Shadeed Qaadir: Hey those looking for a professional non racist lock Smith this is not business you want to patronize.I went there to get a key fitted for my utility truck doors.This so called locksmith establishment has the worse service When I first walked in I greeted the to men with a good morning They never returned a greeting. When they asked me what what do I need I told them I need I need a key fitted for my locks they immediately started to say well I don't think we can do that after coming out looking at the vehicle my truckhe came out and tried to seize the key with the key that he was going to cut Mind you he only thing he wanted to sell me was some lubricant that I had already previously done days and weeks before. I could feel his annoyances because he kept saying that he could not do it no now this is a locksmith Smith that claim that they serve serve Kansas City metropolitan Latin which I am part of the community.The socalled locksmith was annoyed right from the beginning when I walked through the door I felt his racist energy and unprofessionalism.The locksmith racism kept his business from making money from making which is only one color in business and that's green.Be aware of this business stay away from them they mean no good to the community at large.

Kamryn Moyer: I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!! The tech showed up and told me that he needed to first check to see if he could fix the door. I agreed, no problem! We NEVER discussed a price point nor did I tell him to proceed. He immediately pops the cover off uses a wrench and turns to the right a few times then closes the lid. Next he looks me in face and charges me $600.00. $500 for labor and $99 for diag. It took less the a couple minutes and I never okayed the purchase. I will be disputing this charge as the price was not discussed or agreed upon and I never agreed to make this purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Curt Schnorf: Don't let this happen to you-Had keys & fobs programmed for a 2017 GMC Sierra at Greg's 2 weeks ago.I get home and realize that they programmed them as "Driver #4 and #5".To use the feature that will set your mirrors and seat positions automatically when you insert the key into the ignition, they have to be programmed as #1 and #2.I called Greg's and spoke to "Ben". Ben said, our mistake, bring it in and we'll make it right with no charge.I called the day before I was going in to confirm that they could do it Saturday morning and that there wouldn't be a charge. Ben confirmed, no problem.I live an hour away and it costs me $40 to drive there, (round-trip)I get there and Ben tells me that he can't do it without having to charge me for (2) more keys.I am very disappointed that he did not tell me that on one of my calls "before" I drove an hour there.Poor way to conduct business.

Celena Alexander: I want to give a big thanks to Greg Lock and Key for helping me out. Two weeks ago someone tried to steal my car and whilst doing so damaged my ignition. After being jerked around by another locksmith Gregs helped me out, they response was quick and they were able to order me a new ignitions and get it replace all in one week and came out to me saving me a tow. They were also very affordable. Would definitely recommend using them if you are in a pickle.

Z: Went to store 09-19-17 to get prices for brother's burial. I walked in with my mother and on if my deceased brother's sons. The older man who owned the store was rude abd inconsiderate of the fact we just lost our loved one. My brother happened to be obese. The older owner made comments like "I heard we had a big one in." "How much did he weigh?!" My nephew commented on him being rude and stepped out of the store.The owner shifted his attention to other customers and we were left to speak to the younger owner, who apoligized for the other owner's behavior. Not what you want to experience in time of sorrow.

Kelli Matz: My car key, with a transponder, broke. I tried going going to two large home improvement stores. One store actually had the blank and cut the key. It was about $82. I took it to my car and it would not start my car. I returned the defective key, and the nice lady at the customer service desk told me to wait until the morning and call Jim's Lock & Safe Service. I called the next morning, and they had the blank in stock, and I was told to come down. I was very pleasantly surprised that at Jim's, the key was about $8 cheaper. There was a slight hiccup because the key started my car 3 X, and then it wouldn't work. I called them back, and I spoke with Jim. He said to head on back to get the key fixed.I was only about 10 minutes away, and he personally fixed my new key, AND he managed to band-aid my broken key. (NOT LITERALLY). I got fantastic customer service, and I noticed that all of the cool, specialty keys were at least $1 cheaper, and some were $2 cheaper than the home improvement store that I normally get my keys cut. He had A LOT of really cool looking blanks. If you need any kind of key made, I 💯 recommend coming to Jim's. Next time that I need a new key, I will definitely be back.
