Grant Hubbard: Wanted to get whole pretzels they were out and not making more so we tried thier pretzel bites regular and cinnamon sugar both nasty and overcooked took 1 bite of each and threw away. Definitely not worth 16 dollars. QuikTrip pretzels far exceed this place and for 10 dollars less I know we're I'll be going not here. Sad use to be good and now just trash.
Destiny Burns: They didn't understand we wanted to ordered number 4 on their menu tried to explain it to them 3 times.. gave up and left. Poor customer service. Employees need to learn their menu. 4 people working behind the counter even pointing at what we wanted they didn't understand.

shelli miller: Do not I repeat do not attempt to pick up a GrubHub order from this location they totally ignore you for 20 minutes and they serve everybody else that comes up to the line and helps them and gives them fresh food and you're just standing there and you go up a couple of times and you ask hey what's going on with that order but they just ignore you and continue helping other people that are not delivery drivers so I hope this helps people when they decide to order deliver delivery from Annie Ann's

B S: The staffed closed the register Atleast 3-5 minutes before 7 pm. AND had all this product in the tray. Closing the register with a bunch of food 🧐 most places don’t allow that bc then it looks like the staff are closing early to keep food that should of been for paying customers.Not a good experience.

Don Wainwright: Hey I love these ladies they are amazing
David A: Don't bother. Apparently they only make 12 cinnamon rolls per hour with no exceptions, even during the holidays. We were a group of 11 and they only had 2 rolls. No apologies, the guy just said "it's our policy and we usually don't run out." We were shopping so he could have offered to make more, but didn't. Very poor service.
Liz Watts: Wow! I cannot say good enough things about Erik and his team at Auntie Anne’s pretzels on the Country club Plaza. We hired them for a late night snack for our daughters wedding and he was so very friendly and delivered the pretzels, warm and on time! They were a huge hit. Five star service, and I would definitely recommend for any event!

Kimberly Henderson: The Coubtry Club Plaza has to be the best Auntie Anne's location in the Kansas City area. I have been frequenting this location for almost a year now. Store management is excellent and so are all the staff I've interacted with.At the height of my patronage I visited at least four days per week. I was encouraged to call prior to leaving work to purchase my pretzels so they could bake them fresh. The manager and supervisor remembered my face and my order, every time!My pretzels have always been warm, golden brown, and buttery, as was the one I purchased today. This location's interior is always spotless and well staffed. It is conveniently located on the main strip of the Plaza. Auntie Anne's pretzels definitely taste far better than any other pretzel company I've tried!
Jessica Thomas: I am not sure who the hiring manager is here but they must have an eye for the kindest souls in Kansas City! I find myself walking in not only for hands down the best pretzels, but because I know I’ll walk out with a huge smile on my face! We talk repeatedly about how nice everyone here is and we joke that we go in to see our friends lol. Overall would drive to this location over and over again no matter which location is closest.

Even better is I didn’t have to ask for discount she automatically gave it to me. Highly recommended great experience.

I waited and they gave the pretzels to another family saying they had ordered first so mine would take another 20mins. I was upset about the waste of time so I left. Today I thought I'd try my luck and I was pleasantly suprised to see that there was an Almond pretzel made and ready to go. I ordered it and 3 orders of pretzel bites for my children. Unfortunately I left my hand sanitizer home so I couldn't eat it in the car. I got home, washed my hands, gave my children their pretzels and sat down to eat mine. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!!! The pretzels were rock hard, it scratched the roof of my mouth. I've had captain crunch softer then this pretzel. I'm highly upset 😡

Doug waggoner: Wow where to start................that seems to be what the employees are thinking!!!!! All Employees including the one in yellow who I'm assuming is the manager. Slow out of everything and not a soul in any rush at all. 4 people one family that's all the people in front of me. No reason to run out of anything. Looked like at least 5 workers and only 3 items on the menu. What the hell is so difficult. Plus absolutely no one hustling no sense of urgency. Should be a wait time on the app. Lol
