Krystin Heidbreder: $120 dollars for a couple things while the lady was rude to my husband and have him an attitude. We went there less than a year ago and it was $80 for an actual full trailer of trash and she was rude then too. Over priced and rude customer service, we will not be going back.

Angela Nickason: Went to dump about 15 bags of leaves and was told it would cost $110-$120. They charge by the truck load. Should take into consideration what you're dumping. Pink Hill in Oak Grove costs $15 for a truckload of leaves. Hopefully this saves someone else from wasting their time going here for yard waste.
Joshua Johnson: Fantastic experience lady I talked to in the morning was absolutely amazing help me with everything I needed to know (first time dropping off) process was easy drop off simple no BS easy to find would recommend for drop off (edit) - truck bed full of trash bags cost me around $60 and not to mention they opened up 30 minutes earlier than anywhere else which is a major positive
Michael Ramsey (Mike): Won't make that mistake again. Took a few things in the back of my truck to dump there. Lady says they have a truck minimum amount ($100 ish) but if I could find a van to put the same items in, it would be a lot less expensive. Sooo dumping 10 things in my truck is way more than 10 things in a car or van? Makes a lot of sense! Ridiculous!!!
Luke Wiedeman: Had 2 full truck bed with trailer loads to get rid of. The ladies were friendly and got us in and out quickly. Yes it cost $105/load, but well worth it to get rid of all that garbage. Those who give a 1-star review b/c of cost, this is a landfill, not a kitchen trash can... Will be back if needed.
NYNJA3000: The last 100 times I've been here it costed $30 to dump what was in the bed of my truck and today the lady was rude and told me it dumping starts at $110, I think she is robbing people will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!

Nicholas Freeman: Will never go back. They charged 272 dollars to dump 1 trailer full of tile and concrete. St Joseph landfill. Charged 50 dollars for the same load. They are terrible and hope nobody goes to them. Save your money make the extra 30 min drive to another place. You will save alot and will be very happy
Beverly Hills-Krueger: I have been sending my crew out to Courtney Ridge for several years. They have in the past been able to use my credit or debit card. I have never had to be present for them to be able to complete their task. I asked my crew if they would please wait while I called them. They don't answer their phone. So when they got to the load weigh, they refused to take the phone from my employee saying it was their policy they do not use a card unless the person on the card is present. That this is their policy. We have never been turned away and treated, oh "Like Trash." I tried to find this Policy on their website. I saw nothing indicative of this. However, it just cost me 3 hrs for 3 employee's time to get absolutely nothing done. What a "waste" of my money.

Kimberly Sullivan: Why is it so hard for my can to go back where they found it? in my yard at the end of the driveway, by the mail box. When they put it back, its at the end of my driveway in the street. Which means when i get home at night, i have to stop in the street to get out of my car to move my can. Is it to much to ask to put it back, 3 ft from where they decide to leave it. NOT the first week this has happened, but it seems like when i call and talk to the supervisor the message doesnt get relayed to the guys that are doing it. Very frustrating, i wont be responsible for replacing the can if it gets hit when it gets put in the street from the crew coming to collect it.Service:Trash removal disposal

I’ve had to call servers times to get them to pick up her trash as no one lives there. Tabitha was very rude and I realized all she wanted to do was be right. Allen George: Updated: Ultimatley I ended up switching to Ted's because Republic was a mess. For a couple weeks after switching we had to take our recycling to them, but then they were able to add us to their recycling pick up. So far they have been quite excellent on their service.Was really looking forward to switching to them from Republic services as we have been having issues with Republic. Checked our their website for rates on trash and recycling and corresponded with their staff via email regarding switching over both services. I canceled my Republic service first at their recommendation then headed to their office to setup service. When I got there I was told I can start trash service but new recycling pick up is not available right now, I found that odd because neither their website nor our email conversations mentioned this. They did offer to put me on a wait list, but when I inquired about the likely wait I was told not anytime soon as they have no intent to add more recycling trucks and the wait list is already very long. Luckily I was able to reverse my cancelation with Republic. Excellent job pushing away the business of those trying to reduce the waste going to landfills.
Josiah Trotter: I’ve had a few other trash companies in Independence. But I got frustrated with other companies missing days, their prices kept raising, and when they’d pickup the trash there was often a mess in the street or yard. I had my trash cans smashed a few times.With Teds I haven’t had any issues at all. They pickup when they say they will, they communicate on schedule changes, the price is better. My only bummer is it took 6 months to get Recycling service, but I have that now and it’s wonderful. I would recommend Teds for trash, and even Dumpster service which I’ve used and was great
