When our brand new Samsung dishwasher went out a month after we bought it, I was dreading having to go through the “fixed it,” “nope, that didn’t work,” “fixed it,” “whoops Gora try again,” “fixed it,” “ha ha, just kidding” back and forth I’ve had with many appliance repairs in the past.Dish was phenomenal. Neil, (our repairman) was tremendous, he arrived right on time, was very professional and got my dishwasher back up and running in short order. He was friendly and engaging without losing sight of fixing my issue. He explained what was likely the culprit in the breakage and gave us great instructions on how to avoid future issues. I was incredibly pleased with him and with the professionalism of everyone I interacted with at Dish. If I have any issues with my Samsung appliances going forward (ice maker in the fridge, for example) Dish is going to be my first call and I’m definitely going to ask for Neil. Thanks!
