Dr. Michael D. Navato, M.D.: what do users think?
Joann Conroy Ellefson: He has treated several of my family members and he always listened to us. Always told thank you for bringing my brother to be seen and get his medicine. He was very helpful he took time out for a conference call with social security judge. I have total respect for him and his staff and he has went above and beyond for us. I’m devastated that Covid took him. He will be missed and needed by many. Thank you doctor
Shane Rogers: I'm sorry too inform doctor novato's patients that he has passed away . We need all the prayers we can get for his family and friends. He has been a great doctor for me and help me out tremendously. I don't know where I would be without his help .
Crystal Lewis: The receptionist, Olivia, is illegally practicing as a licensed clinician and has ran off multiple patients and caused multiple problems as well as grief to patients who need the exact opposite treatment. As for Dr. Navado himself, he is a very good person, however, he is being abused and coerced into continuing employment to Olivia due to her irrational and narcissistic behavior as well as mistreatment to not only him but multiple patients. I fear for the future of this practice, however, I truly believe that if she is cut out of the picture it will become more than successful and therapeutic. Olivia has misrepresented herself as a nurse, calling in medications on the patients behalf...when patients bring it up they are threatened by her to be removed from treatment services. She is profiting more than 50% as demanded from patients and denies medications to clients when they are past 30 days and due for refill treatment, thus creating severe emotional and mental distress to clients who are actually seeking a healthy treatment. This woman needs to be put in jail.
Richard Devry: I cannot thank Dr Navato enough for the compassion and concern he gave to me during an extremely difficult period in my life. I would thank him in person but I have relocated and now live in the deep South. I am now retired and at peace. Life is good. Thank you again Dr Navato. I haven't forgotten you
Zer0: Front desk service is joke, don't expect any assistant a professional office would provide. Rude all the time, late as well i arrive on time and yet i'm still the first one there before any of the staff members. If you get lucky enough for them to actually answer the phone at all good luck understanding due to the poor connection or Olivia still hasn't mastered where microphone piece in the headset is located. Even office visits on multiple instances, they couldn't even afford change to pay me back for my visit and their answer was for me to run to an ATM so they could pay me back the correct amount. This place is dysfunctional family operated catastrophe. During COVID i called to get Navato's permission to fill 1 date sooner because my construction crew leaves state. Oblivious Olivia doesn't understand she is not the doctor and i have rights to speak directly to my doctor concerning personal matters she told me she would not do that, no get a hold of him to pass the information a long.
Milton Carlock: Very professional, I am pleased with services.
Paul Ramirez: He handled my meds as well as always talked to me and/or listened. Hecis very caring and genuinely concerned about his patients. Best Doc I have ever had.Sincerely,Kimberley Simpson.
Alyssa McLaughlin: Haven't even been able to see this doctor yet and already going to change because no one in this office ever answers the damn phone! It's crazy how much I've had to call and still have gotten no where.
Belinda Pirtle: I've been seeing Dr navato 4 years five or six you couldn't ask for a more devoted greatest doctor I've ever had. I love him and his staff is great Olivia at the front desk is a Wonder Woman thanks for all the great care guys.
manny mendoza: I been with dr navorro for almost 2 years and my life has changed for the better I was homeless on drugs single mom but didn't care about nothing but drugs them the first time I went and seen him my life as amazing for me and my son he his funny i could have the worst day and go there and soon as i walk in i smile you couldn't find a better doc if you do let me k ow Brandy Howell
Michael Benz: Hes my doctor. He usually is right. Im proud of him and i always will trust him with my health. Hes very busy has lots of people to see. Because he is down to earth and shows we are no different then him. and some may not be listening what they need to or doing what he asks but just want someone to blame. So ignore the negative comments the guys a human being too and try to work on the personal problem versus making him the issue. 5 stars in my book. Oh and then front desk is like family couldnt ask for better service. You get treated the way you wanns be treated. Think about it. We got problems but no excuse for getting upset versus being understanding. Be glad you got good people there that wanna help YOU.
angie niermeier: Great doctor very easy to talk with and he truly listens to your needs.
