I especially love their homemade specialty ranch dips!I was so excited when they decided to put a location in Independence. My orders are always perfect.Last weekend Lisa was so AWESOME, she didn't just take my order and hold it for over an hour while I went and added money to my card so I could pay for it, when I called back she pulled it right back up and took care of me!!

The calzone is 17 dollar ( expensive) good amount of meat good taste but the size it self was lacking for large. it was still not enough to fill a grown man with decent appetite. The medium pizza is actually small and the small is personal. They skimped on the meat last medium pizza i ordered which make me sad because there pies are not cheap. the delivery and service is cordial they deserve raise . I might look for other places with a more reasonable price to portion ratio .

dude man: Great pizza experience! Today was only my second time, but it's my new "first choice" or "go-to" for pizza from here on out! The food has been excellent, and the delivery - awesome! Now wish I'd tipped more, next time I will! Their one of the few businesses that still deliver their own product and don't use one of those dreadful delivery services with an app. And WOW! I forgot what that was like.. thank you for that! My order arrived early, like 15 minute's or more early. And on Super Bowl sunday! Driver made sure he had the correct order, was very polite with a smile, even told me to enjoy and have a good evening.. so wish other business's would go back to this!A+++ Sarpino's Pizzeria, takes the whole team giving 110% to make a customer this happy!

Derek H: Pizzas were amazing as usual. I switched up my order from my usual thin crust New York Deli (delicious too btw) and ordered their thin crust Mexicana pizza...and it was FIRE!! Also got a free medium pizza (i chose a chicken alfredo thin crust that was outta this world) when I purchased the Mexicana thru a promotional offer! Food was well worth the 30$ I spent. I selected to pick up the pizzas at the store, and when they were ready, two very nice ladies brought out my pizzas, which surprised me because I didn't even select curbside pickup...super nice of them! I will keep ordering from Sarpinos again and again as long as the quality stays as promising as it has been recently! 💯

James Shoate: I would've given a zero if optional. My wife did the first review because this isn't usually my thing, but since y'all only made one feeble attempt to get a hold of us I have to. We normally don't (can't) order out (fixed income), disabled desert storm vet. My wife has inoperable st. 4 cancer. $30 for garbage. You all know it, what you did was theft. S H: First time to this location and also for having Dominos in ages! The staff was kind and I ordered from the app and it was pretty easy. The pizza has hot and the sauce was fantastic!
Independence Home: Just felt it was the right thing to mention, they’ll have you wait 2 hrs for your pizza, call and say they’re outside when they’re not, tell you their engine blew out so they can’t deliver…after I called the 3rd time to see what the hold up was. Poor service, and poor management.
Logan Grove: I waited over 2 hours for pizza. I tried calling the store after waiting the first hour to see if I could just come pick up the pizza, was told it was on the way, another hour later, our pizza guy Charles comes. Super nice and understanding, come to find out he's the only driver. He did great but management needs to get better or something.

janay hall: my orders are usually messed up at this location. on this last round, i ordered easy cheese and what i got was no cheese no sauce. they staff tried to convince me that it was ordered like that and when i showed my receipt showing it wasnt, they still wouldnt take responsibility. The time before that the tracker showed it was done but it never came out. Staff said "we'll get that out to you" aftwr checking the warmer area. After waiting and waiting, i started questioning them again and they handed me a cold pizza and said they called my name but that i never claimed it.... while i was sitting there after i asked for it the first time....
Ciara Rutledge: Terrible.. I got lunch from here a med pizza, oven baked sub and bacon cheddar tots. Pizza looked fine, the sub was thrown upside down into the box and the tots were burnt with just cheese on them no bacon, no ranch or anything. So disappointed.

Athen2: 40 minutes after placing my order the tracker still said in "prep" so I called to make sure my order wasn't forgotten. Was told it's out for delivery. Nearly 2 hours after I placed the order, they called me to let me know they're just going to cancel my order. They didn't even attempt to make it right. Just not interested in doing business. It seems their manager, Dawn, is the problem. She was just bailing out of the restaurant while they were drowning in work and was just yelling instructions at the guy while I was on the phone and she was on her way out the door. Guess I'm doing Pizza Hut any time I want delivery.
Ryan Jones: Domino's you need to treat and pay the folks that do your hard work better. Yes I am talking to the corporate goons that take the most of your profits. You need to screw yourself. I paid good money tonight and didn't get what I paid for. I got squat.
mRENEE CORNELL: ZERO stars terrible location: Ordered food at 900 pm to have it delivered from this location to our place. The money has been charged to the bank. Automated system says the pizza was ready @ 1002 pm. It is now midnight and still have not gotten our order. Have tried calling the local location which states they are open until 100 am and nobody will answer the phone. Very disappointed with this location on 24 highway in independence Missouri. Dont recommend using them. Not everyone can get out to go pick up their order that never gets delivered. Can't post pictures when never get the food.
STUART DAVIS: This place has really gone downhill, my family and I really like Domino’s Pizza. But this location has taken a turn for the worse, not sure if it’s new management but, my pizzas are never made correctly anymore, food is never done in a timely fashion ,and when there are clear mistakes staff is very nonchalant and offer no solutions. As someone who works in food service I’ve been seriously disappointed for the last time, and won’t be coming here again.

