DOROTHY T Pleasant: A MS TRAM CALLED MY SON, INSTEAD OF ME REGARDING MY ONGOING APPLICATION FOR MEDICARE PART B, SINCE THEN I'VE CALLED LEFT MY NUMBER, BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM A MS TRAM? I BELIEVE THIS IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM TO CONTINUE TO DENY ME PART B FOR YEARS.
Mr. Tim: Hey, for what it was, I was actually impressed! Got in and was told right through the door what to do based on what I needed. Checked in easily and then just waited for my number to be called. I was in and out in right about an hour and everything was taken care of. Would much rather do this over the DMV anytime LOL!

Gary& Ariana McDonald: Called, Tuesday(after getting a letter, cutting my benefits. Put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be HUNG UP ON, AUTOMATICALLY!Tried again on Wednesday, with same result! TWICE! I WILL GET THROUGH, and I feel sorry for the operator that FINALLY ANSWERS MY CALL!

Alejandro Torres: They don't know Federal law especially Poster 7 where it states that you CAN INDEED film inside Federal property but they tend to get citizens arrested because they're so ignorant there. I'd go somewhere else. Trash Office

Keila H: I went this morning about thirty minutes after their 9am opening time. The security guard was extra friendly and thorough and guided me to sign in at the kiosk. My wait was less than five minutes and the gentleman who helped me at the window was awesome and very competent. I had reservations going here with the other reviews provided, and was very pleasantly surprised.
Jason Barton: Called and asked about changing rep payee and was told all I had to do was come in. I went in and waited 1 and a half hours to see someone, and was then told I had to make an appointment and it was only done over the phone. No one knows what they are doing there!
Amanda M: This place is such a joke. They make you wear a mask and wait outside as they check in people one by one. They are rude and slow. They are supposed to open at 9am but they didn't open until after 9:05.

Belinda Williams: Horrible! Security Guard is hateful and throws authority around something terrible. He needs to learn how to deescalate NOT escalate situations. Will stay away at all costs if I can. Entire system needs restructuring.
