Janel Southard: I can't say enough wonderful things about Latchkey Pets! We have them watch our dogs any time we're out of town.They took the time to come over and meet our boys before our first trip so everyone was comfortable.They work with us on a schedule that's best for our pups and their routine.We always get a text update with pics at every single visit. It gives us huge peace of mind to know our boys are well taken care of. We're able to really enjoy our time away.I can't recommend them enough!
Aden Lovelace: Latchkey Pets has always done a phenomenal job taking care of our Saint Bernard!! They go above and beyond with his care. There was a few nights, he wasn’t eating because we were gone and the Latchkey Pets worker brought bacon from her own house to put on top of his food (we had told her he likes that previously!). They give detailed updates and pics about our dog. They’ve always been reliable and trustworthy coming to our house. It’s so nice and comforting our dog can stay in his own home and environment and we don’t have to worry. So thankful we found this amazing service!! I highly recommend!!

They came ahead of time to talk about how best to treat my dog so everyone feels successful. They said they were having a great time, taking long walks and thoroughly enjoying caring for my dog! I'm absolutely thrilled with the loving care. And the invoice?? Totally fair! JayJay Crabtree: I have been using Latchkey for a little more than a month and I cannot say enough good things. They have been taking such good care of my dog and I’m so thankful for them. My dog has congestive heart failure and he has to have meds everyday at 12:30 so I hired them to give him his meds let him out and refill his water when we can’t be there and they have gone above and beyond. My dog loves them which is unusual since he doesn’t take to other people easily. They take time to play with him and just show him love everyday they are there. So thankful to have found them and I would highly recommend them, wish I would have found them sooner such a relief knowing I have people I can trust and depend on.

Chelsea Cantos: The first time my dog stayed with Wendy, I called her less than 24 hours from when I needed care for my dog. Though she generally prefers to have more notice than this, she was so willing to accommodate me and arranged for an initial meeting the same day. I left my dog with her for four days while I was out of town and my dog was so comfortable and happy the whole time. She sent me many photos every day and it looked as if she'd been taking care of my dog for years. I will never take my dog anywhere else in NYC. Highly highly highly recommend!

She also sends texts with updates and pictures twice a day, which we always look forward to.Even though our dog can be shy and anxious with new people or places, he loves going to Wendy’s and staying with her and has even made friends with other dogs he’s met there.Wendy really makes our dog feel very happy and comfortable in her home and she is flexible with drop off and pick up scheduling. It’s such a comfort knowing that our dog is being well cared for by Wendy whether he is there for the day or while we are away on vacation.
