Levi Miller: Slow, rude and disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars I would. They took almost 2 hours for a pregnancy test. The lady who took my gf to the back said they'll get me to go back with her. An hour a half later she comes back out saying "see I told you I'd get you", when I talked to my gf afterwards she said that the lady asked if she wanted me back which means she had no intention of letting me, the father in the back for anything. How do they expect me to return if I was lied to, they are not trust worthy people. They bombarded my gf with questions for 40-50min. I thought this was for a pregnancy test not a therapy session. Where are their degrees at? Other couples came in and straight to the back. Also they asked if we were religious we said no and we don't want anything to do with it. They then proceeded to give us brochures about God which is very disrespectful after we said we don't care for religion. FIRE THEM ALL!

Christina K: I moved from out of state and needed an IUD replacement, so I reached out to this clinic due to proximity and positive reviews.Although all I needed was an IUD that is a year overdue for a removal, I was told I’d have to have an exam first, and then have a follow up for the BC. And that the wait was 2 months to get in. They were very nice on the phone. Annoyed that I can’t just get a new IUD on the day of my first exam, but I it’s been hard to find an appointment anywhere so I agree. She reminds me to fill out the patient form or my appointment will be canceled, so I later make sure to go online and fill them out.Two months later, I call to make sure of my appointment time a week ahead of time. Still polite and friendly. They confirm the time, and I say thanks.After I arrive, the person at the front desk tells me I am “unfortunately 3 minutes late” (I was in line at the desk behind other people). And that my appointment has been cancelled because I failed to complete a “patient history form.”Sure that I had, I learned that the “patient form” I had already filled out online isn’t the same as the one I needed to fill out. And I can’t get a new appointment for another two months.The desk person says she emailed me the forms “five time” just now (not sure why), but it is still not showing up even when I search for the sender address. I find it in my junk folder, which explains why I didn’t see the email earlier.I fill out the forms online at the office so I can make sure I have it done, and many of the questions don’t apply (nothing about needing birth control in the “why are you making this appointment “) or are strangely personal (“do you wear sunblock regularly” or “do you have problems with your children”).I’m upset about the hoops people have to jump through to get access to birth control. It’s confusing and I’m treated like I am at fault for not being more responsible.I can deal with mistakes and miscommunications but the overly complicated process of becoming a new patient in addition to the long wait between appointments is responsible for the two star review.

Pamela M.: At about 35 weeks pregnant with twins they refused to see me because it was a new year and i had to pay my deductible. Normally making a payment wouldn't have been a problem, but we had car trouble and were strapped for cash for the time. 2 weeks later my OB ordered the same sonogram they would have done with the high risk dr, and turns out I had to be induced right away. One of my babies had stopped growing and they said I shouldn't even wait the 6 more days for my scheduled induction because I could lose her!!! My last few appointments with high risk were stressful already. The tech I kept getting seemed to always have zero patience having to check on both my babies and sending me to the hospital to finish things up after telling me I was a liability. And now I feel this place is fully responsible for the possible death of my baby because they refused to see me, to check on the health of the babies in the first place!!! Thank God both our babies are home safe with us. This place does NOT put mom and baby(s) first. It's all about that money. Its sickening. No one ever called to ask about me and the babies. No concern whatsoever. No way to see them without money first. People come first, at least they should. Checking on the health of the baby should always be number one concern. Money owed can always be collected later.

remmi miles: They are false advertising ultra sounds wasting my time i took off work with no pto just for them to tell me they can’t give me a ultrasound when that’s what i booked my appointment for. If i could give 0 stars i would!!!

Jordan Carter: I enjoyed the experience and learning about the process. Finnley answered all my questions and was friendly, timely, and helpful. I don't have other pregnancies to compare it to, but I felt like my recovery was smooth and my mood was fairly balanced as I got used to this postpartum body and life. I will encapsulate my placenta in future pregnancies.