Christine Flores: He has been my doctor for years. Wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else. As for Olivia, she is dedicated, been with his practice for 30 year's or better, knows his practice & patients, now that is dedication. She has ALWAYS been outstanding, yes is she busy, she multitasks a great deal of many areas of his practice.
Karen B: I saw Dr. Navato for many years, he knew me very well but all of a sudden he told me I needed to kick out my roommate because he didn't like him. I did not do so at the time, but I have since, he was legally evicted from my home but when he was living with me doctor Navato told me I could come back in June of 2016, I believe, as long as this guy was out of my home but when I called the office Olivia told me he wouldn't let me come back, I don't think she even asked him but I don't care either. I couldn't find a new Psych for quite some time and Dr. Navato had me on the highest dose of all my meds, one was a benzodiazepine. I went thru the most horrible withdrawals that I could ever imagine, it was so bad that I could hardly swallow, would shake so badly at night and throw up during the day. I thought I was going to die, I tried to get to a hospital for rehab but none of them treated benzo withdrawals so I got myself off all five medications he had me on and about a year later almost, I chose to go to a new Psychiatrist who was floored when I told him what I used to take. He put me on the lowest dose of a benzo and two other meds, I don't even take the benzo everyday, I didn't really understand why 8mgs was needed for a woman who weighed under 100 lbs at the time. His receptionist, Olivia, is a really mean person, she has been since I started going to see him in 2001, I believe. She is rude and she lies, I never understood why someone like her would be in a Doctors office, especially a Psychiatric Doctors office. That takes a caring person and she is not a caring person. Today I am doing much better, I am alert and have overcome many things, I live alone and no longer will I allow a doctor to have me on so many medications at the high doses he had me on. He should have let me come in until I found a doctor. I will say that Dr. Navato himself is a caring type of doctor but it's his way or the highway pretty much and that's not how a doctor should be. He does care and he does listen but then again, if you don't do it his way then he really cares nothing about you. Somewhat controlling and the receptionist needs to go work in a factory or something where she doesn't deal with the public. She is cold hearted which doesn't affect me at all because I a have a personality disorder and I just laugh when I get off the phone but some people would be very upset by her personality. I recommend this place only because I like Dr. Navato, he is a good Doctor and isn't afraid to prescribe medications even with how strict the DEA has gotten. Stubborn, controlling and unaccepting is one way I describe him as well but if you are willing to follow his plan then he is one the best doctors and I would then highly recommend.
Jo Turley: The receptionist is VERY rude and she needs to lose her job! There are plenty of nice respectable people who needs work! You are in the patient care field! Guessing her life is so miserable that she has to treat people in this unexceptionable manner! 😡 Dr. Navato needs to get a clue and replace her before his practice goes even further in the toilet! 😡!
Dennis Keithley: Like dr Navato. He is very easy to talk to and he listens.
Joanie Adams: I am amazed that my reviews continue to disappear. I saw Dr. Navato for three years until I finally realized that this doctor is a glorified drug dealer. It's a shame because Dr. Navato IS a nice man and could really help people, however the money has corrupted him. This office is a pill mill. I assume all of the good reviews are due to the fact that patients can pretty much get as many Benzodiazepines as they want! PLEASE people go get help from a doctor that WILL really help you! This office is only going to make your life worse! My sister sees this doctor and she is slowly dying. She is in the process of losing everything. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. And Olivia the receptionist should be ashamed of herself and how she treats people! It's disgusting. She needs to find a job where she DOES NOT come in contact with the public!!!!!!!!If my review disappears again I will be forced to contact the proper authorities.
John Wonder: Excellent First Impression. Dr. Navato is most importantly a good listener. Express your concerns, don't hold back, and he will thoughtfully devise a plan of action. I am excited to pursue future treatment with this gentleman. His secretary, Olivia, is a rock star as well.
Angela Grimes: Dr. Navato is an amazing doctor, and an extremely caring person who wholeheartedly is invested in helping those in need. Extremely highly recommend to anyone!! He's great!
