to their customers. Still no power before leaving for work at 7AM.

Mr. K: Rude. Threatens to shut off service and seize your home. Often demands that we remove all fencing 3property. Workers caught kitting pets from other side of fencing. Get everything in writing and record every interaction.

Allot of confusion and no one able to clear up our questions. We were signed up and ready to install but now are trying to cancel the whole project and we still cannot reach anyone. And no one will return our calls.

Rachel Slamin was great at explaining all the details of solar power. After I decided to move forward and get the panels and a battery, SolarPro took care of everything. They talked to the HOA, the city and the power company. They handled all the permits. They communicated with me every week, both through emails and phone calls. I didn't worry about handling anything except telling friends and neighbors about how easy it is to work with SolarPro.

There were a few bumps down the road leading up to install but Katrina and her manager TJ were more than helpful with addressing those concerns and solving them in a timely manner. On install day, the whole team was very prompt and professional and they were very kind and attentive during install. The install went great and Collin was very informative on explaining the whole process post-install. Overall ADT Solar, Katrina, and TJ went above and beyond expectations. Joann and I could not be happier. We highly recommend ADT Solar for their exceptional service. They are definitely a 5 star company. You will not be disappointed!

I was somewhat apprehensive and skeptical of the whole solar thing at first because I wanted to see if it was going to be beneficial for me or not but my sales rep Katrina did a great job explaining everything to me from A-Z.