Josh Michael: I’ve been going to this location for about ten years and can count on one hand how many hiccups I’ve had compared to every other Pizza Hut in town. And every time they’ve gone above and beyond to correct it. The scene in a Goofy movie where Max and PJ are eating the pizza, that’s what I think of every time I eat here. Super cheesy and near perfect every time. 12/10 cannot recommend them enough

Caitlin Saucedo: I was fairly early to pick up my pizza so I had to wait while it finished up. It was so hot and the odor in the lobby was so bad, I could barely stand to wait inside. While I was waiting, I witnessed an employee give an order to someone, then a DoorDasher came in to pick up another order, only for the employee to realize that he gave part of the DoorDashers order to the previous customer, who had already left. He then proceeded to call the person who he wrongfully gave it to, and asked them to bring it back. That is a huge no no when it comes to sanitary reasons. I will say, my pizza was correct though, as well as hot & fresh.

Hangemupkc: Ordered thru them and a doordash driver shows up with my order. I tipped thru them and asked the dasher if they received it and they did not. I find this to be Wrong in everyway. The tip I or anyone leaves is for the driver not the people at the store. I felt bad for the driver and I attempted to give them cash but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't my fault it was the stores fault.I can't remember the name of the driver but thank you to them for being understanding and honest with me. I will be reporting this and hopefully those who read will not have to have this happen to them. This isn't the first time I've heard of this at places.I find this to be the reason why some poeple who use doordash grubhub etc have bad experiences with drivers and or drivers who don't care.
Lady D: It should be required that every employee wear gloves. I've seen employees touched their face, hair, pants and money then continued to prepare the pizza. This is unsanitary and should be unacceptable! I don't care how hot the oven is that supposedly kill germs. It only takes a second for someone to get food poisoned. Also, you can wash your hands multiple times and still have dirt and hairs under your fingernails that can go unnoticed. I pray you take this in consideration. Thank you

David Laning: If you have to call them back to cancel your order for whatever reason may be, don't expect them to actually cancel it. I had my order delivered to the wrong address 6 days ago, called them back promptly after finding out, to have a kid answer and tell me he couldn't deliver to the address provided and would have to cancel my order, which is totally understandable... However, when I called back to the store today to inquire about why my refund hasn't came back to me yet, I had to talk with a condescending manager lady, that would refuse to help me on the matter... Now I've lost $70.00. But no big deal, right?
Nikki Rachelle: Ordered pizza at 11:30 with an estimated delivery time of 35 mins. I keep checking the app and they keep pushing out the delivery time. It's 2pm and still no pizza. I will never be ordering from this location again. Should of read the reviews prior to ordering from here.

Lindy ORourke: Pizza Hut on 291 was rude on 5/11/2023. Staff was too busy smoking outside in front of the store to take care of customers. Rebecca hung up on me 2x and then when I went to the store to order, she was talking about me, without realizing I was standing in the store. Rebecca had terrible customer service because she did not seek to listen to understand.

The Joe said he would give me $10 credit on my account. But honestly I do not want it. I am just disappointed he was so rude. I asked for his last name and he said store policy does not allow him to do that. But his number is 7503, I am not sure what that means. I told him I appreciated his time & his reply was "yea I guess" & laughed.

Bethany Wright: Avoid this Domino's location at all costs! We ordered food for delivery with an ETA of 51 minutes, but it took over 2 hours to receive a cold and incomplete order. Despite their computer crashing, the staff refused to refund or fix the order, and we were forced to make multiple trips to the store. To make matters worse, we were still charged the food, tax, delivery fee of $5.99, and a $10 tip for an order we had to pick up ourselves. They promised to refund the delivery fee but never did. Terrible experience overall.

Brian Burnell: Well clearly ordering a pizza from this dominos at 11:45 pm is a mistake. My 35.00 large pizza with 3 toppings that according to there on line ordering app says was "quality checked" by josylynn was covered in big air bubbles that had no cheese at all on them....when I paid for extra cheese, the olives and bacon was in 2 piles on only 2 of the slices with the rest of the slices having nearly no toppings. It also had almost no sause. First time in years I have ordered pizza from domino's and what a huge disappointment and waste of money!!

Todd Munjak: Took 15 minutes to answer the phone to bring out curb-side delivery. Hung up on once. Second call told to please hold immediately then person left line live so that when the previous phone call was done mine would not be picked up. Third call told to hold again and waited another 3 minutes after they were done with the person in the lobby before they picked up my call.
Matt Salter: wrong order and the pizza was over an hour late, then when i called voicing my concerns, all they did was re-order my pizza, at which time, they were out of my order. So, not only was my pizza 2 hours late, due to them having to remake the pizza, i got the wrong pizza.
Joanna Jacobs: Ordered from here back on March 19th. My food was delivered by doordash I'm assuming cause they had no available drivers. The door dash tracker showed the driver parked up the road from me for 20+ minutes and my food arrived cold. I called the store and the guy I spoke to said they would get my order right back out to me. Never saw or heard from anyone again that night. I contacted their customer service department who emailed me and said store management would be in touch in approx 3 days. It's been well over a month and I have heard nothing again. Changed my review to 1 star and honestly I just won't order from here anymore. They aren't the only company with stuffed crust 🤷🏻♀️