Ross Dwyer: Great psychiatrist he found out I wasn't schizophrenic just addicted to cocaine and prostitutes so it was all good and by the time I was done I was feeling good he's actually a good guy and a very good psychiatrist I don't see why there are so many bad reviews about him he's actually really cool I mean I wouldn't like golf with him or nothing but he's pretty cool
Kevin Pillsbury: Dr navato is easily the worst doctor that I've ever seen. This doctor has everyone of his patients on a brand new medicine that has hardly anything good written about it online called abilify. Dr. Navato put me on it, and it's a long story but I had no other choice but to see him for seven straight months. I then lost my mind and felt like I was on an 80s drug called speed. I was hospitalized and lost everything I worked for in life. Bottom line. Don't waste your time with Dr navato.

Killman Mark MD: what do users think?
Kathleen J: He started out by calling me a nickname I don't go by, then acted like he knew my Dr. and referred to her as "he", said something political, which was the opposite of my views (he can vote however he wants, but it isn't professional to bring up in a condescending way at work) and he gave me a hematoma.
Ray Finley: Very pleased with the visit-the doctor was very informative and answered all my concerns. Thanks!
Steve Medrano: Dr Killman and his new staff were great from start to finish.
Denise Pitts: 8 months after full knee replacement surgery we went to see him. Had nerve damage done and he didn't understand why my calf was hurting and bottom of foot had no pain. He also said didn't need physical therapy or chiropractor service. He said bend my knee and I'd be ok. Headed to a neurologist now. He didn't have good bed side manners at ALL!
CampNJeep: Poor communication and bedside manner regarding the procedure. Could not provide estimate of charges at time of service. Dr. Killman and his staff of 1 were both unkempt in appearance and manners. Received a large bill and his office is unwilling to negotiate for payments. They said they "are not that kind of office". Not sure what is meant by that.
Chelsea Modrak: The most worst doctor I've ever been to my life. Took my wife today for a nerve damage test appointment. So the doctor walk in and started open her arm and bending and folding like there's no damage, flicking and pounding and putting alot of pressure and calling her a liar for a swollen neck after a physical therapy said that the swollen on the neck was caused by an irritated nerve from the arm. My wife was crying painfully So please stay away from this doctor. The lacked of communication of what he was doing before hand(no pun intended) and told her to control her pain that he caused from the beginning of the visit 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
Jenny Payne: I have never been so disappointed in a Dr. All he could do was rant over the fact that I had not gotten a covid vaccine. Finally had to tell him it didn't have anything to do with my arm. Even called me a Hillbilly, that didn't believe in science. His last stick hit some kind of nerve and my blood pressure dropped, I was sweating profusely, dizzy and nauseous. He asked what he should do. I said a wet paper towel would be nice. I laid there couple minutes but felt like I was going to vomit. Told him I needed to use restroom. He walked to hallway, not even making sure I was stable enough to walk. Needless to say I passed out in hallway. Twisted my foot and hit my forehead on floor. Now have a nice bruised foot and forehead. Would NOT recommend him to anyone!!!
Faith Beach: I would say there was a lot of lack of communication during a test I have never had done so he kept poking and buzzing even had a sticker off my hand without noticing so it took quite some time to do. I did not really get any answers and he was very short during my appointment so I left confused with no knowledge of how to move forward then I receive my bill and it is extremely expensive for the lack of care. The staff isn't friendly and difficult to get ahold of. I wish I would of read the reviews before proceeding with a referral from my family doctor who I trusted.
Shannon M: One of the worst experiences at a doctor's office in my life. I was sent to him for an EMG. He was rude, mean and very insulting. He put me in a lot of unnecessary pain. He also told me that Fibromyalgia is a "made up disease" and it's not real at all and that if people who think they have Fibromyalgia would just exercise they wouldn't have any pain. He also has a very hard time hearing just fyi, I had to repeat myself several times. The equipment he was using seemed to be very old and outdated. I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE. I would never go back there.
