Julia Carter: I have no idea what has happened to this store, but it is absolutely disgusting ......it was filthy and had products all over the place opened and used but put back...DOG HAIR was everywhere... on everything.... water all over the floor in several places...NO SIGNS....EMPTY BOXES COVERED THIS STORE....DOG FOOD ALL OVER THE PLACE. .....nasty... nasty.......I went there to buy live crickets for my frogs and almost every single "live" item was dead.... in a box of 50, I recieved 3 live crickets....store discounted 30%.....LOL....Something has gone terribly wrong in the management department of that store...I'm embarrassed that store is even in my neighborhood.Noland road petco.... get your stuff together and clean your store!I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME..

Crystal Rice: Staff was incredible. I arrived literally a minute before closing but they were the only place that was open to pick up my dogs food & my dogs had ran out. The closing manager kept the store open so I could quickly get the dogs food. She didn't have to because I know it delayed them getting out by a few minutes at least.

Patti Smith: Went in to pick up crickets for my daughter and her fiance and came out with a lot of information about the gecko and it's proper way to feed it. Even was introduced to the cricket keeper to assist with keeping extra little devils on hand for the next feeding. I even found a few treats for my friend that was outside waiting for me but I didn't get my friend a treat just her dog LOL

Cynthia Bridges: I take my dog there to be groomed. Tara does a fabulous job with my senior dog.

Adrienne Lovely: This location is always organized and well stocked. If you have a pet who is maybe sick or being finicky about food, this place will have whatever you need to get through that situation. I had cats and whenever we needed something for them this place had it. Confidently Recommended!

Her name is Lela she is always smiling,extea pleasent to deal with as well as knowledgeable she runs a tight ship and is very easy on the eyes. So if you want great service that is above and beyond. Try the petco co on noland road these ladies have vision flair and know what custmer service is all about. Thank you one and all

R L: Great service! I had a 125 lb dog needing a harness. The girl working the register took the time to find the right size, put it on and adjust it, etc. It was better service than you ever get most places anymore. I wish I had made note of her name. She was very personable and reflected well for Petco.

Waco Porter: They have the food we need. I don't love pets, but I do like my dog and he needs to eat. 4 stars cause they seem to keep the place clean.

A turtle pond in the back of the store keeps your family entertained.Family owned and operated.Buy your dry goods elsewhere. That's NOT their forte. They expect dissatisfied Pet-x store customers.

Liah Bruckner: I was truly blown away by this place! The fish are diverse and seem happy and well taken care of. Every person working was cleaning a tank or feeding a creature while I was there. It ended up walking around and looking at everything for a while before buying any fish. The place was welcoming and the people working were helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to going back.

They carry both freshwater and saltwater fish, from neons to coral starters. I don't even know what most of them are, but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, so just ask!

I used to come here and get beautiful guppies and have a big selection and last time I went there wasn't really much to pick from. A lot of fish are store tanks only.. so those fish aren't for sale. I just feel like with a better selection I would want to come more frequently...
