Doug McKay: If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. We butted heads with this company over and over. They got mad saying we used too much water and would have to come out more. We said fine, come out more then. That is your job, to satisfy the customers needs. We then cancelled service and they came out and sawed off the pipes but left the sewage tank out of spite. It is a family of miscreants that run this place. Stay away. Stay very far away!

Steve Wolfe: Extremely poor service. They bill for services they don't perform. When called upon because of the deplorable condition of one of their units, the management didn't believe us and requested we send pictures, which was promptly done, yet no manager contacted me. Was told by their customer service on a Thursday that someone would be out same day to service. That didn't happen until I repeatedly emailed their customer service and asked for a manager. When they did service it, the technician threw the trash (that collected there for 3 months) out onto our parking lot and still left the condition of the unit unusable. Only excuse Jeff had was, "You guys should've reported this sooner and tell your people to not use it as a trash can". They perform shoddy service and try to flip the script to place blame on the paying customer. Horrible service & terrible managers. Never had an issue in over 5+ years with Sanitary Portables. A shame they sold out to ORI.

Felix Figueroa: We have used ORI for multiple events and are always satisfied with the level of service we get. If you are having an upscale event, check out their luxury trailers, the bathrooms are nicer than the ones we have at home. The granite counter tops are a nice touch!

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Menards, where it's ok to ask our employees for help. We aren't Home Depot or Lowes so go ahead, It's ok!Those are but a few ogmf the slogans I'd use if I were the menards CEO....and that's why I'm not.Menards...save big money at Menards...yawn!!!

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.
