They were so easy to work with and have tons of template options for the printouts. The best part was we had unlimited prints so everyone got a paper copy right then plus they had a QR code that you could scan to immediately see the digital prints and post on social media. Everyone had a blast with the props. They offer more value than most of the other Photo Booth companies.

This company was super easy to work with! We even get all the photos a few days later. Ie got married 10/10/2020 and all the photos were available to view 10/12/2020. That’s so amazing to us and seeing all of them were so funny. Also got a book that guests signed with their photos which was like another wedding gift from people. All of our guests loved the photo booth and it was a huge hit! I highly recommend this company for being extremely professional, friendly, and their response to emails was extremely fast!This was something new to me, the concept of having a photo booth at a wedding. But OMG, I don’t regret it at all!! Please if you are having second thoughts about it it’s so so worth it. Plus all the funny pictures are amazing to look through! Asia: Not worth the time or money. My sister along with some other family members came here to take photos for my niece's 1st birthday. My mom and I arrived early and the place appeared to be closed. Nothing was set up and I looked quite messy inside also no employees were there. A few minutes went by and we decided to just go in and see if we could set things up while we waited for the rest of the family to arrive. The ring lights are raggedy. We literally had to fiddle with them, unplug and plug them back in to get them to turn on even though there's an on/off switch on the back and should've been as simple as flipping the switch. The attendant was in two different parts of the mall so she was barely any help. On top of that the pricing was just overall not worth it and all over the place. Save your money, purchase your own ring lights, go to a crafts store and get your own backdrops and props and take pictures in your own home.

Sarah Kupka: I came with my mom and grandma at 3pm, when they were supposed to be open, but the doors are locked, even though all the lights on. I also messaged the number on the door and called their number, which was given, but no response. I even waited an hour, walking around the mall with my mom, however after checking again, the doors are still locked and there has been no response. Very unprofessional

Alisha Bruner: Christmas Santa photo in the mall, buyer beware. I had higher expectations for the overall experience. For most of our wait, it was 1 hr. The photographer was the only one working by herself for most of the time we waited. She was very nice, professional and doing all the work. Taking payments, photos and printing the photos. Santa was nice and smiley, unfortunately, not an old Santa with a real beard as I've been used to for the past 17 years. The assistant who jumped in to help was very fast, didn't explain the packages nor the turn around time for the digitized image. Couldn't even make eye contact. My bad for not asking, I had my hands full with a very active 2 yr old. However from previous years, it was almost immediate. I didn't receive our digital copy until after Christmas, after several emails sent, with no apology or acknowledgment. I would've been fine with an email stating the turn around time. Overall, the photographer was the best experience and patient with all she had to do on her own and she captured the better picture of my children all things considering. Wish I would've receive our photo when we purchased it rather than after Christmas.