Kimberly Galegor: I was sent to him for an EMG/NCS because my orthopedic dr couldn't get me in sooner. I bring my husband with me and he's in a wheelchair. I asked if he could go back and she was like the room is small and we would have to move chairs. Ok, so go do it. She seemed to be very bothered by having to. The dr came in and he was very rude and short. I had to repeat myself several times to him which annoyed me and he asked questions that I had already filled out the paperwork. The test was very uncomfortable because I have fibromyalgia and small fiber neuropathy which he IMMEDIATELY negated that fibromyalgia is NOT a disease and he also demeaned me in taking narcotics. I wasn't there for his opinion on what I have already been diagnosed with and to demean me for taking narcotics. I also questioned him on the EMG/NCS machine tedt that is over 100 years old. You would think that they would have a more definitive test for your nerves. He kept comparing me to him and other patients who did really well with the test but I didn't even want to finish because I was in so much pain. But in order for a true diagnosis I had to complete it. I'm glad I have better, sincere and knowledgeable dr overseeing my care, because I will NOT go back to him for anything.
Chris: Needed an EMG quickly and his office was able to get us in within a week. Office staff was nice and professional. Dr. Killman was prompt and clearly explained procedure. I can understand some of the negative reviews as Dr. Killman did seem abrupt at times and not very "warm." He didn't give us much time to explain the injury and history. However, despite being short and direct, he clearly knew what he was doing and got the job done. He gave us results immediately and answered all of our questions. He helped clarify diagnosis and helped us determine treatment. I would go back if necessary.
Janice Horton: Had a very good experence yesterday.. He explained everything before he did test...I was a little scared had my husband go with me. Thank you..
Karie Whitney: I was quite nervous after reading about procedure and his reviews, but he was very nice and professional. He informed me as he performed the EMG. And gave me the results on the spot, which enabled me to schedule my appointment with surgeon.
Courtney Sidwell: Went in today for an EMG, was totally nervous that it would be painful. His reviews werent the greatest so I went in a little skeptical. At 26 I didnt want to think I would need surgery for carpal tunnel. He did his test. I laughed through out the whole thing. Made sure I was comfortable when I did feel pain. Answered all my questions as we went. He told me the results and I was on my way. With the start of carpal tunnel. He was fantastic. Will be back in a couple years to have it retested.
Amy Crismon: I'm not going to lie I was hesitant after reading the reviews on here about Dr. Killman, but I decided to give him a chance and form my own opinion and I am so glad I did ! He was a great Dr. The test he ran was not pleasant but it wasn't that bad either. He explained everything that was going to happen and was very nice! He was very thorough in the testing and did a wonderful job!
Kristin Long: Condescending and cold. Doesn't listen to a word you say. Clearly can't read, as he had a case file in front of him and said he had no idea why I was there. I wasted an hour in this office and would not recommend him to anyone for any reason.
Dianna Redding: Dr. Killman is rude and an A1 LIAR. He told me no one ever has had discomfort in his office during his testing. When he grabbed my right wrist he literally raised his hand and thumped real hard. I pulled back and told him to not ever beat on me again. He says well I've never had anyone say I beat on them in the 25 years I've done testing intact all my patience have laughed or joked through my testing. This LUNITIC is sadistic.
Anthony Wright: No bedside manners. Didn't tell me anything other than his report would be given to the referring Dr. Been in more pain than when I left there this afternoon.
J Berletic: I have never met an individual in the medical field as unprofessional and uncaring as Mark Killman. He listened to my "account" for 3.5 seconds before he rattled off this 10 minute monologue of what is exactly wrong with me and to get up off my sofa and exercise etc... I endured a 15 minute torture by this guy then have him tell me again nothing is wrong. I was in more pain when I left than when I arrived to his office. I felt like this experience was a bizzare joke. 3 days later, I had an MRI which confirmed I have a herniated disc in my back. No thanks to this guy. Dr. Killman does not care for his patients and does not care about their discomfort. How he remains in the profession is a mystery. I would not take my neighbor's dog to see him.

Weng Lee T MD: what do users think?
David Weddle: Pay attention to these reviews! He wanted to fill me full of pills. Oh what DAMAGE a psychiatrist or psychologist can do! NO HELP. Egotistical. I think the man has OCD for his office is like Hercule Poirot. I had issues from the Military.. he could have done me great service, but instead he fills full of pills.. acts like he is some sort of commander. He's a nut job himself!
