Never had any issues idk if because it has new owners but I was totally ripped off first I put $5 in the change machine and it only gave me $2 back then I use the wash bay to clean my floor mats only used 8 minutes the machine said I would only get charged $6.25 when I looked at my statement I now have a charge for $18 and some change I tried contacting the car wash via email there is no posted phone numbers or anyting only an email this is been almost a week and I've heard nothing back

Adventure One: The place was clean, well maintained and all of the equipment worked as it should. Separate brushes for tires and car body, A+ for that. Unfortunately, it's also rather expensive. I normally take my time and pay $12-$14 for a wash. An acceptable price for a thorough wash. This place cost me $22. That's just too much. Looking forward to spring so I can start washing the car at home.

The top of the line nine dollar fully automatic wash at Tower Car Wash has a true full blasting undercarriage and rocker panel/wheel blast wash followed by a personal, two full car soap passes, two blast pressure full car rinse passes, a RainX wax application pass and following rinse, an application of spot free rinse and an overhead airblast dry as you exit. I can get by washing my car one time a month using this premium wash if it rains due to the shedding qualities of their RainX wax!! FIVE STARS!

The amount of time you get for a quarter is decent and it is usually clean and not busy. Kind of out of the way, it sets a block east of 291 Highway just north of QuikTrip. If you're not looking you'll miss it.

SCOTT MCNEAL: I took two of my trucks through there paid for the best wash they had realized that it didn't get the wheels on either truck so I took the black one back through, still didn't take the dust off the wheels, and then later I realized it didn't even knock the dust off the hood of the black one I could still see a circle that a friend of mine had done with his finger two weeks ago in the dust and it's still there,terrible

KR Wilson: GO, somewhere else. The menu of services was not clear about add on services. I told the attendant what I was after, charged for a wash and interior wipe down, and vacuum and then on to the wash and detailing service. Car was not well cleaned and interior service was not complete. Flooring mats put back in car muddy (realized later) and there was incomplete interior wipe down and vacuum (see pics). Last, then I had to find the keys to the car as all the detailers disappeared and the keys were not in car. I wish I had paid better attention, all seemed to be going well. It is beyond comprehension, this place used to be much better.

I feel that one payment a month is the way to go here. After only two washes, I'm getting the rest of them free for an entire month. So get in line....it's time for a Quick Shine car wash!It only costs me $30 a month for unlimited washes that includes ALL the good stuff you want in a car wash experience. You can also pay when you want, if that's your prerogative. I get the full-meal-deal which can run you $15 each time. Their basic wash is only $8.00 and that's still an excellent deal. No worries, it could have been our fault but where’s my combat vet plate holder? I’m really upset that had a dinged up plate but no holder. I wouldn’t be shocked if it was taken. I get it if it were broken and then trashed but no knowledge of it? Yeah, right 😒

Brandie Phelps: I am very 😡 about what happened today. I entered the car was and the attendant sprayed my car with bug remover. It seemed that the car wash broken. The attendant went out for about 10 minutes. He returned and sent me through. It seemed that it really didn't do all the stuff I paid for. When I got my car out my paint was removed. My car is three days old. I brought ot to the attendants attention. He states that my car must have been chopped and that's why the paint came off. He pointed to the signed that said the aren't responsible. He could have cared less. I am sorry my car that I have had three days didn't have chips in the paint.Not only did my car not gets clean. The chemicals he let sit on my car ate through my paint. Do not use this car wash. I have used them for years but never again. He lost my business.Service:Auto detailing

Toikai Jones: This is the only place I go to wash my cars. I've been to others but they didn't really clean my car. Only thing I think could be better is if the equipment adjusted to smaller vehicles. Doesn't clean the back of my smaller vehicle.

Mom B: Maybe a bit pricey, but not bad at all if you park under trees!😂 I wash my car often and use the vacuums. Always clean and never broken. Staff is always efficient and friendly.

Bryce Nelson: I own a Tesla and it has a hard time cleaning the front of the car. Every once in awhile I have to go through twice and then it does get the car cleaned. Other than those issues it is a good car wash and the plan that I'm on is very cost-effective. One last thing . . . Believe it or not the majority of the population washes their car on the weekend. Closing on a Saturday or Sunday probably not the best idea 💡 just food for thought.

