But, from day one my experience was horrible and I should have stopped while I was ahead. It started with me having to get my resume rewritten three times, because it was so many mistake, and missing information. Then I ordered another package, for them to apply for jobs, misleading, you do all the work, you might as well apply for the jobs. They still want you to send them the jobs, then they do not keep track of the jobs they apply for, at the end of the day, my last day in my current position is 05312022 and I have been working with them since March and I have had zero interviews from any of they have done. Icaluvac Internet: I have talked to Brian and then Tammy for well over two hours in total as my initial consultation (two separate consultations in fact). They really took their time, asked a lot of very important questions, brainstormed with me and opened my eyes to options and possible careers advancement paths I have not considered before. I highly recommend them if you are in need of an expert in the field. They have built an effective system which they personalize for you. I see great value in what they do.
Santosh Shettar: Tammy* Update: To my earlier review (see below)The Networking program that I enrolled after my first one (which my earlier review was based on) was totally ineffective. I ended up connecting with nearly 2500 connections on LinkedIn but with no interest from any of these connections to proceed further either with business or next level career opportunities.CRC promises a lot but hardly delivers, only a very few really benefit from it. The main reasons are: the networking program and the first step CV update program are not bespoke to the candidate enrolling in these programmes. They are based on standard recipes and customisation is highly limited but more importantly they are out of sync with market demands. Companies see through these tactics and they see you as cold calling salesmen. In today's age inspite of the digital advancements, companies don't hire you if they don't see you in person and know you in person. You can make 5K connections on LinkedIn but you won't get hired if you do not have the zing factor that companies are attracted to and they won't notice it if they don't know you personally. Random sporadic approaches are made but that is like a lottery and career is not a lottery.CRC and it's programs are managed by sincere and hard working people but their strategies are ineffective and it is not worth investing as it is a lot of money. With half that money you can get 2 Masters Degrees at Coursera and they are definitely effective.My CV and Linked In Profiel after 14 months hardly got noticed and hardly invoked any positive interest. I used to get more calls from recruiters regularly with a 5 year old simple profile. With a highly expensive profile (think of thousands....costing) the viewer interest tanked and never recovered. My advice or rather tip to career enhancement seekers is not to engage paid services. There are tons of tips and tricks freely available to use and best strategy is self study and intuition and sound research of current market. Trust your own gut unless you are totally ignorant.After more than a year and having spent 5 digit fees, I am back to editing my Profile and CV all over again but this time with my self analysis and continuous watch over how the market evolves and company response. (Feb 2023).
