Fernando Vigil: Station is locked, despite Amtrak’s web site saying it’s open. Aside from a bit of modern signage outside, it looks abandoned. Looking through the windows makes it appear that it is never used - zero furniture, etc. there is not even a bench to sit on outside the station.

Drew Boling: Would give 0 stars if I could. There was no indication during booking that this station was essentially closed. We were dropped off expecting to have a warm place to wait for our Uber. Instead we found an empty station, no guidance or shelter provided. Luckily I changed my departure to union station considering the server issues Amtrak was having we would have been sitting there for hours with no updates or information as to why or train was not there.
Derek H: It's scary at night. No security. Not very lit up, no building to wait inside of while waiting for your ride, there's nothing around but woods and silence. Good place to get mugged at night... not in a very good area of town. I'd get off in Lee's Summit or Downtown KC if you care about your safety at night or know how to protect yourself should something happen. Just saying

Praxidis Joaquim: The attendants at the train were very professional. The station, really spooky. I arrived there with day light and.. no one in sight. The premises completely locked. No taxis, no transport available anywhere to be seen. Yes the place is clean and all, but totally deserted. I am glad I did not arrive there at night. I would have had a heart attack!! Honest. I never expected such a disquieting experience anywhere else in the countries I have been. I felt I was stepping into a Stephen King scene.

Leigha Riott: 10/31/2017 I waited for training I got there at 4:10 pm my daughter dropped me off at station. I waited til 8:20 pm. After many calls from everyone who was there. I gave up and went home. So upsetting it was my sister's birthday, an we haven't been together in over 30 years. This is the first I was able to make it to them. Plus my parents are there. This time I'm very upset with Amtrak. I use Amtrak alot my last two times just were not acceptable.
Chris Sneed: Not much to see here, I've never actually seen the depot open, I've caught quite a few rides on the Missouri River Runner, it's a decent no frills place to park for free, the safety of your vehicle is not guaranteed however.

Sheila Randall: Wanted components sign you look for to get to Aero transportation. Right turn at 1st stop sign go far over to the next stop sign go over railroad track keep straight they are to left office then you have go to load stop sign again make a left stay as close as you can to make that turn around that big around Rock on your left than go straight up for that dock.its very snuggle in this place.people polite nice.