Katy Argubright: I have membership, but do not recommend this particular location… Wash is difficult to drive into unless you have a compact vehicle. Anything longer cannot pull the turn to make it on to the wash tracks without scraping your tires/rims. NOT ONE of the vacuums works well at all… I moved to 4 different bays to try and find a working vacuum with enough suction to be useful, gave up and left. Gave 2 bc vehicle exterior was clean, but couldn’t do inside and hard to maneuver in the small spacesServices:Auto interior vacuuming,Vacuuming

eileen ellis: Went once got out of my car to vacuum the inside only to find the complete right side and rear windows had not been touched by water brush or soap. I was shocked when I went and got the attendant when I began to explain the problem he knew it was the right side as the machine is not calibrated correctly and there is a work order in for it to be fixed. Wish I had been told before I paid $18.00. He said he’d send me coupon to my phone and would personally spray the right side. The line was extremely long, I guess a lot of people were going there for the first time and didn’t know they were wasting their time. So, I couldn’t get it done again that day and I have not received a coupon yet. It’s been 2 weeks. I live on a disability check and if I had 18$ to throw away I’d give to someone begging on the exit ramps your money would be better spent. They are running a scam. I’d like my money back and if and when that happens I’ll take down my review. Thanks for nothing DONT PAY GO CAR WASH you will not have a clean car

Yadira Chicas: I've tried the membership and it was worth it. Might consider doing it again for the winter to make sure I get good under carriage wash for my car.This location has a self-vacuum area, which I like. Basic wash cost is average.Gets the job done.

Curtis D Benefield: I love this place , so what if there sign accuses customer's of stealing there towels that they will get what they deserve which I don't want to know what there really wanting to say but it can't be positive, also they charge everyone different rates for different amenities but look closely and see they give everyone the same wash because the kids send you through pressed the wrong button or didn't push it at all because of the amount of cars pilled up and every on is on auto select from the first car in line, so I just hope that I get in line behind the guy with the go big package and the kids selects the right wash.

Joey Hostetter: I went to Go about two months ago and went through their wash and was not directed properly on getting my truck on their track. The employees that were guiding the way, instructed me on to turn my wheels so that my truck would catch and the wash would begin, that is where the situation got bad. I was guided into the bay with my front driver tire on the wrong side of the conveyor. After several other employees were brought back to see what was causing a delay in vehicles going through, I was told to adjust my wheels so that I could get back in line, which the only problem is that there was their lit up sign in the way. I was told that I would not hit the sign so I accelerated into the sign. At that point the general manager was called in, which was an hour later. Once the manager arrived, the situation was fixed, as he grabbed salt bags and directed me out. My truck bumper has slight damage and I would think the right thing to do would be pay for the damage, but I went ignored until several weeks afterward when I went up to the business and asked the status of my claim. While the manager was looking for my claim, the manager was thumbing through several claims and at the top of each, was the word “denied”. I was told that someone at the corporate level was looking into it and was eventually denied the claim. The reason for the denial was that I was driving the truck. I thought that every customer drove their car into the wash and it was the person who worked the drive throughs job was to direct. I am a reasonable person, but when a business does wrong, typically you do the right thing and take care of the customer. Do not recommend their services.

Timothy Owings: Very good drive thru car wash, the staff is always helpful. Several different levels of vehicle washes available to choose from. I recommend all the Go Car Washes.

Karen Doolin: The attendant was personable... which is enjoyable and appreciated! (The car wash was good too 😃)Update... after getting the GO BIG membership, I've decided that the independence 291 location does the best job getting the BACK of my Mazda CX-5 clean. (I've used both Blue Springs locations as well as Lee's Summit when determining this... multiple times depending where I am... with the dust from gravel roads)

Edwina S Cline: It's great place other then, it's a tight squeeze getting around corner to pull in to wash, especially for a full size truck! So I'd give the 5 star if they fixed that inconvenience but it's still a great place to wash your vehicle
