shelby barnett: Awful. I've been behind the scenes of this place. He gets broke down cars and sells them for way more than he bought. But of course you wouldn't know that because you can't test drive the car. You make the payments and it sits there at his lot. Mean while someone else comes and buys the same car. And they get it because they pay it faster. He has a crack head that works on all his stuff. And his nasty dog gets in everything aswell. This old, nasty dude seriously needs to go out of business. So don't let him continue ripping people off. Do not waste your time here!!

Kevin Winn: The location and entrance/exit to the place is so bad - I once saw several workers re-paving the 'lot' here using several large dump trucks and driving back-and-forth as fast as they could. When one large black dump truck (drive. by an older man) reversed so fast that they almost drove backwards right onto busy 24 Highway traffic, one vehicle heading East slammed on their brakes and honked at him. The dump truck driver, indifferent to his own scary driving & possible collisions, proceeded to respond by violently flipping-off traffic with his middle finger (!) Speaks highly of this place.I'd recommend going elsewhere. The layout of his place seems so dirty and bad that it's not appealing.

Kim Campbell: Tom stole $500 from my 18 year old son. He kept this money as a down payment on a car that ended up having a blown motor. Now he won't return the money because he said he "spent it" All of the cars on his lot are broken and won't pass inspection. I couldn't give zero stars, but that is what he deserves.

darryl napier: Only giving 1 stars because the process of purchasing a new camper was okay. Service is terrible. We spent a lot of money on a brand new travel trailer. There were a couple of things that needed fixed at purchase. They said that they would order parts and call us to schedule. Okay fast forward to the parts coming in. By that point we had only used the RV a couple of times, but discovered a handful of other things. We took it out and meet with a service advisor who walked around with us and he found even more issues. They called us often and had an excuse not to fix 99 percent of the issues. Some were so obvious that I cannot even remotely understand how they are not fixing them. The outdoor speakers are so cracked and dry rotted that I am certain that I could stick my finger right through them. They say, that aren't blown and don't need to be replaced. How you can look at them and make that claim is crazy. The foot of the bed is higher than the head of the bed. They say it's within specs and they will not fix it. You can look at the bed immediately and see it. This is something that we pointed out when purchasing the unit and was told they'd fix. You open the storage under the bed and can actually see where the boards do not line up making it higher at the foot. I guess, I paid over $40k for something that I've got to work on myself to make right. These are only a couple examples of their refusal to back the product that they sell. There was a long list of issues and they fixed almost none of them. They go above and beyond to rationalize declining needed repairs. Even the ones their own service department discover and recommend. Over the years, I've heard negative things about camping world, but that had never been my experience, but I guess I see now. I will find another service provider for repairs. Even warranty stuff and I highly doubt I'll buy a single thing from then again.

Shannon Minor: Update on Camping World having our camper for over 8 months due to a blowout we had in July 2022. Amazingly our camper was ready to be picked up right after I put a review out here. Last Saturday we went to check it over and bring it home. The only thing we noticed that was done was a homemade bracket was put on between the tires to push the wheel well out. The trim still isn't lined up. I even looked at the gut and asked him, "you all can't even line the trim up with the dirt line on the camper where it used to sit". The piece above the tires fell down on our way home and is now sitting and rubbing on the tires. The paperwork states that they winterized it on December 23,2022. (We live in Missouri, where it is lower then 32 degrees in December). We was getting ready to flush the lines to remove all the antifreeze. We looked at the water filter which the filter itself was removed but the canister was full of water. We started running water through the camper to flush it and no antifreeze came out. While doing this we noticed the canister was leaking which the water ran into the bedroom and bathroom. We still have the screws hanging out that I pointed out to them. Camping world has supposedly done $4832.32 worth of work. This is horrible and I'm still waiting for a phone call back from the Corporate office.

Ginger Bromley: They had No one in the lot to help us. When we went inside to get help because no one came out there were several people just standing around. When I asked a blonde sales person if that’s what you want to call her for help she said I needed to sit down and give her my information. I explained my husband was out in the lot and he would need to come in. She asked if it was ok to get our information and when I told her no on the information she turned around and walked away. When I asked if she wasn’t going to help me she informed me that she had to get my information. So I walked. Very sad. We’ve been looking to purchase soon. But not there. NO ONE CAME TO HELP

The staff was helpful with our understanding of our unit. And finally Brody the delivery guy dropped my stuff on time, no scratches, and was helpful In the parking process. Jayco is such a good brand, and the quality you get for your money is unmatched. Richie Vessels was a pleasure to work with on the sales side. He showed me several models, and I never felt pressured to do this or that. He understood my needs and really made me feel taken care of. Tony was great on the financing end. Dave showed me around my new unit and was the nicest guy! I ended up getting a 267BHS and couldn't be happier. My 4 and 2 year olds absolutely went wild when I brought it home. We literally had to pull them out of it kicking and screaming to go inside the house for dinner. I would %100 recommend Trailside and Jayco if you're in the market. I researched hundreds of makes/models and visited dozens of dealerships and RV shows. Again, I kept coming back to Jayco.

Robbie T: I bought something from their parts department (not necessary to state what) and it was defective brand new out of the box. I brought it back the same day. They didn't have another one in stock, so I had to wait 1 day for a replacement. The next day when I went in to pick it up I was told I would not be getting an exact replacement, instead I was given an upgraded replacement. I can't say they will do this every time, however I can say this is the type of service you can expect from them! They went above and beyond when they didn't have too.. thank you very much for your help! Everyone should know what kind of team y'all have! Y'all deserve a pat on the back and a day off for good behavior! Lol.. but seriously thank you!

Renee Pulse: Update: had tons of issues, two leaks, water damage to ceiling, refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold, heater fan broke, shower doors shattered in transit ( yes it was secured) wall in basement fell, entry steps rubbed wall and wouldn’t close up and a few other minor things. I say all this to say we are good to go. We made a claim got a number waited for parts and they fixed it all Wayne and his team fixed it all. He is such a honorable man in a great dealership that stands behind GDs work..The buying process was great, lots of knowledge, friendly helpful people. Second Rv in four years we’ve bought from them. Price was very competitive.

Laura: I went in to look at a specific make and model but was just doing research but then I looked online and they had a very good used 2001 NuWa Hitchhiker II LS 29.5 come in on trade that was in my price point. Dave (my sales guy) sent me pictures so I could see more of it as I am picky on road access. The day I picked it up the tech (sorry I do not remember his name) showed me how everything worked and answered all of my many questions since this is my first 5ht wheel. I will be back when I am ready to buy another one. No pressure at all.

Susie Jurin: We dropped off our 5th wheel for warranty work four weeks before the warranty was set to expire. The first service dept. employee failed to include the vin number on our warranty paperwork before he quit. So the paperwork just sat at Jayco. I had to hound them to get any response. I was told the warranty work could not be done before it expired because I was supposed to call Jayco and initiate the warranty work!! What a joke!! I finally got that settled after calling several times. We picked up the 5th wheel today. The service dept. had not finished the warranty work. When we got back home, the broken vanity cabinet door was still laying on the bed where I left it in August! They did fix the broken slide out. Warning do not take your RV to this dealership for warranty work!! Our 5th wheel was there for four months!! The communication stinks!!
