Markks: Went to Airgas today with an CO2 bottle labeled for Nitrogen. Couldn't refill it as of codes and aluminum bottles. They traded me into a Legal Nitrogen bottle and went really out of their way to find someone who would fill my old bottle. Really nice friendly people to deal with. Will definitely be back again! Thanks! Mark

Johnny Timberland: Had my wife stop to get our CO2 replaced with a new cylinder. The guy she spoke to was not only rude but clearly not very knowledgeable as he gave her a bunch of excuses on why he couldn't replace it, meanwhile I have gotten it replaced and refilled several times. Took it down the road to another place and they laughed at his excuses and replaced it for us with no questions.

Ian Caswell: Horrible customer service bought a plasma cutter from them for 2750.failure out the box there sending it in get fixed after I called hypertherm and they said if it's within 90 days I should get a new one not my problem it doesn't work. They won't refund money and also told me they would call rmo get me new one. Hypertherm said most distributor will act stupid and send it to there guys to get fixed but I should get new one. Last time I buy anything from them.

T.R. Hoefle: 2 no call no shows in 5 days. First time tech sounded like he had been sleeping. Second time Tech tried to blame it on me for not allowing a range of times. This was never offered just a time was set up with the office. Asked a manager to call and he refuses to return messages. I will never do business with them again.
