Matt Salter: wrong order and the pizza was over an hour late, then when i called voicing my concerns, all they did was re-order my pizza, at which time, they were out of my order. So, not only was my pizza 2 hours late, due to them having to remake the pizza, i got the wrong pizza.
Joanna Jacobs: Ordered from here back on March 19th. My food was delivered by doordash I'm assuming cause they had no available drivers. The door dash tracker showed the driver parked up the road from me for 20+ minutes and my food arrived cold. I called the store and the guy I spoke to said they would get my order right back out to me. Never saw or heard from anyone again that night. I contacted their customer service department who emailed me and said store management would be in touch in approx 3 days. It's been well over a month and I have heard nothing again. Changed my review to 1 star and honestly I just won't order from here anymore. They aren't the only company with stuffed crust 🤷🏻♀️

Sarah: Ordered pizza tonight it was missing two toppings...after waiting 15 mins on hold I call the store from another phone and they answer right away. I'm told they're out of those toppings and the driver side was suppose to let us know. The manager John was terrible with his customer service and refund of $3.50. We would have ordered a different pizza if we knew they were out of toppings. Pizza hut be better.

Josh Michael: I’ve been going to this location for about ten years and can count on one hand how many hiccups I’ve had compared to every other Pizza Hut in town. And every time they’ve gone above and beyond to correct it. The scene in a Goofy movie where Max and PJ are eating the pizza, that’s what I think of every time I eat here. Super cheesy and near perfect every time. 12/10 cannot recommend them enough

Caitlin Saucedo: I was fairly early to pick up my pizza so I had to wait while it finished up. It was so hot and the odor in the lobby was so bad, I could barely stand to wait inside. While I was waiting, I witnessed an employee give an order to someone, then a DoorDasher came in to pick up another order, only for the employee to realize that he gave part of the DoorDashers order to the previous customer, who had already left. He then proceeded to call the person who he wrongfully gave it to, and asked them to bring it back. That is a huge no no when it comes to sanitary reasons. I will say, my pizza was correct though, as well as hot & fresh.

Peter Yang: This Pizza Hut is a HUGE hit and miss. Sometimes, your food will be absolutely perfect. Other times, it can be completely messed up. This time that we ordered, the teenage delivery guy dropped it off and we saw him carry the bag swung over his shoulder like a duffel bag. When we opened it, the pizza was all destroyed. We called the store but nobody answered so we filed a complaint via Pizza Hut. Well, we never heard back either way so after that horrible incident, we’re definitely going to avoid this Pizza Hut location from now on. My only regret is I tipped the delivery guy a good amount but knowing he messed up our pizza, I have remorse

Kevin McGrath: This place is a hub of money laundering. 7 times since Christmas my wife's credit or debit cards have been charged on fraudulent transactions totaling over $600. When the manager was contacted we were greeted with a very flippant attitude of, oh well, sorry about your luck. Pizza Hut corporate Customer Service was contacted twice, once by email, once by phone, both times our complaint was ignored.I would highly recommend cash only transactionsif you must shop here, however from reading some of the other reviews, I don't know why you would.

Several minutes went by and a second employee finally came to the counter. She did not say a word to us. I had to tell her we were picking up a called in order. She gave us our pizza and still said nothing to us. She just stood at the register so we walked out. Customer service is gone in most businesses it seems. Pizza Hut, you can do better!

He told me I need to wait I waited for 45 mins for him too come back and say sorry we aren't hiring right now. Sounds like discriminating going on there didn't even give me a interview like he said.

It’s close so I have found myself accepting the fact that I may or may not be disappointed, possibly both depending on how many pizzas I order. Well Wednesday, I ordered pizza and was disappointed yet again that my pepperoni lovers had one maybe two pieces of pepperoni. I honestly was so tired rather than call and have it remade I told my kids it was cheese pizza with a surprise and sent an email about it. Haven’t heard anything back yet though. Perhaps I will drive up the road a little further the next time I want pizza.

I’ve only ever had this issue with Pizza Hut so I’m not sure if it’s the overnight or the worker. Also the delivery guys don’t read the ticket. Leave at door means leave at door. Don’t knock and get impatient when I can’t answer the door quick enough.

Dia J: Took a chance to order for delivery boneless tiny chicken (NO, they are not wings) didn't get the sauce I asked for. Thought I would try the Philly Melt. Boy what false advertising this is. Nothing at all like what is on menu picturs or tv ads. These were very small triangle slices of goo, with another small slice stuck on top of each of the two slices. Also the price was $3 more than advertised. This what is called bait and switch. DONT waste your money. They charged me $8.98 for the melt and $9 for small order chick nuggets.
