Mitz Acasio: Every time I've visited this store, I am always impressed on the customer service the employees show to their customers, especially the silver haired woman who helped me numerous occasions and will check up on the customers within the store.All employees seem to understand their job and inventory very well.Good Job!

sm ss: Showed up with 8 minutes before closing. When. I walked in the staff said we close at 8. I said that's cool not going to be very long I just need EMS pants. The woman working was very rude and mouthed about closing and needing pants. I left and will not return!

Michael Dolan: Interesting store. Going in, it seemed like most stores you would see at the mall. Loud pop music, clothes, and accessories, But then you notice the tactical gear, gun cases, bug out bags, ect.. Some items were reasonably priced, but others were wildly overpriced. Definitely worth a second look.

R R: Two stars for cool stuff but only the Rich Elite can afford to shop here especially during inflation! Everything including the clothes are all the store brand but come on $80 for a store brand shirt made in Veitnam, really! One OTF knife cost $400 , really! Overall Kool stuff that nobody can afford , this store must think independence Mo is Rodeo drive LA! Nothing in this store is reasonable!

The Assistant manager Angel was an expert on their gear, the history of the company and was able to help me find exactly what I needed! I have frequently had issues with service at the St Louis stores and was blown away with the one on one service, expertise and advice that their associates had to offer. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I can not say enough good things about them and their store!

Shakeyfox: Walked in and asked a few questions about folding adapters for AR15s to which I was talked down to in a very demeaning way. Walked out mid sentence… will not go back plus their pistol prices are very expensive add $100 to what you would spend at any other mom and pops gunshop.

They held a great cc course that I attended, but I let it expire while I was stationed in California. I can't say much for ammunition sales as I purchased mine elsewhere, but if it was as good of an experience as the firearms then I'm sure it's great.

Jrelli: Great customer service and fast delivery!. I placed an order for a plate carrier online. It was out of stock at every other website (and cost more if I might add), except for gearzone tactical, so I called them to double check they had it in stock, they picked up the phone instantly and told me they had the carrier but the pouches that came with it weren't in yet, but they could send the carrier first and then the pouches later when they came in stock! Very nice and flexible! The carrier showed up within a couple days, and the pouches within a couple weeks. I admit I was worried when I saw other google reviews, but either other reviewers were wrong or gearzone tactical has made a turnaround. I am very pleased! Very nice people, and I would buy from them again!

Honest Reviewer: Placed an order for a bore sight two weeks ago and haven’t received a reply to my email asking what my order status is. I wasn’t charged for this in stock item yet as promised by the company but please tell me why you guys think this is acceptable? At least be willing to let your customers know their orders would be back ordered a week into their purchase.
