Michael Hunt: The website listed on this google listing is a large parts supplier, not the security/alarm company in Independence, Missouri. Just FYI.This security company in unprofessional in the following way. We have the Englewood Theater in Independence. We are trying to open it again. This company monitored the alarm for over a decade, and he was paid properly ALL THE TIME. There was an issue with vandalism and the phone line was cut, actually burned because of a fire where they were stealing copper.This damaged communication back to the central station monitoring. The actual problem was not discovered because the building has so many communication feeds.The owner of this business allowed an unimportant brief finger pointing episode about what was wrong to bother him personally. He told us after years of service to get lost. I call getting personally butt-hurt to influence your business monitoring services unprofessional.Worse he cancelled the monitoring from another company without notice to us and allowed us to be un-alarmed for weeks. We don't know if it was spiteful or just pouting, but either way it was unprofessional.We don't have a way to judge technical skills, outside of failing to catch the phone line issue, where it was burnt into. We discovered that with the ATT phone company, but it should have been discovered by the alarm company when the alarm stopped making reports to he monitoring office. That is what started the friction.Use this company if you don't mind risking poor problem solving skills and diva behavior, with no compunction while allowing your business to be un-monitored and at risk.We did find another company to monitor and take over the system, but there was a 200-dollar reprogramming and alarm verification fee, and it was completely unnecessary.Obviously there are very few reviews, one from a cheerleader without reason, I have explained why and how. In my opinion this person has a trigger switch and acts against his own interest.

Rick Gohan: I don't typically give reviews. However, in this case I felt it necessary. I came into town to visit my sister and niece at their new apartment. I've never been to this complex before,I had to turn around and could not find the apartment. I seen a patrol vehicle that had large lettering that said patrol on the side. I figured since this was a security guard of the property that they would have knowledge and be able to help me. As I approached the vehicle I seen a security guard watching a movie on his phone. As I stood outside the driver side window thinking that he would notice me I had to gently knocked on the window to get his attention. I must have startled him because he jumped and put the phone down. I started to ask him for directions in the complex all I got in return was hostility and rudeness, absolutely no help whatsoever. I don't understand how anybody including my sister can pay dues to an apartment complex for this company to be outside watching movies on their phone and being rude to family members and guests. It just shows a character in the quality of this company and their training, at least in this security guards case. There was no reason to be belligerent and disrespectful to me just because I interrupted your movie and startled you. My suggestion is to keep an eye on your surroundings especially if you are hired to protect it.

Brad the man: I been working for this company for 4 years and I can say this is an good company to work for if you are considering an job in security. Yeah do they short your pay checks yes but if you informed Will or Adam about it they are good on getting you your money back. Does the hours sucks yeah but it's an job not an vacation. I can not say how many times I was bail out on the bills from OT pay alone. So I recommend working for Command to any one who is interested.

Quentin Kearney: I was in a situation where the fire alarm system failed on my motel. The fire department would allow operations to continue only if I could hire a third party security company till the system was back functioning. This situation occurred on a Saturday about 2 pm, so needless to say finding a company that was open and could supply round the clock service by 6 pm the same day was going to be a HUGE issue. I called every security company in the phone book and Command Security Services Inc was the only company that answered. Will (the owner) sent an officer named Mike Ortiz who was professional and showed up on time and did everything we asked. Mike did the first shift and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the night. The security watch lasted 91 hours and Command had an officer on duty at all times that followed our directions perfectly. This company is well run and I will always use them for my security needs in the future.
