Evan Schick: Okay so, I'm a pho-natic supreme... I was introduced to pho in Denver 20yrs ago and it's been a part of my regular diet ever since. I just moved here from LA... now LA is a place widely known for having everything you could ever want, and it does. So obv Pho is readily available and I kid you not, I tried no less than 75 different places before deciding on what I figured to be the perfect bowl; best in LA blew Denver out of the broth. In KC I've tried 8 places, two of them were better than that coveted LA spot. But Pho Bowl? Pho Bowl slaps so hard it's in a wholly different league. The best in KC, hands down. AND better than anything LA or Denver has to offer, HANDS DOWN. I've made a bunch of Pho myself so really got into what makes it good, Pho Bowl is the perfect blend of all that, plus some mystery good that isn't available to the common man. Forget trying anywhere else around and be thrilled with your great decision every time. It's literally perfect.

Carly R. Cooper: This might be my new favorite neighborhood spot! I have driven past this restaurant many times, and decided I should stop by and give it a try. Boy was I pleased with my decision. Located on the outskirts of the Historic Northeast, Pho Bowl is a charming eatery with a nice sized menu selection. I was greeted by multiple restaurant staff as soon as I hit the door. Because I was on a schedule, I decided to take my food to go. I decided on B.1 (beef, noodles and friend onions), spring rolls and crab rangoon. I throughly enjoyed each meal item! I plan to visit again soon and dine in when I do so! The atmosphere was perfect for a nice quiet lunch on a week day afternoon. Would recommend!

Trang G: Highly recommend this place. Customer Service is great everytime! Everytime I get food here it is fresh and hot. I have gotten Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup), Pho Dac Biet (Combo) and Pho Bo Vien for my kids and they even say the broth is delicious. Portions are very large. I've also had the Delicious Banh Mi's. Tables are clean and the condiments on the table are clean and neatly organized.Vegetarian options: I had the Banh Mi with the fried egg and it was delicious as well.Kid-friendliness: They talked to my kids and asked them what their favorite vietnamese food is.

Julie B: I've noticed that this restaurant has had multiple changes in ownership and chefs. While the food quality can be inconsistent, I did find my meal to be a bit too salty on my last visit. My main concern, however, is the restaurant's unusual setup where customers are responsible for getting their own drinks and side dishes, as well as paying at the front desk. Additionally, there's an 18% mandatory gratuity added to the bill, and staff may request additional tips on top of that. While I believe in tipping for good service, I don't appreciate being required to pay such a high gratuity without good services.

The broth was a little more on the gingery side, but was not over powering at all! We had the spring rolls to start, the peanut sauce was delicious, but not sure what the rubber texture was in with the lettuce, shrimp and carrots.
