Tammy Hall: Highly recommended! What a breath of fresh air! I called before I went to get an estimate on diagnosis the problem & to see what the time frame was for fixing. The ownere said he'd like to look at it first & talk about the issue with me before giving a me estimate. This is my 4th attempt at resolving a tension issue (typcially an eaiser fix, but another co "fixed it" & after taking it back 2 times, wanted to charge me more) In less than 15 mins, the owner immediately said, it's the thread you are using..... too grainy. Didn't charge a thing to look at the machine! I bought some thread & felt pads, would have been happy to pay something for his time. It was a blessing to know my machine wouldn't be in the shop for 2 wks. I found my new place for repairs!
Wendy Allen: The owner of this sewing machine repair shop is one of the most honest and trustworthy businessmen I’ve ever dealt with. He assesses the problem and gives a fair quote to fix it. He could easily take advantage of people who don’t know what they’re faced with when their machine doesn’t work-but he doesn’t. Yesterday he took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix my tension problem. It was just the thread! I bought 4 spools of thread from him and he didn’t charge me for the easy fix. I would highly recommend him to anyone has a sewing machine that isn’t running the way it should.

Rachel McGonagle: My sewing machine tension was all tangled up and I could not get it fixed - called around, and everyone was 4 -6 weeks out to even look at it. I am new to sewing , and wanted to keep going. Found Sew Easy online and called - the guy said repairs were about 10 days out - so I went there right away. the owner told me to take a seat and he went ahead and checked it out. He educated me on thread, my wrong bobbin size, and went ahead and adjusted the machine to work perfectly while I waited. I walked out 15 minutes later, smarter and ready to get right back on my project!! I am thrilled!! He knows the machines, knows how to explain the problems, and kind enough to take the time to help me out. He even gave me the name of a place to take classes.

Ricky Alan: I found Sew Easy on Google maps and they were close by so decided to try them for trouble with my Brother Sewing machine tension. The owner was very friendly and indicated it was likely the thread I was using. He sewed a small strip with my machine using the same thread and then changed to a better brand of thread and I could clearly see a difference. I purchased new thread from him (he stated the other would be fine for hand sewing). He charged only for the thread and not the time he took to demonstrate. I was very impressed with his service and will go there if I have any sewing needs. I highly recommend trying his shop.

Tricia Petersen: Gomez came out to diagnose a problem with our 6-year-old Samsung washing machine. Unfortunately, the problem was related to two electrical components, one of which was no longer available from the place where Able orders their parts. He was honest with me and told me the approximate cost for the parts and labor, if the part had been available, and we were able to make the decision to purchase a new LG machine.
