Brianna Wilson: Shout out to Luke Aiken at Collins Roofing for the new roof and gutters!!Adulting sucks sometimes but from beginning to end Luke made the the entire process as smooth as possible. Luke was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. I know I had to of pushed his patience a couple days with my questions, changes, and indecisiveness! Nobody prepares you for the multiple shingle color options or gutter color options!! He shared his recommendations, and sent pictures to give me ideas and that assisted me in my decision.Collins Roofing installed a new roof and gutters in August 2021 and everything looks great. Everybody was polite and everything was cleaned up around the house. There was a small hiccup with the downspouts. The old size was 2x3, and being replaced with the larger 3x4. The downspouts were installed with 2x3. They were apologetic for the oversight as well as quick and prompt to get the new downspouts replaced with the correct size the next day.If you need a new roof and/or gutters I would highly recommend Collins Roofing. Kay True: Aaron came across as friendly, honest,and reliable from the moment we first met. All of the employees were friendly, and worked very hard. We had 3 estimates and all were around the same price more or less- however we needed the fascia and soffets replaced and new gutters. Aaron was the only one of the 3 that offered this service and didn't simply want to put a roof on which wouldn't have solved our entire problem. Mark Welch: Had a roof installed using DHI about 1 1/2 years back. Noticed a leak around a furnace stack and contacted the sale person that sold the job. Sent him pics of the leak and stained ceiling, I was thinking in a few days someone would come for repairs. After a week to 10 day period of additional rain and the ceiling getting worse I contacted the sales person and he claimed I was on a schedule for repairs the coming Wednesday. That day came and went and no one showed to repair. The next day I sent the sales person a note stating I was going to apply some sealant to the flashing to try and stop the leak. Well that didn't fix the issue so I tried contacting the sales person with phone and e-mails but no reply. He completely ignored my attempts to have someone look for the leak. So the 2 year warranty the say is on the roof is worthless. Had to have another contractor make the repairs and he stated the flashing was not cleaned and install wrong.Service:Roof installation

Jim VanDyke: Who's representative Mitch Osborne was the best! My claim originated in March of 2021 and my insurance company kept playing games and staling on getting things done. DHI replaced the roof and it looks better than,it did new! Not only that but the siding was also damaged and Mitch fought for almostv28 months getting my insurance company to make the correct estimates and repair approvals. I,got very discouraged several times during all this but Mitch was always upbeat and reassured me he would make sure I got taken care of. After painstaking debates and re appraisals Mitch never backed down and thanks to his detailed documentation, the insurance company finally settled. The roof only took 2 days to remove and replace and the siding got removed and replaced in about a weeks time. My house has never looked better! I can't say enough positive things about DHI and Mitch Osborne. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done. Mitch, apersonal thank you. Francesca: DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. While the beginning of our relationship with them started great in 2021, we are STILL dealing with the insane way they choose to run a business. The second we got a check from our insurance company, they for some reason went MIA. It took us constantly following up with them to get the work done since we had signed a contract otherwise we would’ve given up and used another company. We dealt with multiple estimators because the ones we started with left the company - should have been our first warning sign. We finally get the materials delivered to our house. Then, they sit in the driveway for weeks with no response from them. They finally send out a subcontractor to do the repairs who tell us they don’t do gutters or window wrapping so we would need to contact DHI to get those done by someone else. So DHI does not do the actual repairs which we learn at that time. Well after months of trying to get this done, we never hear back from anyone and give up. Now over a year later, we’re getting new bills from them out of the blue. This has been the worst experience and I cannot warn enough people to NEVER trust this company. Keith Kensinger: Tim Fleenor from DHI Roofing was fantastic to work with. He came out two different times to meet with the adjuster. The insurance company said there was some damage but not enough to do a replacement. Tim came out again and went up on the roof with the adjuster. A few days late the insurance company called and said proceed with the contractor of my choice. After working with Tim the only contractor I was going to use was DHI. Tim worked with us on the start date as we were in and out of town during the summer. Once the job started Tim was there to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The quality of the work was great and the crew was very respectful of us as well as my property. I don't normally endorse other companies, but this company has been outstanding from start to finish! Caine the project manager has been a Gem to work with. My insurance company paid for the new roof right from his bid. They didn't even send someone out to examine the roof because his bid was so detailed and had great photos. If you have questions he'll check your roof for free so it won't cost you anything just to check. I'm also impressed with the kindness of the workers and great work ethic as well as the wonderful roof. Caine was not an absent manager either. He was hands on and made sure things were running smoothly. The workers were so sweet and polite and the clean up was amazing! This is my 3rd roof in my lifetime (first for this house) and this company out shines them all! Just wanted you to know there are great companies out there. Don't hesitate! Senorita Lacey: One of their employees just now rolled a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. I flipped him off. He proceeded to stop in the middle of Woods Chapel, get out of his car and berate me. Then he got in his truck and sped away well over the speed limit. Not very professional to do in a company truck. Kind of disturbing to know this company hires men that like to try to scare/intimidate women and not own up to dangerous driving.

Tiffany Nay: DO NOT use this business Garland took my mom for THOUSANDS of dollars after my dad passed away. He recommended a new roof was needed when 3 other outside roofing companies said it was not needed. He “contracted” someone out to do siding repairs. Daylight is seen through my moms attic, he replaced zero actual siding as discussed, instead using putty & caulk to fill in gaps. He agreed to refund some of the thousands he charged & as of a month+ later, he has refunded zero dollars & is no longer returning any calls. If you choose to use him, do not pay him until the work is done to your satisfaction. Write out every single thing that you are expecting to be completed. Ask him if he’s recommending people to do work when really he’s contracting them out & taking the majority of the profit. Basically, do not trust him. He’s a scam.

Debra Powell: The crew chief on our gutter replacement job, Shelby, and his assistant, Christopher, did a fantastic job with great customer service. I wanted the extensions on the downspouts adjusted in various ways as they went through garden areas. Shelby was very helpful with this. The third man on the crew was, unfortunately, rude when I wanted one of the extensions moved in the area where he was working. The gutters had been removed a month before when the house was painted and I did not remember exactly where it should go. I said I needed to go find an old picture of the house to see where it was supposed to go. He was very impatient and said I was wasting his valuable time as he was getting paid $75 an hour. Later, Shelby fixed it. The manager apologized profusely when he heard about it and said The rude man was a temporary employee. Overall, I am giving five stars because Shelby and Chris were great and the manager did apologize. The gutters look very good. They were very thorough with cleanup also.
