I took it in for replacement glass and not only did it take the gentleman 3 minutes to fix, but he didn't even charge me! He even cleaned the felt for me for free. He was very professional and very friendly. 5 stars across the board. Highly recommend!

Rainbow Savvy: I've been coming here for years, first came in on a whim and have been coming back since. Cindy is top notch and really knows her craft, always helpful and attentive in the framing process when going over options and we've always been happy with everything we've gotten framed. I always recommend Neal's Gallery for custom framing options to anyone looking. Definitely check them out!

Scott Turner: Neal's has been my go to framing shop for 20 years. They've got a wide selection of frames and mats and they even help me when I want to repurpose from frames that I find at the thrift shop. If you want to support local, this is the place!

Geo Milli: Can't deny the great reviews. However, I knew exactly what I wanted and went in for an estimate. I was told to order my print through internet since they were not willing -- but they had "hundreds" of prints they'd special ordered that no one came back for. Okay. So...show me what you have. Took me to an old-style wood flat file cabinet, attempted to pull out 2 or 3 drawers that were stuck and it would have taken an entire day to open each envelope of the several in each drawer, and pull out a print with no indication of what it is. Okay. Moving on...show me something in my frame choice. Out of perhaps thousands of frames on displays scattered throughout the store I wondered "how many black "document" frames does one need?" and still found only 2-3 samples in the size, color, and style that met my requirements (for the print I was going to order online!) Okay. So...show me your mats. All of them sat in display stands facing AWAY from the customer, so I couldn't see or select any to go with my frame choices. OKAY. So...bottom line: the shop is cluttered beyond belief and an inability to assist the customer. The aging owners may be overwhelmed with their stock, and personalized items never picked up. This is not a critique of their work or creativity. Merely that the shop is not set up to be customer-friendly in any way. As much as I prefer patronizing the small businessman, I will get better service and selection at the "big box" craft stores.
Chadwick M: Very wonderful folk working here, my custom frame came out perfect, hundreds of styles to choose from so I felt like I got exactly what I needed. Competitively priced compared to what else is available nearby as well. I'll definitely get all my framing done here from now on.

Mary Norris: 5 stars from me. My rather lengthy first review disappeared so this is the bottom line. This wonderful shop can frame anything I have ever taken to them. They have a wonderful supply of ready made frames. In addition, they have every option of quality framing materials you would ever hope to see. The best part is if you are not able to put a color scheme of mats together to show your item at it's best, they can. We have trusted them with family heirlooms. I think the price is right. They have sales and specials too. They have over 30 years of experience and their work reflects it!

I was able to get all that I needed on a budget, even decor tacks and staples for gun.This store has the best staff, who are friendly, helpful and efficient. I get many of my needed items from them.They have everything from fabric, art supplies, hobby and specialized craft kits, tools, boards, and canvases....honestly feels like craft heaven! I love the variety and I was probably longer in there than I'd planned. The store is huge:)The only slight pain point is the cutting table. It gets a bit busy and many times just one cutter and a long line of people.If they manage that better, they'd be one of the best stores all around.

Rydel Van Dyke: I stopped going to this store because I don't like standing in the checkout line 2-3 times longer than it took for me to find what I wanted. 1-2 registers open, regardless of how many people are waiting to check out, is normal. What's the point of having multiple registers if you're never going to use them? The last two times I went, the line was so long that I got tired of waiting so I put the merchandise down, walked out and went to Hobby Lobby. Other than that, it's a pretty good store if you don't mind standing in the checkout line for an unreasonable amount of time.
