Mark (aka Pappy): I have never been to a Perkins in my life where it did not take a long time to be able to order or get our food. It’s just a thing there. That said, the breakfast food was pretty good. Anyone who works in the restaurant business is a hard worker, and though they appeared to be a little short staffed, all the workers, even the manager worked very hard to serve us!