Peggy Lancaster: I am like most of the other low rating former patients. It would be 0 stars if I could. This man tried to force me to have ECT. When I refused, he "fired me as a patient". That would have been fine except for the fact that I was in the hospital and the staff was told I couldn't be released if I didn't have a psychiatrist. He left me in such a state that I was worse than when I first saw him. Thankfully the staff found me an amazing psychiatrist who never once mentioned ECT and helped me through the major depressive episode that I was going through. Dr Weng is an angry, abusive man and should not be allowed to practice.
Leah Conner: He is nothing but a script writer. He was rude and cared nothing about his patients. When he moved offices, all he did was take my $115 SELF PAY payment bc he no longer took insurance....RED FLAG...and then referred me ro an actual Psychiatrist that talks, cares, empathizes and gives you the meds you really need. Dr Weng has supposedly retired. Thank God....he was rude and just wanted money. Poor poor bedside manners too. Glad I got away from him.
Bible Bible: He is a very good doctor.I had him for years. He was friendly,Knowledgable, worked hard.I really enjoyed having him as my doctor. He has a kind heart ❤️
Brenda Morgan: Dr. Weng has been a wonderful Dr. For me. He does not rush me and listens to what I have to say. High Five for Dr. Weng and the office staff The best
Dana Zehr: I was seeing this “doctor” for about 5-8 years. The first time I saw him I thought “wow, not a bad doctor!” Haha, RIGHT!! About the fifth time seeing him, I was asked how I was doing in my college class. I told him it was ok but was having an issue focusing and asked if it would be feasible to have the teacher move me to the front of the classroom. Instead, he gets out his note pad, writes me a prescription for Adderall, WITHOUT any questions or further “testing” and tells me to take it before my class. So to make a long story short, I didn’t even know what adderall was back then and I felt like I was on rocket fuel! People who have ADHD do not feel that way on a stimulat medication and so I told him that. He noticed I was losing weight and started taking more than prescribed because I told him it wasn’t working anymore. Instead of pulling me off the med and noticing I was becoming an addict, he proceeded to tell me to just “take what I needed”. I also agree with the prior poster....he was always commenting on my looks as well and I felt super uncomfortable while in his office. Thanks to this doctor, I now have medication induced bipolar disorder, a 12 year addiction that ruined my marriage and have had to spend the last three years trying to recover from years of stimulat abuse! Thank God I’m now sober and happy and all is good but for a while there, my life was gone. All thanks to this “man”. Horrible doctor and when I saw he was still in practice, it honestly shocked me. He’s a pill pushing, money hungry, sad and selfish man. I pray no one else falls into his trap, as I did. So wish I could leave 0 stars...he’s a horrible doctor!
Jimmie Whitbey: Been seeing Dr. Weng for over a year. I have had great success with my conditions but still have a need to see him when going through a rough time. He listens and best of all, NOT a pill pusher. Probably why others rate him so low. I highly recommend Dr. Weng.
Jonna Stroup: Nothing like having your doctor tell you that you are too beautiful to need medicine and that you shouldn't have any issues in the world because of your looks. Not to mention I had to reschedule a couple visits due to my work schedule and then when I was finally able to see him he made me go cold turkey and took me off my medication and told me that if I cant show up for my appointments then I don't need medicine. I tried to explain to him that we were very short staffed at my job. His exact words were "You are just filled with excuses". He was very angry with me and I felt as if I was being punished. As always he finished our visit with talking about my looks. I reported him to the board! Worst person ever! He does not care!
William Lockhart: Seen this quack about 4 or 5 years ago once...once was enough, it was abundantly clear he did not care. I paid my 50 which should have been 40 because he called himself a “specialist” and he asked me 3 questions 1. How are you 2. Do you have your former prescriptions 3. When do you want to come in again and I left with my prescriptions. I gave a 1 Star because you can’t give 0 stars ....damn you google!!!
KEVIN YOUNG: I only give one star because there is no option to give 0 stars
Sandy Gulley: I have been taking meds for a number of years for bipolar disorder, but am required to see the doctor every three months for refills. I was never in his office more than 5 minutes. He hardly looked up from his computer and made me take my own blood pressure. Would not recommend him for someone with serious issues. It’s obvious he doesn’t really have time for you.
