Jennie Haskett: The most incompetent group of ‘customer service reps’ I’ve ever encountered. Any chance they get to pass the buck, they will. I’m not even really sure they help anyone, but they do like to transfer you around—a lot. I had to call 3 different times to tell them cancel my auto ship because they kept sending me supplies. Every single person I spoke to said they just “didn’t know why it didn’t get completed, I see you called and requested this”. I would love to know also. I sent the items back thinking this was resolved, now I’m getting a bill for them— a year later. You’ll think you’re making some sort of headway but really they’re just leaving you on hold hoping that you hang up. Rude, unhelpful, scam of a company sending fraudulent invoices to my insurance company when I’ve blatantly asked them to stop sending me stuff. Honestly I’m not even sure how they’re still filling this when I haven’t used this stuff in years. Avoid this company at all costs because it will end up costing you in the end.
Stephanie Hershey: They just posted a payment to my debit card, for over $600 dollars…. That they couldn’t even explain to me! The lady said “oh it has to do with insurance so it’s hard to explain it. You’ll have to dispute that charge through your bank.” Done. No explanation to a charge? please.
Chrisina Sogas: This is a terrible company would not recommend. I was to have someone come out to my home to release the water reservoir but they never called to schedule appointment. I attempted at least three times but never got back with me.Also, I always have issues obtaining a copy of an itemized statement. They always say it will take 10 to15 days to have it mailed but it has been a month. This is needed for my FSA. They never answer their phone when one tries to contact them again or if they do answer they will hang up. This is the worst company do not recommend!!!!
Laura Remy: They put my husband on 90-day supplies even after we declined rotation. Then they extracted money from his bank account twice even after we called to get off the supply rotation and asked for return shipping labels. They are bullies. There are no other suppliers and they abuse their monopoly. Extracting money from bank account even after told to stop sending supplies is elder abuse. Who oversees this company?
Laine Blanton: I was hesitant to set up an appointment based on published reviews. I held my breath and followed through to be pleasantly surprised! I had very little wait time. Kellie was experienced and thoughtful. She was organized with CPAP equipment, options, fitting equipment to my personal needs, fees and answered every question without making me feel rushed. I came home with a complete packet containing all the information I need including all the contact information. I'm glad I followed through and look forward to a continuing relationship with Medical West!

James Guise: I wish I could rate 0 stars! The company is an organizational nightmare. Been trying to get a CPAP for months, no one will call you back when they say they will, always transferring you to someone else who has no idea what is going on. Communication with in the company is non-existent. The only reason they are in business is because this is who the insurance will pay for. IF you have a choice DO NOT choose this. They are a nightmare!!!
Casey Myers: I have only had my CPAP machine for about 6 weeks. Just non commutation between staff, not knowing policies and slow. It took weeks to get my machine. I had to call and follow up three times. When I arrived for my sitting, they left me sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. A nice lady came out, she was knowledgeable and knew her job, so that is a plus. But she also said "Oh, no one told me you were here waiting."Wanted to get a different mask, said someone would call me within 48 hours to come in for a new fitting, it's been 6 days. I should have looked at the google reviews before choosing this company, but this is who my doctor's office suggested.
mary lynch: I am Very disappointed in this company. I used to get excellent service with technicians who knew how to do their job. Now Not only is it very difficult to get someone to return a service call but when they do send someone is it an inexperienced rude person who doesn't know how to fix anything.

Sharon Stewart: Terrible service, terrible incompetent staff, bad record keeping. Find any place else for your C-PAP supplies. Close at 5:00 pm. Can’t find anything. Treat all issues like their mistakes are not their fault. Rarely get anything right.

Seth Johnson: If you need supplies for your CPAP this company is horrible. I've been trying to order supplies from them for 8 months now and they never call back when they promise. Claim that they can't send them because I've already ordered them recently which I haven't. How they stay in business is hard to understand with how poor their customer service is.

Mal: This place supplies my mother with her breathing equipment. We have been pleased with their customer service and with their response to our inquiries. It's never been difficult to get a person on the phone when we call. And employees have made multiple trips to our house for issues as they arise.

Jennifer Fleschute: The worst customer service. Unless you are in their system, they won't speak to you. They have had my property for 6 months and done nothing. Several calls made to get it back. Not returning calls and when I finally get to a manager, I am dismissed and talked down to.

Mark Lee: The receptionist I spoke with on the phone has a harsh and condescending tone, and she is rendered immediately defensive by any question asked of her. This was an extremely unhelpful conversation, and she repeatedly told me there was no one else available to speak with me. This was yet another failed attempt to understand where I am in the process. Additionally, it was upsetting and very unhelpful. I will urge my physician to use another supply source.
