Leslie Edwards: Great school! It's our first year attending CPRS, but so far we've had an excellent experience. I feel my daughter has still kept as much of her innocence and naivety as possible which is what I was hoping and praying for. I hate to imagine the year we would have had (not to mention the years to come) if she were enrolled in public schools. The Kindergarten teacher is amazing and loves her job. She knows exactly what she is doing and is organized, experienced, and more than a parent could ever ask for. She knew just how to guide the students as well as the parents through their first year. I also have two sisters who are in their 20's now and also attended who enthusiastically praise them with rave reviews and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to send their child to private school.
Mrs Bauman: We feel very blessed to be part of the school! So thankful this place is available for my son. He is learning so much and loves going to school.
Eric English: CPRS is a fantastic school and has been such a great blessing to our family. The small class sizes and low student to teacher ratio allows for a lot of direction instructional opportunity. Standardized test scores (ACT) for the school have always exceeded state and federal averages and equal or exceed other local schools in the area. Tuition is lower than virtually every other private school in the KC metro area, due in large part to the substantial amount of financial donations from a wide community of school supporters (and they have tuition assistance opportunities for those who can't afford to pay it all). The curriculum is wide and varied with rigorous educational coursework, many sports programs, an excellent fine arts department, elementary to high school foreign language, a service club, top notch religious instruction and worship opportunities, and the list just goes on. It's a safe and family friendly environment with a loving staff, good facilities, and fantastic families. I can't recommend it highly enough...

Heather Roush: Went to get a new chrome book for my daughter after talking to the help desk yesterday, I went in and was told by Amy at the front desk that they didn't have any and she couldn't do anything for me...Rude very Rude! I called the help desk and informed Jamie the help desk person that I was being told that they didn't have any chrome books, Amy comes yelling down the hall ..."we can't do anything for you and he's gonna tell you the same thing"..Rude! Jamie spoke to someone higher up and got me a chrome book! Avoid if you can! No apologies just rude looks on my way out!

Cheryl Scott: My granddaughter has been bit 7 times since she started 6 months ago. We kept getting told it wasn't by the same kid. She has a bruise on her face from a bite 2 weeks ago and was bit on face again and arm two days in a row this week. When I picked her up on her last day, she was outside with no one in sight. She was close to the fence where someone could have grabbed her, the teacher was sitting inside the play house with another child. I have pictures of her sitting on the floor crying as if no one was consoling her. Pictures with other children with sippy cups and her sitting there with nothing. Pictures of her asleep on the dirty floor with nothing. I have snapshots off the app of each biting incident. If your child has been bit 7 times, I believe the policy in place isn't working. I am not comfortable at all with the safety and well being of my granddaughter at this school. I was a teacher for toddler's and we would have never allowed this to happen! Now she's starting to bite us.

Mikayla Wilkinson: I’m really disappointed in this daycare. My son’s teacher admitted to grabbing my child and putting her hands on him and it resulted in my son not being allowed to come back. An adult put their hands on a 4 year old causing my child to freak out that he was being grabbed and my child got in trouble. Not the teacher who grabbed him. The teachers and workers didn’t even try. They could care less. I got a phone call literally everyday that my son didn’t want to take a nap. The director was “watching” my child and he almost ran out of the building because she wasn’t paying attention. It was always something with these people. This place is an absolute joke. My son deserved better treatment than he received here.

Sachia Perrine: I love that you send information electronically. It details out their day. I love the pictures taken in the day. I love your teachers! The room setups are made for kids. Table close to ground and not high chairs. It gets them ready for real home life dinner table eating. I love that you make it convenient and provide diapers and sunscreen for minimal cost. Your security and checkin is automated as well. There is not much else I could ask for...i think only thing you don't have is a webcam but I get detailed reports on my child's day so I feel like I'm right there in the day.
Bre Dawn: My son has a developmental delay, he was not taken care of properly at the facility. He would come home bruised or with bite marks, scratches. We would not be told how these occurred and with his age he could not tell us.we had some medicine in his diaper bag that his grandparents had given back to us they where giving it to our child without consent or knowing if we had given it to them or a time we had(wasn't sick at the time there was 0 reason they couldn't of asked before distributing). The male in charge of the two year olds grabs at children and screams at them.My son has allergies to pampers he will literally start bleeding by wearing them he had pampers in his box mixed with his huggies when we went to clear out his cubby.The staff is non friendly my son learned nothing but the F word in on there care I since quit my job to help improve his learning ability( I in no way have had training ) but my son has learned over 50 new words In 2 1/2 months he has improved motor skills and social skills, he no longer has behavioral issues. This place is to expensive to not do anything to help a child developmentally wise.
D. Tillman: We like that the student/teacher ratio is low. We also like that we receive daily updates, when our son in in school. The children are not forced to sit at a desk all day, but are asked to be creative and express new ideas.
Wendy Wilkins: I like that my child is being taught a variety of things. This is not a day care where she is just left to play with toys all day. Being with children her age and interacting in age appropriate learning activities is improving her developmental progress a lot. I also like the detailed daily report that I can access throughout the day from an app on my phone. Any questions or concerns I have are quickly addressed and communication with staff is awesome. I highly recommend this learning center for your day care needs.
Amber Windham: My son and I love the teachers at Creative World! They are wonderful with all the children and they are great at what they do. My son has been going to this preschool for approximately 6 months and his speech has greatly improved. He learns so much everyday and will be ready for kindergarten next year! I would definitely recommend this school to everyone!
Kela Carter: My daughter has gone here for almost 4 years and she loves it. She has learned a lot and will be more than ready for kindergarten next year thanks to the awesome staff at Creative World!

Matt Mansell: Very happy with the majority of the staff here. People really can make a difference. Many schools struggle with their budget but yet Fort Osage always seems to make it work.
Luafata Faamoe: I loved this high school! The motto, "Fort Osage where we do things a little bit better than everybody else", really motivated me to be the best that I could be. Really good sporting programs, and really good academic program as well. Wide variety of extra curricular activities to keep students busy and involved.

Nikkie Byrd: I would give it 0 starts. But that wasn't an option the teachers are abusive both physical and emotional. They treat their students like inmates and if your child is ever there watch how those treach treat them. This place is no place for any child

Harris06 02: My child had posted her opinion on this school and was later told to remove it and post something more positive. Seems like bullying to me. They can restrain and harm your children and not be held accountable. Understanding that my child had behavioral problems but I was under the understanding that this is why this school was an option. Because it was suppose to be a safe environment to learn and thrive. What a hoax this turned out to be.Signed... a concerned parent!
Snake Griffin: This place gave me another chance at a brighter future. And it helped me graduate on time. The teachers were more than accommodating and they were more than willing to do one on one. The class sizes were about 10 people sometimes smaller. I'd highly recommend this school. Thank you Independence Academy for giving hope in my life once more.

Billie Bowling: So my son is a very shy guy. I was nervous sending him there cause not many people are understanding about his situation. But everyone of these ladies were so patient and so kind. My son opened up to them. He couldn't wait to come back. I love how the worked with him with letters and numbers. They had plenty of things to entertain the kids and my son loved the foods they served. Thank you ladies for helping my son open up to people before he went to school. You all are a blessing.