Laura M: I worked for this person for over 4 years and honestly can't believe I stayed as long as I did. He is a hateful, manipulating, degrading man!! He DOESN'T care about his patients he only sees them as "$$" his exact words...they are dollar signs!! I watched him step over a patient having a seizure and he shook his head as I was calling 911 and our receptionist was on the ground with the patient! I would never recommend anyone to this MAN! He is a psychiatrist that needs medication!! It surprises me how he has been in practice for so long! I am glad I no longer work for him!! I walked out, BEST decision I ever made than stay and put up with his mental abuse!! EVERY good review he has on any medical website is because he made the receptionist and I create them to make him appear that he was a good doctor!
Fancie 1982: Rude and impatient.
Jasmin Bieghler: Worst experience of my life. He started me on a new medication a week ago and the medication was sedating me to a point of not being able to function. When I brought my concerns as well as other side effects to him he told me that I needed to find another dr because I was unwilling to continue a medication that rendered me useless to my child. I asked him for natural options and he kicked me out of his office and said to never come back. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Christian Mcmullen: The worst ever..he's a crappy script doctor who doesn't listen or care what going on in your life...a rude little Asian man who needs his butt kicked. I have PTSD from the army and he could care less...he will pack you in like cattle in His tiny waiting room until its standing room only to make as much money as possible while he despenses drugs and doesn't even ask what's going on in your life much let listen... average wait 45 min or more. He takes takes your blood pressure taps on the computer enters info to cover his butt 5 min he sends you out the door with meds that don't work...The positive reviews are bogus padded by himself undoubtedly..don't believe me? Find out for yourself.
k b: Both the office staff and Dr Lee are great. I was very satisfied with my whole appointment experience today. The office is clean and comfortable as well.
Maybe Next Year: There are no options for zero stars. Unbelievable. I am at a loss for words at the lack of professionalism, arrogance, lack of caring, and assumptions. I left from a previous Dr (Whom I really liked) because he refused to switch my medication that does not work. The ONLY medicine he's even tried or suggested. So, I sought Weng. I cannot state what my profession is. Let's say very high stress and very prone to anxiety/PTSD. I can tell you Weng certainly has no idea who, or what degree of person he was speaking too. I read people for a living as well (He would know that if he asked a single thing about me). He asked meaningless questions that appeared more so to vet me. As if he was finding out if he wanted me as a patient. He immediately told me what all he can't, and will not do. When I asked him some questions to better understand him, he said he would not argue with me. I explained to him the medicine wasn't working for me, and I believe there was a better option with the staggering amounts of options available today. (The medicine is not a controlled substance by the way) He became very defensive, and told me "I will not play games and switch medicines. If we do it one time, I can't help you". Amazingly, he also told me I "looked fine". So he doesn't understand how I have any issues. Because I PHYSICALLY looked okay. So if you want him to help you, make sure you look the part? He never asked a single question about my condition. NOT ONE TIME. Then when I was explaining the medicine I'm on is not helping, he said I should "find another doctor. I am just too busy for this". This man is dangerous. Plain and simple. He needs treatment. And I am not saying that to be funny as none of this was humerous for me. A monumental waste of time as a matter of fact. If you care about your well being or family, I would PLEAD, you go to someone else.
Stefanie Barber: Went in for first time appt after losing my last dr i had been with for 10+ yrs. He wouldnt let my mother come into his office with me, even though i had verified she would be able to when i made the appt. He told me at his door jam that i needed to find a different dr and we had words. as i was leaving he told the whole waiting room, "shes crazy". I wouldnt even rate him a first star. Oh and wouldnt recommend him either. Stefanie Barber!
Nick Pappas: I was hesitant to visit Dr. Weng after reading some of the reviews online. But he was local and I have a real problem with doctors being instantly "against" medicines that have truly helped me in the past. I believe that if your mind is that closed off, how will you really help me?Dr. Weng was great! He greeted me with a smile and a joke about the weather, asked me to sit, and listened to why I was there. Yes, he does focus on his laptop and rarely looks up...but I think that's a good thing. I want him to be researching the best ways to help me. If I wanted someone to just listen, I'd see a therapist or find a friend. In the end, he prescribed me a medication that had worked for me in the past. He explained my condition in easy-to-understand terms and even recommended other things I could do in life to improve my situation. All in all, I will be coming back. He's a good doctor. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but I can tell he knows his stuff and has your best interests in mind.
