Kathy Hull: In June of 2022, I broke my left shoulder. I was unable to do the simplest of things - like dress myself, tie my shoes and use a knife to cut my food. When I was allowed to go to SERC for physical therapy. I was discouraged and a little depressed. Everyone at SER was so kind and caring! In a few visits I began to see improvement and am now totally independent once again. I am so glad I chose SERC to help me recover.

Robert Milton: After I wrote a cup surgery on my right shoulder I found out I had to have physical therapy and my thoughts were ugh!! But after my 1st visit to Serc physical therapy independent square my thoughts change completely. The entire staff, from the reception girls at the front desk to every therapist in the building they made me feel at ease and comfortable and more like a friend than a patient. They call you by your 1st name. They take the time and patience to treat your injury as needed to get you back on your feet and out the door to live a normal life again. I looked up those places and didn’t have good results. So I googled. Found SERC with 5 STARS!! It was within blocks of my home.I’m so very lucky to have picked this place as my out patient therapy.EVERYONE is Exceptional!!!!!! I love love my Sydney and Rowan, even tho I call her Jennifer half the time. They truly care about me, it’s not just a robot job and they go thru the motions. The therapist always checks in with you verbally to see how things are going and if there are any changes that need to be shared regarding your treatment plan. I find Select Physical Therapy to have a perfect balance of professionalism and relationship building that leads patients to feeling they are in a safe and highly knowledgeable office. I truly feel you will have nothing but a positive experience here with this extensively trained group of professionals!

Vicki Cathcart: I went to the 40 hwy location and was very unhappy. LaNesha was a terrible therapist. She double booked appointments and I got tired of paying for an hr of therapy and getting 30 minutes or less of her time. The other patient she was spending time with appeared just as unhappy as i was. I filed a complaint with my insurance and my physician and went elsewhere.

He really pays attention to detail in my form when doing certain activities, he coaches me on small adjustments that really go a long way. jeanne maliwat: This review is hard to write. I loved the DPT's Jae and Danielle. They were spectacular, friendly, caring and very professional. So I'm giving two stars for those two star PTs. Im giving a third star because they have convient, 5pm appointments.However, I am a front line medical worker. My profession has taken a beating in 2020 and most of us are very sensitive about wearing masks. There were three employees at this medical facility that either dont wear masks at all or wear them under their chin or over their lips. I asked why this wasnt enforced and never got a real answer. My PTs wore them every time, but it was optional for other employees and patients. After I inquired, I started seeing the other secretary and Therapists wearing them until I made an error and came on the wrong day. The three employees were not wearing them over their mouths. Then I came at an earlier time than normal, on another day, and saw them scury to put them on. So the moral of this story is that if you dont wear masks, this would be your physical therapy place. If you do, I would reconsider this establishment. Oh, and the Jackson County mandate is posted on the door. So you have to wear the mask in, but is not enforced, making the front line worker's jobs much more difficult.Jea and Danielle, you are amazing people, , I'm sorry I quit coming due to non enforcement of the mandate. I wish you both the best.

But the staff and especially Taylor, the physical therapist, made me feel very comfortable with his personable demeanor.All in all, the training area was well kept and uncluttered. I would definitely refer any of my friends to ETC physical therapy

He was very knowledgeable and after my evaluation he knew exactly what therapy was needed to get me back to feeling great. He was supportive, kind and professional. Marylyn Mason: Can't say enough about this Therapists! This young man has a passion for his trade, He is so informative and really takes an interest in each patients recovery. I have been to 4 different facilities in the past and really wasn't sold on any of them. I was thrown in a large room with many other patients, given some instructions, and left to do on my own. Not here! Chase is with you every step of the way to assist you in each and every move. He explains not only how to do each exercise, but what muscles you are using, and how that will benefit your recovery. This has been a very pleasant experience, and I actually look forward to my therapy! A 5 star facility for sure!
