James Richardson: I used this garage to visit KC Cornucopia. Upon trying to leave (after 3.5 hrs), I put my ticket in to see a charge for $12. After putting my card in, it wouldn't read it! I used it multiple times at vendor booths with minor issues. My wallet it starting to scrape the magnetic strip off... I pushed the customer service button, and was immediately told that it was card only, and that if I didn't have another form of payment... I WAS WASTING HER TIME! I told her that 90% of the time my card works without issue, and she immediately told me that I knew the rules upon entering the garage. The best part immediately followed when she continued speaking. She continued to tell me "I GUESS YOU'RE SCREWED", and then ended the conversation over the speaker. I had to find someone walking in, give them $20, and have them pay for my ticket.KC parking garages have the worst "customer service" i have ever experienced.

S. J. H.: I used the garage for Planet Comicon 2022, and I don't regret it. It was very convenient as the convention was just right across the street. I wish the 2nd floor would improve the lighting, but other than that, it was very handy and the people working in the garage were very friendly and helpful.