Carl Andrews: His time is inportant and he did help meI LIKE HIM he did not half to help meHe did care about me and othersIf you want a hard time then goTo swope park thay now willBe happy to tell you to take this orThat and be happy you got it andThere manners are we are low costThay cram you in like a can of beensAnd the 2 hr wait just to change yourMeds and thay give you a 4 monthScript then change it and thay nowChange dr it seams every 6 months
Gena Jones: Horrible. Degrading. Very unprofessional. Shocked.

Dr. Marthel E. Parsons, MD: what do users think?
william campbelll: She is a great doctor. I've been seeing her for over 10 years. Her expert diagnosis of my mental health has decreased my anxiety greatly. As well as her expert therapy have given me peace of mind. My quality of life was a 3 before now its a 10. Please give her a chance. Ignore the negative reviews.
Chronic Smoke: Non consistent. Doesn't manage Meds correctly. Forgets to refill. Impossible to get ahold of. Never on time. She actually causes anxiety. Pray she remembers to refill. If not good luck getting in contact.
nicole self: Doctor Parsons has went out of her way to help me and get me where I need to be. I believe she has good experience and can relate to me in many ways. She is always cute and teaches me things in a visual way so I understand. Thank you for being there for me dr parsons!
Angie Milburn: I've been seeing Dr Parsons for over 8 years. She is an incredible physician and has helped me so much with my anxiety and depression. She is truly caring and a hidden treasure amonst the multitude of psychiatrists I have encountered. A++
Valerie Brodrick: Talked about herself way more than we talked about me. I asked if a certain prescription could be addictive. She said "no!"...well it was. The long waits, the rude staff and her interest in telling of all her traumas wete too much for me. Fortunately, I figured it out aftrt four visits. Look elsewhere.
Kelsey Lynnette: Don't ever expect to get in to your appointment on time, it's at least an hour wait, if not more, 99% of the time. Scheduling is a mess and I've personally had the front desk staff (the male) tell me that I couldn't schedule past 5pm because "we want to go home too", even though there was availability. At first I loved Dr. Parsons, I thought she was helping me, but as time goes on I'm realizing I'm just wasting my money. The one time I mentioned that I felt she wasn't helping me, she got defensive and took it quite personally, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for sharing my thoughts with her. This most recent appointment I had asked to add a particular medication, and she verbally agreed that it would go well with what I'm already taking, but instead wrote a script for a different medication, which has done nothing but cause more problems. I truly believe her own medical issues are interfering with her ability to treat patients effectively, and combined with her office staff I would NOT recommend seeing her. There have be multiple issues with the lack of professionalism, and overall I am highly disappointed. All I wanted was to get the help I need, but it has been made apparent that I will have to look elsewhere for that. She hasn't fired me as a patient, but she probably will if she reads this review. Please take time to find a doctor that fits your needs and actually listens to your feedback, so you don't end up feeling drugged everyday. Hope this helps in your decision making. Good luck.

Terry Chance, MD.: what do users think?
Patricia Watkins: I would give no star if I could. Doesn't do anything to put you at ease. He talks at you instead of to you. I thought I was being cross-examined instead of getting psychiatric help. He was very abrupt and it was obvious he went into our appt with a preconceived notion of who I was as a patient. After my first provider at Comprehensive left, I was changed to a doctor I didn't feel comfortable with and requested a change in provider.

Dr. John A. Francis, DO: what do users think?
sheila white: Dr Francis has always been incredible with me. At my initial visit several years ago, he immediately recognized that a large part of my problem was physiological, as well as psychological and encouraged me to get to an endocrinologist immediately. It literally saved my life. He helped me find the right combination of medicine for me, and always encouraged me to educate myself on different disorders, etc. Yes, he ran behind sometimes. But I always knew it was because he was helping someone who was in a true crisis. He’s gone above and beyond for me in ways that I know no other doctor ever will.
Monika Chiles: He is never on time! Hasn't been in 2 years. Now he is closing his practice to go treat children 🙄 I only hope they are young enough that they can't tell time because waiting an hour or more in office for your appointment time, every time stinks!
