Even tried to charge $200 for the trash in the bags that were left on the curb for the trash company to pick it up. I had to take them to the court because they DID NOT give all the deposit back. The judge made them do it. I was also a very good tenant for over 5 years no late payments but that did not matter to them still trying to get money from me whatever ways they can try. Thanks to the Judge, Justice is serve. Others please BEWARE OF THEM!that was left on a curb

J S: Absolutely horrible management... heres my issues... Fake eviction notice... bookkeeping constantly off... Harassments by management (old bald guy) and just recently they are missing my rent check from sept 2nd and sent a blanket email with 45 min to pay online (which no direction or website to follow through) or else a late fee will be charged.

Jason Walker: Premier Real Estate is great Property and HOA Management Company! We utilize them for both services and would highly recommend. They are on top of their leasing, financials and build rapport with their residents. Their maintenance crew is quick and very knowledgeable. We have tried many other property management companies before and they have been the best.

Matthew Navarro: Terrible management, they made my wife cry because they wouldn't fix the 9 year old deteriorating carpet. Was lied to that the carpet was new, only to be told by maintenance that carpet was needing to be replaced a year later. Do not rent from them, it will save you so much sanity. Recommend going to Adams Dairy Townhomes.
